The property overall was average. The staff i had seen did the bare minimum to keep the property clean. The pool hadn't been cleaned, although the water clear there was a lot of debris and dead bees in the water. Engineering and houskeeping need to put a little more TLC in the rooms and the property.

The room was clean but in fair condition. I did not interact much with the staff but no one was rude to me. 😊 There's a restaurant inside and it's open 24 hours. The pool area seem to be well maintained. The hot tub was being serviced at the time of my visit. It's on the outskirts of town but you can get to the strip within 25 minutes or so. I would stay there again.b we don't spend a lot of time in the room when we go to Vegas so a lot of these amenities and things didn't really matter a lot. Enjoy your stay and enjoy Vegas.

Carpets were very disgusting tons of stains. Restroom pipe started flooding the Restroom but they came and replaced the valve quickly but wouldn't allow us to move rooms. The floor in the Restroom definitely had mold and mildew very obvious. AC ran well and stayed cool. The couch was extremely dusty and under the beds were extremely dusty don't store anything under the beds. Pull out sofa couch was very worn and lumpy. Mostly the shower and toilet area was the worst part. No microwave not even down in registration area. Elevator to upper floors didn't seem to work so expect to climb stairs it was fine for us but handicapped or elderly should stay on bottom floor.

At check in I was shown where elevator was for the building my room was on. We get to our building, elevator is not working, call front desk as climbing stairs is not easy for me due to asthma and they tell me to go back to front desk, get back to front desk, told that the rooms for to room types I booked are on third floor rooms, so I ask if any elevators on property are operational and am told they’re all down, so I just say my grandmother and I will figure it out. We get to our room and even with lamps on it’s so dark as there’s no overhead lights at all and it’s so hard to see if you’re sitting on the couch. The vent cover in the other bedroom is not screwed into the wall and is just sitting on the floor instead of being where it should be. Nothing on the tvs to watch. Beds are very uncomfortable. Honestly don’t believe this was worth the $100 deposit and almost $30 resort fee. Especially since amenities weren’t working and it seems the rooms aren’t taken the best care of either. Will not be back to this property or others.

Checked in there was no trash cans and missing pillows. The resort fees are outrageous. Part of the amenities is the hot tub and its been closed for the last 3 years ive gone and stayed there. Will not stay there again.

Run down but mostly OK, until we went in the bathroom. There was a ton of dried reddish goop at the base of the tub on the floor, complete with dried fingerprints in it. It was clear that someone tried, but did a terrible job of cleaning it. We were pretty horrified to think that it might be blood.

Horrible experience. First room was unable to get into as it was in the 2nd floor and the elevator was not in service. 2nd room provided was very dirty and run down. The bathroom toilet had feces in the rim of toilet, no toilet paper I don’t think the cleaned before giving it to us. When we went to the check in area they explained that the cleaning lady were gone for the day. We were given toilet paper and a rag to clean it ourselves the king size bed was broken on one of the sides. All night we had random people knocking and trying to open the room. Such a horrible experience

Check in took over an hour. Rooms were dirty. Beds were old and only had a bottom sheet and top sheet no other blankets. Made for a cold night. No coffee pot in room but had coffee and cups. Mini fridge was broken. Bathroom had mold in tub broken vent fan and dirty walls/door.

We did not eat breakfast. We had to get a new room because the first one we got had dried urine on the seat, blood stain on the bed, shoes and trash under the bed. I took pictures. It was disgusting.

I want a refund for my stay at this property, The bathroom toliet overflowed twice, got water everwhere. It also took the staff about 45 mins to an hour to show up to unclog the toliet, then over an hour for someone to mop up the water. When they did mop up the water, no one used any type of cleaner to clean the floor from the sewage water. Also my wife was bitten by bed bugs in the bed. I have pictures to proof it. IMPORTANT!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very rude, housekeeping is on request. Whenever I asked to have my room cleaned, housekeeping was too busy that in 5 days they never had time to clean the room. Whenever I asked for clean towels, I waited up to 2 hours for them to bring them. The tub had fungus and it was dripping from the tap so I couldn't sleep.

what I Did't like, was our room had bed bugs. They had to move us to a different room. This is the second time I have stayed there and my wife and I have gotten bitted. i asked for my money back or to comp my stay. They only gave me my resort fee back.

There was a surprise "resort fee" I had to pay at check in. My room was right next to the parking garage and there were car alarms going off all night. Also next to the garbage dumpsters which were emptied loudly at 5:30am. The beds were made with only sheets - no blankets anywhere, and the toilet ran continuously.

Room was dim and poorly lit. Only 2 lights in the entire room worked. The telephone did not work so was not able to call maintenance or front desk. No blanket on the bed and found out that you have to call the front desk to request one. It was a no smoking room but past visitors smoking in the room with current visitors smoking in theirs. Overall the staff was great but the room was disappointing at best. Should have stayed somewhere else since the “resort” fee did not make this any better priced.

This hotel does not have blankets. I don't mean "no extra blankets". I mean I booked a room with a king bed and that bed didn't have a blanket. I called the desk to request one and was told that they did not have any blankets. To the staff's credit, they provided extra sheets, but.... WHAT? This shouldn't need to be said, but if I'm paying you for a bed, that bed should have a blanket. I will not be returning.

The room was clean, but I think the furnishings are the originals. We could only find 1 power outlet and 0 usb charging ports in the primary bedroom. The free wifi was unreliable. The toilet was very low to the ground with no bars to give aid. I called ahead for a shower chair and was told just to ask at check-in. When I asked, I was told that they were all broken. The best things about our stay was the pillows (and there weren't enough of them) and Gerald, the person at the front desk.

The room was not ready on initial check-in. Once the room was ready, there was no sheets on the beds, the room was dirty with peeling wallpaper, lots of areas that needed immediate cleaning. We know what we were getting for the price, but the cleanliness was not good at all. The staff at the hotel were very nice, especially the young woman at Dunkin Donuts.

I didn’t think it would be that bad of a hotel but i should’ve known. Upon arrival it was very bad and waited almost an hour to check in and then be told it wasn’t possible. ended up leaving and coming back and felt even more unsafe than the first time. i didn’t trust the staff, the building, and the other patrons staying there. Reached out for a refund considering my own safety and got denied multiple times. You think they take care of their guests but their customer service clearly lacks because they need the money it seems like. I will never stay here again and was a a waste of money unfortunately.

Overall, my stay at Az Charlie's Boulder was fine. The staff were pleasant & helpful. Everything was as advertised. The amenities and facilities promised were available. My only complaint was the condition of the room. Stains in the bathtub, curtains missing hooks sagging, and insufficient sound proofing. Mostly from tiny gaps around the window and door.

The attendant at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. I was charge additional for early check in. Tv in the room didn’t work, dirty wash cloth was found in the room, carpet is a mess and curtains have seen their better days. I called and reported yet nothing was done. At the time of check out the same Phillipina lady that was rude to me “ there isn’t anything that I can do” I asked for her director. She claimed that she was out until Thursday!

On Friday Oct. 4 our room was broken into and robbed. They took our suit cases our clothes everything. we had 6 more days left in our vacation with nothing but the clothes on our back. Arizona Charlies could have cared less. That property has sketchy people hanging around everywhere. Its not a safe place to stay.

The property is outside the main area but not too far. This makes it very economic and a good place for short stays. I was upgraded to a King Suite which is very spacious. There was a mini fridge to place my edibles. A coffee maker. Air conditioning was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable. And the staff was quite friendly. I would come back here if I want economy prices and a comfortable stay.

Hotel is old, stayed for a week & did not get room service. Had to ask for replacement sheets, towels & was readily available when asked. The area is about 12 minutes from the strip by car. Close by there are many restaurants & stores to get your missing items. Internet is a bit spotty. It is budget friendly & that's pretty much it.

The first night we were there a SWAT raid happened in a room, the second night a big fight happened in front of our room and the third night hookers were scream to people for their "Toys". The food at the Sourdough restaurant was way over cooked or way under cooked. I asked for a piece of Apple pie and half of it was steaming out but the other half was frozen.
