Older hotel but very well kept. Great water pressure, and plenty of HOT water. Nice pool and big hot tub. Great restaurants. Not too far of a walk to the strip, only about 10 minutes. Great view of the sphere at night too.

Absolutely flawless. Sparkling clean, all the way to the top of the 3 rd floor on the outside is spotless. The grounds are like out of a movie. The interior is remarkably clean creating a feeling of being spoiled. We have stayed at Tuscany before and I cannot wait to return. The food and bars are so much fun.

Had such a pleasant stay at Tuscany Suites! The room was massive, super clean, everyone was so kind and helpful. Ate at 3 of their restaurants and each one was amazing! The casino was clean and quieter than the strip options. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful! Location was excellent, just a short 2 block walk from hustle and bustle of the strip. Will definitely stay here again next time!

The property was awesome. Love that they don’t close their pool down November 1 for those Northerners looking for some pool time. Centrally located to the sphere and a .5 mile walk to the monorail to get you wherever you need to go. we will not stay anywhere else Love this place

Overall, our stay was okay. The location is nearby a lot of good convenient areas. Parking was great and theres a lot of food places nearby. Unfortunately, for us it wasn’t the cleanest. Theres portions of the room that was dirty - like the countertop by the sink, the dining chairs and table was filthy, the fridge was also dirty, the telephone to call front desk, light switches were also nasty. But for the price we paid (which was very cheap and reasonable) i guess cant really complain. We dont think we’ll book here again though, but as mentioned for price and convenience its an ok option

It was not a good experience at this hotel. There were many things in the room that were not right, for example, the television did not work, the sink was clogged and not clean, the nightstand had those teeth protectors on it. I sent them the photo. I mean that they do not clean well and they did not want to change rooms

I like the ease of check-in, the spacious layout, and the comfortable sofa. But many of minor problems are diminishing the overall comfort. The rooms are in need of some refreshing. Room stank like the last guest's food when I walked in. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable (saggy with little support), the pillows are bordering on awful, duvet insert is really thin. The shower drain backed up pretty high and keeps running when off, so my feet were getting a bath (gross). Safe was locked from last guest. Window air conditioning unit kept cycling on and off with no Constant Fan setting, really annoying and made the room feel poorly ventilated and drafty when off, too cold when on. Most of these things are things that housekeeping should be reporting but aren't.

Huge line to check in, waited at least 30 minutes even with electronic check in. Additional $50 each resort fee for each room, even though Hotels.com said all the fee's were included. To Late to do anything about that. Surprisingly NO Microwave, so planned meals weren't possible. Restaurants were too expensive. Quite a travel to our normal eating establishments.

From check-in to checkout, it was a positive experience. I asked for a quiet room, and the clerk was very accommodating. We were given a quiet room and were impressed with the kitchenette area with a dining table. We had a wall thermostat to regulate the A/C, which was wonderful. Exceptional suite with nice decor, clean, upscale furniture & furnishings. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and luxurious. Water pressure was excellent. TV & wifi were great. The mattress and pillows were firm, and we had a good night’s sleep. I would stay here again.

Great rooms but you need to be on the upper floor. We had folks above us and the floor creaked every time they moved. Ac is loud and fan cannot be left on. Ac kicks on and off every 15 minutes.

This was the first time staying here and it was perfect . Only little thing was the shower , took a long time for the water to go down the drain, but other then that clean quite and so spacious. I would be coming back.

We were not able to check in for a 5 night stay because we only had a debit card or cash to pay for the deposit. The front desk employees and manager were very unprofessional and rude and could have cared less that we had a weeks worth of luggage and it was late at night, and did not have another hotel to go to. They would not issue a refund of the money I already paid for a room for 5 nights.

We received a text wanting us to register upload all sorts of information and just head to front desk for keys, well that wasn’t the case. We arrived after 4pm and the line to check in was ridiculous the line was down the lobby and down at the elevators. They only had TWO agents working the front desk- during check-in. During peak times it should be 4-5 at least. Upon the registration text it allowed a space for messages to the agent- I requested a microwave to heat up food bc of dietary restrictions. I was told they were out of them. Next day I waiting in line again to requested a microwave and was told “had you been here an hour ago”- well that didn’t help. To many unnecessary texts and email to make things go smoothly and it was still a bit of chaos. The size of the room was nice and we do plan on trying it again- just offering constructive criticism in hopes of improvement.

I have fully paid for the room online with my debit card, only to drive a thousand miles to be turned away because I don't have a major credit card for the security deposit. I'm also told even though I can't actually stay there after I paid already, the room that's paid for is non refundable. I also paid for the insurance for the booking for my claim to be denied. Thanks for leaving stranded in Vegas thousand miles from home and then keeping my money for the paid room I can't actually stay in...

So my husband booked my daughter and I a room here. We were in California traveling back to Utah. It’s was a long drive and day. We pull up to the hotel and find out we can’t check in because I don’t have a MAJOR CREDIT CARD. I was turned away and was told to find another hotel who accepts debit cards. At lease I was refunded my deposit for the room. On other hand I was late and couldn’t find a nothing hotel. So we slept in my car for the night.

Housekeeping entered my room before we had checked out (we had moved our things out of the room already, but were planning to go back into the room later in the morning to continue using the room). I didn’t speak the housekeeper’s language, and for whatever reason, she continued turning down the room even though I was in there trying to let her know that I hadn’t checked out yet. Using the room phone to call the front desk was fruitless as their phone kept ringing and ringing and no one answered. I had to call the hotel’s 800 number from my cell phone in order for someone to answer me. Despite their assurance that a housekeeping supervisor would stop by to tell the housekeeper to stop cleaning the room, several more minutes went by without any response. So I used the room phone again and found a button to call housekeeping, who sounded surprised when I told her of the situation. To the housekeeping supervisor’s credit, she showed up within moments and was able to get the housekeeper to leave my room. I don’t understand why the hotel’s policy is for housekeeping to continue their duties despite the guest returning back to their own room. And it was frustrating that no one answered at the front desk.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, we had a problem getting a room because of early check in. I was supposed to get a call from the front desk that never came. When I went back to enquire I was told all the “early check-ins” have checked in and there were no rooms available. We were part of the early check in group, having arrived at 9:20 but didn’t get a room until 1:00 pm.

This is a fine property. Rooms are spacious and quiet, business class rooms. Whatever complaints I have are about Vegas in general but they apply here. First of all whatever price being advertised is a lie that's also perpetuated by hotels.com. "price includes all fees and taxes". No it doesn't. You'll be charged $47 upon check in for the "resort fee" that isn't even mentioned anywhere until you check in. The resort fee is a price scam they invented awhile back, suddenly all hotels with a restaurant and a pool out back are a "resort" and they collect a new tax they invented out of nowhere. Thanks for letting me vent. Also at this place the valet service sucks. The restaurants are decent. The casino is typical.

Spacious, well-appointed rooms, nice pools and other facilities, friendly staff. There is a casino here but the place is overall quiet. No loud partiers outside your window. Beautiful landscaping. Really Tuscany-like!

I love this hotel. It’s not on the strip but it’s very close. I’ve been to Vegas dozens of times at this point and have always stayed on the strip in one of the big hotels. My opinion frankly is the Tuscany beats out most if not all. The rooms here are very large, more like a small apartment. It’s quiet and convenient to everything

This hotel is not on the strip but omg it is amazing!!! It is close to everything, i came for the BSB concert at The Sphere and it was walking distance, it is also about 6 mins from the Airport. The hotel is clean, beautiful ans staff is friendly. The check in experience was easy amd fast as well. Really reccomend it. The only thing i wish they had microwaves. Other than that this will be my hotel when in Vegas.

5 stars for the gym. It is a spacious, clean, beautiful facility. Pub 365 gets a low score for extremely slow and disorganized service around 6pm when they switch shifts, and for the quality of the food. Tried twice, and was disappointed twice.

We are not really, “Vegas,” people but we really wanted to check out the Sphere. This is the perfect property. Away from the craziness of The Strip. Great rooms! Nice property. Great staff. Feels safe. Nice pool. Prices good. Ate at Pub 365, the Cafe Botha and Marilyn’s Cafe. Great food and service. The only place we would stay when visiting Vegas. at everyone.
