Stayed 1 night

I had a great stay at El Cortez. The staff was freindly, professional and very helpful. I only had a few minor issues. I thought the room size was on the smaller side, the windows were frosted so there is no view and the bathroom didn't have much of a counter to put my toiletries on. Having said all that I would stay there again.

The night life is loud and all night. Be aware if your room is on the outside edges of the hotel

We stay here several times a year and love the Original 47 rooms! The property has history and character that is rapidly disappearing downtown. The energy emanating from Fremont Street always invites you out for a good time!
