Hotel is being renovated at this time and they are almost done. My room looked brand new and was very clean in all areas. Been to this hotel 3 years in a row and this last time was my best stay yet! Close walk to Allegient Stadium is always the best part! Definitely my spot for years to come.

Hotel is surprisingly run down for age. The elevators are slow and very noisy. The room was adequate. I was charged $18 for parking without my consent. I was simply asked if I needed a parking pass when I checked in. I replied yes. I was not informed of the fee.

You're not going to get a freindly or helpful check in. Felt like i was disturbing the woman at the front desk, if she was having a bad day, sorry but a guest still should feel welcome at the very least. Bothersome paid parking thru 3rd party app. Dirty swimming pool, cold broken spa, out of order ice machine. The room itself was clean and comfortable but nothing special. Reauests for digital tips everywhere? Expected so much better based on previous stays at other locations. Won't be returning, so many better options in the area. Fairfield Las Vegas do better!

Perfect location for the stadium. Pool was absolutely filthy and despite staff being asked by multiple guests, no clean towels were replenished. Toilet in room was very dirty when we checked it. So filthy that you could see the dirt in the toilet from the hallway looking into the bathroom.

We came in and the outside looked nice, inside there was construction which is unavoidable at times. This was not a big deal. Check in was fine and we went up to our rooms. The elevators were rough. Got to our floor and all the EVS staff were hanging around laughing and not really moving out of our way. We get to our room and as my wife goes to use the bathroom, it was filthy. The toilet was filthy on the inside (leftover from the people staying in before). There were also hairs on the counter and on the bowl. We decided to go and let the front desk know and they were kind enough to get us into a different room, which was nice and quiet. The first room was by the elevator and extremely noisy.

Pictures are a little misleading. I expected to come to a hotel that was a little more casual and updated. It hit the casual aspect and did have “newer” furniture but it was scuffed up or stained. Bathrooms and sheets were clean so that’s great but walls were thin, windows were either not sealed correctly or very thin, and sound carried from the large gap under the door. I will probably go back to the Fairfield Inn airport location next time although it’s further away.

My only complaint was not being able to control the temperature in the room. At night we would have like the option to run the fan on the a/c unit but the unit was locked. When it would turn off and on it was really loud and would wake us up each time in the middle of the night.

Hello I booked this hotel 5 months ago and I received an email about 5pm the day before saying they over booked and proceeded to move all my information to the holiday inn next door because i assume since I booked early thru third party that I'm first to get canceled even after 5 months in advance so I can't really rate this hotel due not having an opportunity to stay there only to say josh yelle maid arrangements so that I had a place to stay or I would have arrived and had no room to stay at so that's the 3 star witch is generous on my part less than 24 hour notice. Probably would have been nice to stay at a place I actually booked the outcome could be better but didn't have opportunity to stay and actually do a proper rating holiday inn was great so now they get a good rating.

The staff was very rude and dismissive! I had to ask numerous times for an extra pillow, the phone in the room did not work and the ice machine on our floor did not work. I ask the night staff for pillows and they said they did not have access but once I spoke with the morning shift they said that was not true. I booked for 3 nights but decided to check out early after 2 nights due to being very uncomfortable and not feeling safe.

We arrived after a delayed flight and delayed baggage claim at the airport, planning to recover here before our vacation in Arizona. We arrived to a well lit, clean lobby but had to wait almost half an hour for a desk clerk to show up, without a greeting or apology. Calling the hotel phone did not alert the attendant or any other operator. Not a place I'll recommend.

Very upset with check in! I called and let the hotel we would be getting in at 1 -1:30 AM. We booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed! Upon arrival…..we were exhausted and ready for bed. I saw the check out was for noon. When I asked the man about it, he said it was 11:00. That was frustrating to me because we got to the hotel so late! Then when he gave me the key to the room, there was only one king bed. I told him I needed the sofa bed also’! He said the hotel was OVERBOOKED! I was so angry! After arguing with him for 15 minutes, he finally gave me someone else's room and said I hope they don’t show up! It was a horrible situation and experience!!!

Very clean and newer hotel. Breakfast was good with two nice staff fixing the food. I loved all the amenities. Lots of parking outside. Safe and well lit. Great location. Its close to the Allegiant Stadium. Would definitely stay there again.

Our flight landed later than we expected, but the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and fully stocked. This is a great location off the strip, yet still close to all of the attractions. We will definitely stay again when we go to games at Allegiant stadium.

I spoke with 3 different people at the front desk. They were all very friendly and helpful! Also, 2 cleaning staff greeted me as I walked down the hall. Pool & hot tub were nice. Breakfast had a great variety of food and there were plenty of places to sit.

Everything is good with the stay with the exception of the breakfast. On our 2nd day, we came down to the lobby at 8:30am (breakfast is supposed to stop serving at 9) for breakfast but many items were already out. And They never refill them. Everyone was complaining but yet they simply said the delivery didn’t come in time.

The Room felt dingy, Our bathroom was clean. The carpet felt old and dirty. Our toilet flushed every 15 20 min on its own / hard to sleep with that going on. The Breakfast got old in a hurry / we were there are week and usually the same thing served everyday.
