Harrahs we found to be lacking dinning options during the week. This hotel seemed to be extremley smokey more than others and as non smokers we wouldn't stay there again for that reason alone. Our sheets were used upon check in. They did come and change them when requested. Beds were comfortable and room was a nice size. The extra hotel nightly fee for the "gym and amenities" is high for that hotel. The gym is very small, but will get the job done. One shallow kids pool and one adult pool. Clean and there are some loungers and cabanas. There are some decent show selections and the MJ live show was amazing there. The highlight of the hotel. We don't gamble or bet but if you do there is a lot of options for that. It's very close to everything and has a monorail stop at the hotel and in the center of the strip. Not a hotel for us and we wouldn't stay again.

Check in was super easy with the pre-arrival process and kiosk at entrance. Had preselected room with king but provided 2 doubles, they advise on prearrival that it would be "if available". They have 2 separate elevator banks for different floors, my side had 6 units but only 4 working on arrival, by end of stay down to 3, which caused a bit of chaos on the busy Friday and Saturday mornings. Pool was closed and TV had irritating brief pauses on signal which became a longer pause on final day, making watching useless. Seems like a waste of a resort fee. Room was dated but comfortable. Food selection in hotel was varied and good. Buy your water at the small markets rather than the food court, you'll save almost half the cost per bottle. 2, 20 oz bottles cost 17.99 at the burger stand.The position on the strip puts you in the middle of the action with easy access to the monorail and a stop for the Deuce outside. The Piano Bar had lively entertainment every night. Slots felt stingy, never any decent wins. Glad I stayed here for the experience, will probably try another location next time.

Harrah’s was the perfect choice for our Vegas stay. The rooms have been updated and are super clean. The lobby and casino was always nice and air conditioned (better than some of the other more well known casinos) which was nice to escape from the heat when we needed. Tons of amenities on site and centrally located to all the strip activities. Rideshare location for Uber/Lyft is very easy to navigate. Will definitely stay again!

Room had trash under the bed and someone’s shoe. Pool was closed had to go to the flamingo for my granddaughter to swim. That pool was clean and friendly. Didn’t get clean towels when I mentioned it was told I declined. Which I did not. Handicap parking there wasn’t any.

Trying to find where to check in with a car was one of the worst experiences i have ever had . The property was not marked as Harrahs so totally unclear. At check in I paid for parking. And when we went to park the kiosk would not take my key card, so it printed a ticket. No one told me at the time to leave to keep your key.you have to have it to get out of the property. So I paided double for 1 night parking. I will never stay at their las vegas property again.

Clean room. Furniture needs some attention. Shower and bed are okay. Despite the ease of self-check-in, the lack of staff on the night shift makes things more difficult. The casino has good facilities, but some construction is currently hampering things. Overall, it's a good option for the area. From what I could tell, the pool was under renovation.

Check in was great. Spent a little bit over an hr trying to park my over height vehicle on the assigned parking lot the staff told me to but it was blocked off and even Tho they kept telling me several times it was open and myself going back n forth Manager was able to verify it was cancel. Place is a nightmare to get in and out specially if you have an over height vehicle which you also have to pay extra for if it’s open. There’s other places more parking friendly than this place

Check-in was the smoothest I’ve had in Vegas, my hotel tower was steps away from the check-in desk, Starbucks right outside the elevators to tower, which was helpful for my roadtrip. Hotel room was updated and the overall room was clean, HOWEVER, the bathroom had not been cleaned. Stains in the bathroom sink, stains on the wall of the shower, and long dark hairs and short pubic hairs in the corner of the restroom.

Bathroom was dirty. Coffee machine but no coffee. Was woken up by loud neighbors cause the walls are paper thin. Booked using the sauna for $35 and the girls working were kinda rude when I asked a simple question. multiple different colored hair on the bathroom shower wall. No hot water for 2 days and only at certain times. Internet was down for a day and you can have only 2 devices link to it. You can't disconnect one and add another. If you want a 3rd device it is $15 a day per device added. They take resort fees but also a $50 a day deposit in case of things you get in the hotel room which is very very high for a trip that is 6 days long. The other things we experienced were no hotel room service when they asked us as needed we said yes and in 6 days had none and when we asked the maid they said go to the front desk instead of just doing their job when they were at the room next to ours. The shower has no door so water gets all over the bathroom floor when showering. The glass that is there only covers about 40% of the opening. The elevators sounded like each one had multiple broken things and issues with it. They were hard to trust and had issues stopping on random floors. I had the second to the top (12 floors on the pad) and we stopped at 2 to 3 random floors with nobody on it every single time we rhode the stupid elevator. No fridge, no microwave, and no breakfest either.

The room was nice, the bed was comfy. The only thing I noticed is that it seemed as though the restroom had not been swept at the floors as there was long black hair and I’m not a brunette and we had just arrived in the room so it could not had been us.

Harrah's has always been my best friend's and I place to stay whenever we go to Vegas. We love Harrah's! This time around we had a couple different issues. First was the Wi-Fi. We couldn't barely get service and both of us have different providers so it seemed to be the Harrah's. And when we were able to connect, service was real spotty and people on the other end of the phone could not here is very well. It was really annoying. The other issue was, I swear in the past our rooms used to have mini refrigerators in them. Now they don't. So there is nowhere to put drinks or leftovers. Everything else was pretty good!

Loved our room overlooking the Sphere. We were able to check in early for an additional $20 which was worth every penny. Especially when we came back down at the normal check in time and saw the line we would have been in if we waited. The staff was great and we really enjoyed our time at Harrah’s. The location of this hotel on the strip was also a perk. Will definitely be back.

The room was not sound proof, it's noisy when people was outside the room. They put us close the elevator. Thankfully we knly stay there one night, the qater temperature is cold and you have to run the water for 5mins to get hot water. The Mini bar is so expensive and we didn't buy anything, we brought our own drinks and snacks. It was okay hotel for one night. I won't be staying there again.

Someone botched my reservation by not completing the last step. Hotel tried to book my room to someone else after I was in the room and in bed. I was rudely awakened by a security guard tapping me on my foot to wake me up and ask me why I was in the room. Why I was in the room!!?? I had to accompany them downstairs at midnight just to watch them straighten it out on their end. I had all of the confirmations and my credit card had been charged. Not my problem. I was given some in house credit, but that did not go far at their prices. Be sure to bring ear plugs because I was also right next to an outside venue playing live music. It was loud. If you are going to party, have fun! If you are going to work, then beware.

Check In was to long and dismissive felt as if the staff was cold in friendliness although i understand the business since only two people where available for check in even though the line was stretched all round. This is the second year I have stayed at harrahs and this is the second year their kiosks wouldn’t work for anyone. They are trying to do the “convenient” check-in which I can understand but they have 10+ kiosks that don’t ever work so you are stuck waiting in line for 45 minutes. The room was great and the staff was helpful for sure but the convenience after all the fees is very off-putting

I checked in late on Friday night. I had originally booked the valley tower. I was told rooms are based on availability and was put in the mountain tower. Got to the room, there was a huge red stain on the carpet. Called down to front desk and was told someone would come but no one ever day. It was late so fell asleep. Went to front desk on Saturday morning to talk to front desk. They moved me to a room in the valley tower which was much better but while I was packing to move rooms, someone actually came to tell me that the room I was in was actually not supposed to be used at all. Very upsetting experience overall.

The rooms are very clean and nice. I enjoyed my weekend. I just think prices on food are crazy expensive,other than that easy access to everything and enjoyed the pool. Harrahs is in a convenient area. Walgreens is right by it to get groceries. Dennys also. Beds were alright, pillows were not the greatest. We were in mountain tower room and they don’t have refrigerators, said I could get one for $20 a day 🙄 if you’re looking for cheap drinks, pizza cake has some for $5 😃everywhere else in the casino prices are ridiculous. Bucket of 6 beers by pool is $82.

Close to the Sphere where we went for a concert. Gordon Ramsey has one of his restaurants here for possibly the best beef Wellington in the western hemisphere.

We enjoyed the large rooms, nearby shopping, And the fact that everything was walkable. The food options inside the hotel were quite pricey, though, especially Starbucks.

The room was clean and had towels. The room unfortunately didn’t have a fridge but there is an ice station nearby. Staff were all so friendly and greeted us. Only thing, the shower is half covered so water is splashing out of the shower and you get a wet floor. Overall, still a wonderful stay.
