They had an entrance door locked. Customer could only exit through it. Stayed last year in August the pool was down, but the door was unlocked for entrance.

The pool was closed for "maintenance". This was not known to me prior to book my stay. The overall appearance of the place was just poor. And when i decided to leave no one could help me check out or listened to my complaints. It was just bad.

I would give this property 4 stars except for how beat up it is. It doesn't meet my expectations of a Holiday Inn Express. The walls, doors, corner moldings etc. are marred and dinged up. Our rooms sink faucet was corroded and leaked across the counter and onto the floor. The grounds were not well kept. On the plus side, the inside was very clean. The staff was very good. The breakfast was the best I've had at a Holiday Inn Express. The carpets were new and in great shape. Another plus is that because of the sketchy neighborhood, they have full time security patrolling the grounds.

We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel. Parking was very convenient but the property needed some upgrades like the elevator and walls, etc.

This property needs a major make over, the bathroom floors are all cracked and broken. The shower faucet could not be shutdown. The carpets were dirty and debris all over. Elevators were dirty with debris. For $179 they charged this was a total rip off, disappointed that HolidayInn allows them to exist. Employees were nice and courteous perhaps the only good thing.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, THERE'S MOLD EVERYWHERE THE WALLS, THE BATHROOM, AND THE CARPETS ARE VERY DIRTY STAINS EVERYWHERE AND TURN UR FEET BLACK FROM STEPPING ON IT BAREFOOT. THE POOL IS NEVER OPENED, THE AC VENTS HAVE MOLD, THEY ARE ORANGE COLOR COMING OUT. THERE'S CRACKS IN THE WALLS, IT'S DISGUSTING AND UNHEALTHY CONDITIONS DO NOT BOOK HERE

I have a knack for finding the wrong hotels. Making the reservation and checkin went okay. I was exhausted and fell asleep. My Better Half stayed up later and then discovered an unwelcome guest on our room, the mighty small but ominuos Cimex lectularius, a Bed Bug. Side note: if our teenage daughter had been with us, rest assured I would have been immediately woken up and faced hostage type demands to find a different hotel or else...and No, it wouldn't have been a pleasant outcome. In the morning another "not so distant" relative was spotted carousing through the sheets, like a Gambler checkin' out the Casino. As I exited out the back door to load the car, I just about ran into a gentleman, who appeared to be the local exterminator, I think. Better late than never, I guess. Oh, and speaking of Never, we won't be staying here again. The overall decor was quite drab and dated, bedside lamps had some issues working and the bathroom sink faucet felt like it might just pop right off when turning on/off the water. In the event you want a souvenir of your stay 😀 If you do decided to stay here, I recall a little verse from my childhood: "GOODNIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT. DON'T LET THE BED BUGS BITE. BUT IF THEY DO, PINCH THEM TIGHT SO THEY WON'T BITE TOMORROW NIGHT" Yup, from now on my dearly beloved will be the one to pick the Hotel accommodations. Hopefully, the "Lady" has more Vegas "Luck" than I did!

The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone. The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away. When i looked at my feet they where so dirty. You can feel the stickiness on the rugs.

This hotel is the Worst holiday Inn that I have stayed over the last thirty years. I stayed there for 4 nights in a row and they NEVER cleaned my room or changed my bed sheets or gave new towels! I told the manager about this after ny second day and he said he would correct this but did nothing for the next two days! Never worry about the customer and the maintence of their room!

The floors were gross, they had marks all over them. You get out of the shower and walk on the tile and your feet got dirty. Something by toilet was sealing so the floor was occasionally wet. Only half the lights worked. The ac had to be on high or off otherwise it mad a lot of noise. The TV remote had to be right in front of the tv for it to work. The breakfast was not the best. The building needs a remodel so they are putting off having work done. You also can hear the planes from the airforce base across the way, we had no issues with that, but some people might

Our first room only had a heater the ac didn’t work. They switched us room then tried to tell use that our dog left a stain I. The first room. My wife tried to scrub it on her knees and it didn’t come out. Then a hour into our 2nd room they wanted to move us again down to the 1st floor cause we had a service dog.

Staff gave us the wrong room, whereas the keys were made for someone that already were staying in the room. It was embarrassing because we thought they were in OUR room that we paid for, but it was a room misunderstanding. We got to our correct room and the room is hot. The AC not working and blowing out hot air. It’s stuffy in the room. We’re trying to sleep, but not sleeping comfortably. For paying $300 for a night for a stuffy room with no air flow is a rip off and could’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere.

Ruthy who checked us in was great! Very courteous, patient, and kind. I would come back because of her, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Not so good; the heater in the room. I had to bring in a blanket from my trailer. Glad i had an extra.

The room was fairly quiet and the breakfast at the hotel was great each morning. Staff was very friendly and did their best but building maintenance is lacking. Middle of the road hotel.

We came from California for Street Outlaws. Jeremy was outstanding on helping us w/everything. Great room, restaurant suggestions, fresh cookies, very helpful general information. Jordan I think worked next day & helped w/trying to print a couple things. Uber information ect. Breakfast everyday was very good. Rooms were very clean & bed was very comfortable.

An absolute joke. Cockroaches on my wall. Front desk screwed up with my card at check in. Calls me 2xs and wakes me up at 10:45pm threatening to kick us out if we don't come down to the desk and fix billing that they screwed up. Utter loss of words for how terrible it was

First, I was on my way and was getting late, so had called them about late check-in. They mentioned it’s fine, however when I reached hotel they mention card on file had some issues so they cancelled my reservation. They could have informed me about card issue, however luckily there was a room available so we survived with the kid. Overall condition of hotel is in dilapidated state, smell horrible and breakfast is a sham, for everything from bread, scrambled eggs, butter to water I need to request, else it’s hidden inside kitchen!!

This was an AWFUL experience. Our flight got delayed so we showed up at 3:00 AM to check in and they refused us. They said check out ended at 1:00 and we needed to rebook our hotel and that we lost our money. We were traveling with a 5 month old. They literally wouldn’t let us stay in the room we booked when it was already prepaid. They wouldn’t give us a refund and told us we needed to pay the current fair again if we wanted to stay there. I’m so angry. If we booked and paid for a room, how can they just cancel us like that without compensation and tell us we can’t check in. It was literally out of our control.

Stay was decent, did not feel too safe. Multiple persons outside sitting in vehicles, additionally, staff kept announcing room number out loud after asked not to. Would recommend any other hotel in the local are.

I really liked it, I feel satisfied with the service, the only thing is that if you don't load a car, you're far from the boulevard, otherwise it's fine, the breakfast is super good, and don't believe those people who say there are cucas and things like that because I didn't see anything like that. It is very clean and has super good air conditioning so I recommend it now if you want luxuries this is not what you are looking for but it is super complete as a hotel

The lovely staff made up for the dated property. The Air Force Base is literally across the street and it was amazing to watch all of the fighter jets do their training. I would stay here again just for the personal airshow outside our window. The beds were comfy and was super convenient.
