It was ok - no ice macho e

Does not have the best curb appeal and the area looks a bit rough but the room was clean and okay for just needing a place to stay last minute. No ice machine, no wash cloth in the room had to ask for one at the front desk.

The hotel was surprisingly clean, from the parking lot, to the renovated rooms. The air conditioners in the rooms were amazing. And all of the staff accommodated a specual parking situation for our car trailor with 1st class attitude. Frankly, I was suprised. Great staff. Was great for a "budget motel". Its not a casino/hotel. Its a budget motel. But for a motel layout, I give it 5/5 all day long. We had two rooms. The double queen for my team was big and even nicer than my room. Oh, they had microwaves and fridges too. Very high lever of ownership pride.

It was a great little hotel for a last minute get away. Has a small fridge and a micro and close enough for us to go anywhere we wanted. We enojoyed our stay.

Something as basic as cups and ice were not available but the innkeeper did find a cup for me

Weirdly place parking , not enough for the room because of how it made. Very tight too , if you have a big truck dont try to go in .. will get stuck . Room was super clean , and the bed was so soft.

I liked how fast the check in was and how friendly the gentleman was at the front desk. The room was actually very nice and clean and Comfortable to stay in. I would definitely come back and stay again! My only con is they don’t allow you to bring visitors and the parking lot spaces.

The outside is nothing to brag about but was clean. The room was smaller than most of your hotel big chains but got the job done.. well renovated rooms. Good for at least two people with one bed. Also had a Fridge and microwave with a small sink and free coffee. No Ironing board though..Ugh! My issue was with the Wi-fi. It was spotty. Kept losing signal. That is important to me as I need it for work! No Pool But overall was good.

I stay for one night on a friday night ( 5/29/2025). Hotelis only 25 room and very quite. The location is not far from the main strip. Room is a bit small, but its fine for my need. I pick this hotel due to no resort fee! Other location are around the same rate, but the hidden resort fee feel like you are paying extra night. Ok, here is the con's. -->1.) room a bit small, this make the A/C way too cold and it blow directly on you. Fan speed and temp. Adjustment does not help. 2.) Floor us a nice dark tile,...if you walk bare feet, you foot will be black...so plse mob the floor! 3.) Parking in hotel is very tight, can not turn around, you need to back out. 4.) Bed is a bit too soft, i wake up with back pain Ov

Renovating the room right next door at 8a.m Toilet was not sealed to the ground, hair in the shower. 👎👎👎

Clean room but incredibly disappointed there was no hot water. They didn't tell me when I checked in and I did not realize it until the next morning when I tried to shower. I wouldn't have minded so much if they told me before check in but obviously lesson learned. Hope the management team reaches out to me to rectify the situation

It was in a industrial area so very quiet at night and there was a jack in the box a couple hundred feet away, the place was from probably the 50s or 60s and the maid didn't come at all the 3 days I was there kinda of um........ But cheap and quiet nobody bothered me at all so not so bad

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We have been touring the US for six weeks and this was one of the best motels that we have stayed in. It deserves all the business it gets.

we were surprise they don't clean the room unless we require and in the floor were roaches, define we don't comeback, customer service wasn't to bad.

Look, you are staying here because you are trying to save money in Vegas. I get it. This place will give you exactly what you need. No more. No less. A bed to sleep on, a place to shower and take a dump, a tv and a table, one chair and two towels. Everything was clean. The shower worked fine. I would stay here again for another Vegas budget trip if I had stuff to do the full day and just needed a place to sleep. It’s exactly what I thought it would be and i was happy with it.

Pros*i*tutes are in and out this motel, even working and standing on the street IN-FRONT of this location. As we pull in they were walking to our car thinking we were trying to pick them up. SMH When arriving we checked in and was asked to leave an extra deposit since hotels.com charge doesn't cover the deposit. There was a lot of activity in and out, random people just passing and going (although) it said NO EXTRA GUEST. First night people were arguing and fighting the man had to come and stop the fighting. We smelled cigarette smoke into our room throughout the day since they were just casually standing outside our door and smoking. The bed sheets had yellow stains on it, and the room felt so dirty and stuffy. I had to pull out cleaning supplies to properly clean the bathroom and toilet. It looked like it had just been wiped and that is it. Coming in the second day I seen a man “house keeping” a room where he ONLY REMOVED THE TOP LAYER OF THE BED SHEETS AND THREW ON THE NEW “CLEAN” sheets. I instantly felt sick to my stomach!! He isn’t switching out the bedding only covering it with a clean blanket. After about 2 hours This is when I had enough, The dirty bathroom The dirty bed and sheets The female street workers & the in and out d*ug users coming from this place was insane I had plans to stay till Monday but I checked out Sunday morning instead because I was just grossed out and knew it wasn’t sanitary! Definitely a health code violations here.

It was okay but small, not that clean

The staff was very nice but the neighbors next to me appeared to live there and they were up all night long with people coming and knocking on the doors in the middle of the night not sure what was going on but the inside of the rooms was very clean

The property is on a Main Street with loud cars. We only had 2 towels in the bathroom, no washcloths or hand towels. The shower handle came off. They were doing construction on one of the rooms while we were there, so that was noisy as well. The rooms were just ok, had the basics. If you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, this works. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly.

It was very small. But great air conditioner. Cute inside. It was in one of the worst neighborhoods in Vegas. I didn't realize that when making booking.

My room has just been remodeled and looked just like the picture. The location was great for me as I went to LV convention center and Thomas and Mac area for NFR. Nice IHOP close by. The bath towels were really small, no hand towels or wash cloths. Kitchen needed a few utensils/pots and pans and bowls/plates. If you go bring your own and dish soap/ dish towel and towels. No bar soap or place to put stuff for shower. I hate the over head shower too. Bed was comfortable, TV worked and good lighting. I would stay again but they need to supply more stuff.

I love the cleanliness and spacious room. It was a bit noisy due to work being done in another room, but I was still able to nap and watch tv comfortably. I will return.

Property is being renovated room by room. We stayed in a renovated room which frankly was amazing. Great stay.

Ok for the price, I guess. A bit noisy. Had to run the hot water a while to get it to come out hot. There may have been WiFi but I never got a password.

We stayed at The Perfect Inn and I just want to say how truly grateful I am. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. That alone would have earned a great review — but what really stood out was how the staff treated us when things went wrong. Unfortunately, our ride fell through and we had to check out at 11, but our new ride didn’t arrive until 4. We were exhausted, sitting outside with all our belongings, and clearly having a hard time. Not once did anyone treat us with frustration or judgment. The staff remained kind, patient, and understanding, even though we were outside the facilities for hours. They let us exist in peace during a moment of hardship — and that kind of quiet compassion means everything. Thank you, Perfect Inn. You lived up to your name.

The staff were so incredible. My car battery ended up dying, thank goodness the staff was so helpful and actually found me a mechanic that was also staying with them to help me. Everything was clean. I would recommend!

Staff was awesome. Very accommodating and friendly. Some rooms were smoky and they let us check it out. We got the best room without smoke smell

No one happened to be at the office while a LINE of people waited. We made a few phone calls and left a voicemail to which no one replied/ called back for over 45 min. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. A few hours later I got a phone call back with an employee stating that their office is open 24/7 and that they can’t issue a refund. He then proceed to threaten to call the cops.. and for what cost? He was the one that wasn’t at his place of employment upon our arrival (so much for 24/7). The man then claimed that he had been there the whole time and this whole situation was a lie.. safe to say we went back to following morning and ran into AJ who was super helpful and issued us our refund. This place has rather positive reviews so we were excited to stay after a long day of travel, just had an unfortunate outcome due to an employee.

We stopped here for one night on our way to Utah. Front desk staff was really friendly, check in was easy and quick. Also communication with the motel prior to check-in was great, they were really quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Not a pleasant stay. Was wrongfully charged for basic use of sheets & towels. I’ve never had any issues like this at bigger hotels.

I just want to suggest to the management to keep an eye on your staff, graveyard shift needs to improve on its costumer services

I didn't get his name, but I appreciate hotel staff that stays up late for people who show up later than anticipated for their check-in a hotel. I showed up at 1:30 am last night and the employee was doing work outside and he immediately stopped what he was doing to check me in even though I was very late. He was very helpful and professional.

10 minutes from Fremont. Walking distance to the nearest bus stop. Washer and drywall available at property. Very friendly people.
