We were very grateful to find anything with availability in the area, but we didn't have time to do much research ahead of time. Unfortunately the hotel is right next door to an "adult" store and not much more. We were also disappointed to find out that they don't serve breakfast anymore since COVID (3 yrs ago). There is a dunkin donuts close by, but unless that is all you want, you will have to drive a bit to get breakfast. The room was older and not cleaned very well. We had trouble with the neighbors smoking marijuana in the next room. We reported it to the front desk, but I am not so sure what they can actually do about it. There was a refrigerator in our room that we filled with breakfast foods, but no matter that we changed the temperature, all of our food froze solid. On the plus side, the front desk attendant that checked us in was very kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated.

I love staying here its very clean , great coffee in the lobby and the staff is friendly, the price is great and they are very quick to check you in and get you to your room, and Fairfield is a beautiful area.everything is just hassle free and thats exactly how i like it. There also a restaurant on the property named micheal Angelos and they specialized in brick oven pizza.I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about a highly distressing experience my family and I endured during our stay at the Red Roof Inn FairFeild, which we booked through your platform. Our stay was from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025. During this time, we were trapped in the hotel’s elevator on three separate occasions. These incidents caused significant panic and anxiety for my family and severely affected my mother, who suffers from claustrophobia. This repeated failure of essential amenities not only disrupted our stay but also resulted in emotional distress for everyone involved. Given the severity of the situation, I am requesting Expedia’s assistance in securing full compensation for our stay as well as a travel voucher to accommodate my entire family at a different property in the future. As the booking agent, I trust that Expedia holds its partners accountable for providing a safe and comfortable experience for guests. These repeated elevator malfunctions are unacceptable and warrant immediate attention and resolution. I waited from 9-12am waiting because what they did not mention on the website , I paid for the room on Expedia & I get there and they said something bout a new policy and that I needed a 100 more which should’ve been put on the website , not to mention it was disgustingly dirty .. Like beyond words elevator didn’t work , Had to use stairs hall way smell like urine , The staff was not polite .. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

The room smelled like SOUR MOP! I had to spray perfume just to kill the smell! The wall paper was hanging off the walls; the carpet smelled like OLD DIRTY SOCKS and the bathroom smelled like cover up urine with stained countertops. They take GREAT pictures but when you get there - it’s another scary world! The parking lots are very dark - unsafe for a woman; so I parked under the tandem.

I booked a King Suite (with Jetted bath tub) for 2 days. The spot was clean and well carpeted with amenities of a 2 Star hotel amenities. BUT THE JET TUB was not in the best working condition with the switch on/off button not working. I felt over-charged and would be seeking some refund if this post gets to the owner/manger, cuz i never found one on the property! Please reach out and I'd change my comments and absolve!🙏

I booked the room for the hot tub so i ca. Relax hot tub did not work i called front office the guy tried to get jets to turn on after sticking his hand into the clean water i had just filled tub with and nothing. Hot tub didnt work. Red roof in did absolutely nothing about this after paying for a room just for that hot tub.

This room was good for a short or last minute trip. Me and my wife stayed here for a last minute trip for the 4th of July. The room was clean and bed was made nicely. The shower was also has good space and nice modern design. It did smell like cigarettes when I entered the outside hall way. Felt a bit run down like that hotel in hangover 2 in Thailand. Staff was great though. Easy to check in. Over all good hotel.

Staff was incredibly hostile to my friends and I while checking in. There is nothing online indicating that 18 year olds could not book here, but we were told by staff that we would only be let in because we had already paid and they didn’t offer refunds, but they then admitted that they knew their website allowed people to book at 18. If you only want to rent to people 21 , you need to make that clear online, not harass your guests after their arrival. We will definitely not be booking here again.

The shower head was broken. Once we turned it on, wouldn't go off. Could't change of cold. Called and was told maintenance was on the way, waited over 90 minutes and still never came. Had to leave that morning without showers. Then front desk argued thatvthey sent someone when they did not.
