The location was perfect, and it was very quiet during my stay. You say there’s free parking, but you don’t have close to enough spaces for everyone if you have a full house. I was handicapped and had to park outside of the structure much longer walked to the Elevator and the Sidewalk was not level. Also found a spot on the carpeting near the bed.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. This hotel is on main street but it is still a lengthy walk to the shops and bars. One thing that was a little bit of a hassle was that there was only one elevator for the whole hotel. So it would sometimes be a long wait to be able to use the elevator. Which we would have been fine taking stairs for, but the only way to access the parking garage is with the elevator unless you go outside and walk around the hotel. Which again was fine most of the time, but was a bummer when it was raining. The only other thing that wasn't great was the bed; it was very hard and uncomfortable.

The staff at the desk was fantastic. The breakfast was an average level buffet style, make your own waffle and scoop some eggs. Everything was very clean and abundant, but just average. Tea and coffee available throughout the day. The pool was much cooler than what we would have found comfortable or preferred. position to old St. Charles without it's a great deal of noise from the road. It was perfect!

My first room had a brown recluse in the bathroom sink. Asked for a new room - they downgraded me without a refund. The new room had soap in the bottom of the shower and the shower floor was black. And yet again I found another spider in my room - this time not brown recluse though. TV didn’t work at night - called the desk for help and no one came.

Nice hotel. Breakfast every morning. Nice staff. Only thing was the ceiling in our bathroom had something brown on it like someone had splashed soda on it and the vents were dirty. Other than that it was a great place to stay that was close to Lindenwood University.

The front of the hotel, architectural style and cobblestone streets were interesting and unique, but little details kept us from a better rating overall. One Front Desk staff person each upon arrival and departure...but both very personable and efficient. On the negative side, not enough covered parking, didn't have assurance car was safe, no security personnel visible. The view out our window was pretty bad due to dirty windows and also obstructed view due to windows having permanent foggy moisture between dual glass, needing cleaning or replacement. The window treatments were dusty and triggered allergy symptoms. The bedding was adequate, but we were glad we brought our own pillows. Overall the rooms were adequate as well, but nothing that wowed us throughout the entire stay. Would probably choose another hotel upon return to area.

Our stay was great. Very clean and smelled amazing the day they cleaned our room. Very nice front desk staff and warm cookies are a nice touch! It was a very short walk to lots of cute little shops & restaurants. Very convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

The property is a bit tired. We had a king room facing the highway. The bed was good but the road noise was terrible so we did not get a good rest. A/C was good. It was a good price for our stay so can’t knock Raddisn for that.

Check in was fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi is slow and stops working at times. The area is close to shops that are within walking distance.

Good location with easy walking distance to historic district of St. Charles. Cleanroom. Quiet. Good breakfast. Ned pillows are about 1/2 the size of a normal pillow, so ask for more or bring your own. No comforter on the bed and needed to ask for more blankets. AC in the room works really really well

Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location! My family enjoyed the breakfast options, it was well stocked and a variety of options. The hotel was within walking distance of Main Street St. Charles and an easy drive into St. Louis. Rooms were clean and my kids loved the indoor pool. Our only small complaint was that the WiFi in our room did not work well and we didn’t have great cell service but the WiFi worked fine in the lobby and breakfast area, so not a huge issue but might be if working remote during your stay. Would definitely return here!

Everything was excellent. Only issue was that the thermostat in the room did absolutely nothing. The room was set at 70. I turned it down to 65 the first day and it went up to 71 and stayed there the remainder of our trip even after I lowered the thermostat to the lowest it would go, which is 40.

Very nice older hotel in a very convenient location. It was nice and quiet inside and couldn’t hear any road traffic at all. We were near all the shopping and eatery places that you could walk to just up the brick street. So much history in the old buildings that the shops are now in. The check in was easy and the staff very nice. Nice assortment of breakfast food in the morning and excellent coffee! We’re definitely staying there again when back in town.

We had booked our stay earlier in the evening for a same day arrival. Due to our travel plans, we weren't going to he arriving until after midnight. When we arrived, we were informed that the air conditioner wasn't working and that we could either cancel for a refund or stay with no additional discount (no one reached out to us prior to our arrival about the outage). I asked what the temp of the room was, and the front desk staff couldn't tell me. I asked if I could go in and see how warm the room was, and she said that wasn't possible either. I had to decide while standing at the front desk whether I wanted to pay full price to stay in a potentially hot room or cancel and try to find my family of 5 other lodging at 12:45am in a town we weren't familiar with. I was so disgusted with the clerk's unwillingness to let me even see how warm the room might be, that I just chose to cancel and leave. My husband and I then spent the next hour calling any other hotel we could find trying to find someplace that could fit my family for the night. We didn't get into a new hotel until 2am. If the clerk would have just let us know what the temp of the room was, we may very well have stayed and saved everyone the hassle, but the fact that she couldn't even let me know how hot the room might be was incredibly inconsiderate and horrible service.

Our room was near the front desk and this is where the loud guests gather around midnight. Their loud voices woke us up twice. The front desk person did not do anything to quiet the noise. It was quite annoying and should have been managed by the staff. Wished we called our went out in our Jammie’s to shush them - but really? The desk person was RIGHT there. The rest of the hotel and stay was great.

The hotel itself was decent. We booked through Expedia and received the wrong room. When we called the front desk we were told that since we booked a through a third party (Expedia) they were only required to provide a room and it didn't matter if we had paid extra for a nicer toom. We normally use a different chain of hotels and have never had this issue with them. We chose this one because it was closer to our plans. It will make no difference to them but we will not make that mistake again. Staff was completely uninterested in helping or apologizing for the mix up. It was clearly our fault to them once they learned we hadn't used their website. Do not recommend at all. Not worth the disappointment and treatment. Book at your own risk.

Shane at the front desk was kind, professional and helpful during check-in even with a lobby full of wedding guests. Our room was immaculate and Bev the attendant at breakfast was a gem! The facility is spotless, the staff stellar and the location perfect. Our favorite home away from home! We wish they'd put a small outdoor gathering area to sit and relax but that's our only suggestion to make.

The stay was great! Marsha at the front desk was friendly, happy and someone I would want to encounter at every hotel counter. The room was clean. The pool and whole hotel was clean. Only down falls we had were the beds were a little too hard and uncomfortable for our liking. An the waffle maker didnt seem to cook the waffles all the way.

Fun quick trip to collect reward points. Favorite parts of the stay were the indoor pool (swimming while Christmas music was playing and it was raining outside was quite entertaining) and Udi's bagels in the morning (first time I've seen any hotel with any gluten free bread options). All in all, a great stay.

This location is very good if you would like to walk around the historic district of St. Charles. This hotel was chosen due to close proximity to a wedding venue. It was convenient. The staff is very nice and the room and property are clean. Please note that there is no restaurant on site; however, a buffet breakfast was included.
