The tubs were not draining. It was flooding. I couldn’t even take a shower for three days. The swimming pool area was disgusting ceilings. There was water dripping because of too much moist. Other than that. It was really good place where they clean just the tub was disgusting.

The pool was freezing cold. There was no lighting in the exterior of the building. Our neighbors had about 15-20 ppl in there room and were smoking marijuana all night. There wasn’t enough towels in the restaurant. Just very disappointed for this being a Hilton.

No business center. Has to ask for the room to be cleaned each day and it still wasn’t cleaned One of the elevators is sketchy. The breakfast buffet is $18 has the same food as a free continental breakfast at any other hotel.

Do not stay here. I was surprised at this hotel considering it was a Hilton and I always stay at Hiltons. First of all the elevators on every floor were out of service. There was no internet connection for the two nights I was there because they were “working on it”but I spoke to the front desk and apparently this has been going on for a while. The tvs did not work. They weren’t smart tvs. The place smelled like death. Unkept hallways etc. if you aren’t a Jewish person they don’t care about your complaints. The workers and managers are racist. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

The room may have been OK 20 years ago, but needs remodeling and maintenance. The bathroom door was rotted at the bottom due to excessive moister for years. The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned properly under the counter, the bathroom small mirror was coming off the wall, the work are was broken and needed repair, wall paper peeling, and noisy AC unit. At check-in they couldn't identify alternate entry doors.

Nice hotel, generally comfortable rooms, friendly staff. However, the HVAC system is louder than a jet engine. The airflow system that vents the bathroom just brought anawful heavy smell of cigarette smoke. So, no sleep and horrible air quality.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean but there was a door to an adjoining room. The person who stayed in the next room had the tv on all night and it was quite loud. It would be better if the hotel confirmed with guests at the time of check-in if they mind being put in an adjoining room. Next time we would request not to be. We would have moved, but we were already well settled in by the time the person came into the other room.

This hotel was double booked. I requested for a double bed and I got a suite with a pull out couch instead. Other people in my party had room without AC and the hotel offered them points as compensation after multiple calls. Some were turned away because of the lack of free room even though they booked ahead of time. Not a great experience over all. Out room was too cold and the AC controller did not work.

This was possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I traveled with my husband and our two small children under 6. We chose the hotel in part because it had a pool for our kids, but the pool was closed (we were not informed in advance). We were put on a hall with a dog that was left in its room for hours, barking and barking incessantly. After reporting it several times with no action (the front desk basically told us it was our fault since we chose a pet friendly hotel), the hotel finally moved us to another room at 9 PM way past our kids\' bedtime. Then the next day we discovered that in our second room, the shower was broken. It wouldn\'t stop running and the tub was filling up but again it took several calls to the front desk for someone to come. Then they moved us YET AGAIN to a third room. Most egregiously, in the middle of the night (12:30 AM) I was woken up to loud voices right outside the door AND THEN AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAD KEY ACCESS TO THE ROOM ACTUALLY OPENED THE DOOR AND ENTERED MY ROOM. I called out "there are people in here" and the person said "oh no" and a second voice said "you didn\'t know people were in there?" This is extremely terrifying and upsetting and I didn\'t sleep the rest of the night. The next morning when I complained to the front desk they said they would approve a refund with Expedia but then they actually only approved a refund for one night not both nights.

Terrible customer service. I did check in around 4:00 pm. Room was extremely hot. turned up AC. seems like it Was not working properly. waited few hours as we had a evening event. came back around 10:30. still it was hot. i went to customer service & complained about AC. The guy (Abil) at customer service told me he will send someone to fix it. I went back to room again around 12:00 AM. (MY wife was sleeping). I went again to customer service desk (This time different team) and told them what's going on with AC. She offer me to change the room. I agreed, however My wife was so and as she has to wake up middle of night. (It was wedding event from last 3 days at home). we had to moved all our stuff to new room at midnight (12:30 am). It was exhausted. Next day i called like 10 times to housekeeping no one answer. I had to go downstairs again for Bath towel and shower gel (it was none in the room). day after we went to the Venue for wedding from 7 am to 4;30 pm. No housekeeping was done at the room. Called multiple times, no answered. Had no time to go down. fall a sleep for an hour, and housekeeping knock the door, can you imagine how mad i was waking up in 30 min. sleep. we had to go out for reception so i told them come back later as we all 4 has to get ready. after getting ready for reception and went to front desk asked for Housekeeping and guess what Housekeeping gone for the day. we left for Reception and pick up some bath towel at midnight. It was terrible experience.

When we arrived the staff was incredibly distracted and rude. They checked us in while talking with another customer. As they made our key they slapped it on the counter and gave us no instructions or told us where our room was. They honestly didn’t even barely look at us. Since we were standing there, he finally took a break from their discussion to say “you’re good” and signaled to the keys. When we arrived to our room to find that they didn’t put us in a King bed room, as we had booked, we went back to the front to ask for our originally booked room. The same gentleman who “checked us in” scolded us for 1. Not bringing our bags up if we didn’t want the room and 2. Told us that we booked through a third party (hotels.com) instead directly through Hilton implying that we wouldn’t get the room we booked. After pressing him a bit to give us our booked style room he gave us pretty disgusting room where the bathtub was peeling and falling apart, the knows were rusting and the carpet was very stained. The area was decent and convenient. But that’s all the positive things I can say about this place.

Second time I stay in this hotel and as great as the first time. Staff is amazing. Rooms very clean. Also bus stop (WILLOWBROOK PARK&RIDE) 10min away if wanting to visit NYC but don’t want to stay in the city. Bus ride is 25-30min.

Loved the hotel. Loved my room and everything the hotel had to offer guests. My room was clean and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. The receptionist who checked me in was fine. Very quiet and seemed timid, but was adequate. The building is on a part of the highway that is not well maintained. The surrounding area is scary/sketchy. Lots of trash, enormous potholes surrounding the building, a vacant building next door, just a rather sketchy environment overall.

The day was great. wish they had a little more variety for breakfast, but it was plenty. The day was very comfortable. The room and bed was comfortable. everything was clean. there wasn’t enough shampoo and conditioner and dispenser, but I usually bring my own. I feel like the handicap bathroom sink should be a little wider so you can put more of your things on top of it. staff was very friendly too. I was charged two dollars (total $4.00) each for the two water bottles that were in the room even though the staff told me it’s complementary the first two in the room.

The staff here is fantastic! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. It made our stay here special. The only negative on this hotel is the location. There is almost nothing nearby so you have to drive to go out to eat or do something. They do have a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. The food is very good and the service is excellent. Definitely recommend staying here.

It was an ok stay. Too many bumps and noises in the night. The one thing that really pissed me of is that I wasn't given a breakfast ticket! I spent a lot of money on this room and they couldn't float me a ticket for a buffet breakfast where no one was even eating. It was basic food just getting cold!! Some scrambled eggs and toast would have cost you nearly nothing! When people talk about companies gouging their customers, this is what there talking about! I got a lovely breakfast in the past from a hotel down the street, so I'll be going back there next time. And that place is cheaper and just as nice. A foolish move on your part!!

Great experience all around! The property is beautiful and parking ample. The staff so helpful and amazing. Dinner at the Local was so good we are there two days in a row! Highly recommend!

Beautiful lobby and their complimentary cookies at the front desk was delicious. Best of all, they have vegan chocolate chip cookies! Rooms were basic and clean, which is all you can ask for a night's stay. 10/10
