We thought this would be a nice stay since we were in Vegas for WrestleMania and did not want to stay on the Strip. We were looking forward to spending time by the pool, having access to a hot tub, and relaxing a bit. Unfortunately, we would have had a better experience on the Strip for probably half the price. The hot tub and pool were dirty. The hot tub was cold and mostly used as a kiddie pool while we were there. The weather was on the cooler end the first few days and the hotel advertised the pool being heated - it was not. It was just a regular pool. The firepit was also broken and not working, so we couldn't even enjoy that. Overall, the room was comfortable, however, the bathroom was janky. The shower struggled to work, pooled water in the bottom, and is need of repair. The faucet to the sink is so lose you have to hold it down with one hand and use the other to turn it on so you don't accidently rip it off the sink. The toilet also needs repaired and would run after every flush so you would have to jiggle the handle to fix it. It was nice to have a patio, but the chairs and table were so dirty we had to clean them ourselves before we could sit outside and enjoy the space. Breakfast was okay, overpriced, but of course, that is what you expect in a hotel. A bagel with cream cheese and two black coffees was twenty bucks. Oof. Also parking is not free unless you are a member. Staff was friendly though and when we needed things they were attentive.

If you’re visiting Allegiant Stadium the location is GREAT! The staff was great and helpful. One suggestion, they have a small coffee shop in the lobby but, sadly it was never open. Overall, it’s a great location!.

The staff were very hit or miss, some helpful and others not at all. The hot tub was broken, the pool was clean and they didn't clean even when we reported it. The room didn't get clean during the stay either. The gym and cafe were great and the room itself was very comfortable.

Checked in - staff made it clear we booked through third party so no amenities would be honored . Seemed put off . Room was ok - nothing great. Will credit them with it being spacious. Had to call desk to get towels only had one in room. Remote not working . Used work out facility in am - no water in water jug. Thermostat was broke and room was 77 degrees. No wipes to clean equipment. I stopped at desk to let them know and ask about water. I could buy one - they’d tell maintainence about issues. Again seemed like an inconvenience. The only staff who was engaging and kind was bartender when we grabbed a night cap . Shout out to him . Would have expected better quality from a Marriott.

Staff was ok, one tall man with curly hair treated me weird because I was 21 with my 18 year old sister.. besides that everyone else was friendly. Elevator needs to be fixed immediately because it sounds like it’s about to snap at any second and imitates an earthquake when you’re inside.

Disappointed that the pool was nasty dirty. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in like forever. We checked in and went to our room to get ready to go swimming, only to find it in that condition. Sad that you spend all that money to stay there and go away disappointed..

There were people in our room when we entered into our room. We were given a different room after going back to desk. The shower had mildew on the calking. The elevator was very slow- and the carpeted stairs were dirty. The bathrooms at the pool had broken tile and were dirty. The pool was not very clean. The preview of this hotel made it seem as though there was a restaurant. Not so !

The ac stopped working in middle of night had to pack everything and move to a new room. The room was out dated. The bed was so hard I think the ground would have been more comfortable. The rooms didn’t no have any soap or shampoo in both! The fridge was broke and had a wobble.iron didn’t work burnt my pants either not working or extremely hot. Only good thing about this place that it was so close to the stadium easy 10 min walk.

You cannot advertise the pull out sofa as a place to sleep. That thing is a torture device. Get rid of them and change the rooms to twins or queens or provide air mattresses. That was absolutely ridiculous

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, there was an open safety pin on the floor that was almost stepped on bare foot. Other than that the room was clean. Lots of traffic noise from the freeway and the a/c unit had a rattle in the fan so it was noisy all night long.

My suite was fine, the 2.5 hour wait to check in was not. We went to the Beyoncé concert and barely made it on time due to delay in checking in. Once we got our room the toilet didn’t work we reported it to the front desk. After our return our toilet did flush but it ran most of the night. We request clean towels and coffee they never arrived I had to go down to the front desk and only received 2 towels and coffee but no creamer or sugar. The ice machine on our floor dispensed crushed ice which melted rather quickly. The staff seemed inadequate not sure why as Marriott was an official partner of the concert and had to know Beyoncé can sell out any venue. Over 50 people had to wait for there room to be available that showed up at the required check in time (3 pm). So I was frustrated and disappointed in the Marriott this trip probably wouldn’t have been as bad if they had offered coffee or some sort of refreshment for the inconvenience

Upon check in we informed the check in clerk that we had finally made it due to the 15 freeway closure. He responded with I can’t believe you guys still made that trip and went ahead and called us stupid for doing that. Both me and my girlfriend were so tired and out of it that we just brushed it off. We felt that comment was completely unnecessary and rude. The bathroom was not stocked prior to us arriving. The body wash was empty and when we tried calling the front desk we found out the room phone was not working. Overall really bad experience

After a long day of travel it was nice to have a quiet, well appointed room, good food and a lounge on the premises. The staff were all very friendly but Tomika the bartender was exceptionally personable and great fun! Oh and no parking fees! We would definitely return.
