I always love staying here but my one big thing that I wish they would change is the hot tub you sit down in the cement is so uncomfortable. It irritates the legs and the bottom area. It’s just not comfortable to sit on wish it was a smoother surface inside the hot tub.

Staff is friendly and courteous, but not super helpful - for example, I needed a spoon but they did not have it at the front desk. They said the hotel restaurant next to the front desk that was set to open in 20 minutes and had the staff in there but they did not want to disturb the employees setting up for the buffet. Swimming pool was closed for renovation - Expedia and the resort should publish it when reserving the property. I specifically chose a hotel with pool as an amenity in my filtering options. Breakfast buffet is expensive, and there are no ala carte options. Thankfully, there are options around the hotel. There is no convenience store to buy basic amenities, and the hotel skimps out on body lotion etc. Parking is expensive ($37 for self parking and $47 for valet parking).

Stay was average. I didn't see any amenities or service that exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and attractive. Not many other amenities besides a room to stay in. Gym was basic, pool was closed, not many decorations or anything to make me impressed on any floors - No grand staircase or art or anything beyond the basic bland hotel "we are minimalist" fare. Staff were friendly. Appreciated having the parking included in the hotel cost.

We stayed for the weekend for the baseball games and it was lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Pool and hot tub was great after a long hot day. Only downside...parking is confusing as there are two sides to the lots...north and south and they connect but take you to two very different areas. Make sure you are parking on south lot...p5 for Westin and you are all good!

Great stay, I like the views and they have great amenities like the hot tub and pool with a descent size gym. The pool area has an outside patio to relax under the sun. The only issue is you have to walk quite far across a sky bridge and go into the other building to one of the parking garages. Or pay for the valet so you don’t have to walk.

Nice view of 1/2 of Lake WA and Peek-a-boo of Cascades. Room was not clean. Small glass rolling carts instead of counter in bath, really dirty. Asked EXPRESS SERVICE TO please clean it and vacuum, dust everything. Even tray of glasses were piled with dust. Water soaked bath floor, really disgusting. No one cleaned this mess, only brought new towels. No sundries, gotta use room service to get a Diet Coke! Very disappointing.

The Westin is always lovely. Unfortunately we are staying on a newly renovated floor. Visually stunning, but there was a very strong wood/dust smell. What I always love about Westin is the smell of the hotel lobby and rooms - they always smell so refreshing. This time, it smelled badly in the room. But overall, still a good stay.

For how much money you’re spending to be close to the shopping and restaurants it was not worth it. I would have rather walked a little ways to stay somewhere that had towels without holes. Paying so much for a hotel room and having decent towels is a requirement. I saw this on a review before I went and assumed it was taken care of by now. No, the towels are so thin and they had holes in them. Like we were staying in a motel 6. I actually think a motel 6 would be better I would not recommend this property. They need to make some quality changes.

Hotel staff was friendly, but had issues at checkin and accessing the breakfast buffet and staff confirming whether it was included in our package, our hotel room view was amazing location is very convenient, nice restaurants and Bellevue mall walking distance, but cleanliness was an issue, we found our room hadn’t been vacuumed very well, the corridor floor had garbage piling from the residents with no one attending it, eventhough we saw and heard the cleaning staff nearby, the hotel pool was full of young kids ages 5-13 running around the pool in an unsafe manner, no on duty life guard, jumping into the hot tub without an adult, yelling and screaming, even inside the hotel gym accessing the equipment with little adult supervision, it got so loud you could even hear them in the spa, where it was suppose to be quiet and relaxing,I have been to Westin hotels around the world and have seen way better service

Staff and property were wonderful but the room I booked wasn’t available, which was totally fine. I didn’t get a mini fridge in my room as requested and there were weird kids toys and garbage left under the bed, which makes me question cleanliness. The staff was wonderful though.

Checking in was so easy and they even offered a complimentary upgrade of our room for our 11 year wedding anniversary! We have the most beautiful views of lake Washington and Seattle and Bellevue! I loved it, everything was great about the property. The only issue was I had reserved a King Deluxe room with a patio and I wasn't put into a room I thought I was renting. It was just a regular view room without the patio. It was very upsetting, that was the reason I rented at the Westin so I can have a patio with my room. Unfortunately that was the only bad experience. Not getting the room you are expecting is the worst.

I wanted so badly for this stay to be a five star experience but it fell short. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room itself was not up to par for the nightly rate. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and so the bathroom would get foggy and over heated. Several of our body towels had frayed edges which gave off a low budget feel. The view out my room on the fifth floor was of a brick wall. My bed was not comfortable and the mattress topper would move underneath me and cause bunching during the night. Overall, the experience left me sad and disappointed in this Marriot - Westin property.

I generally stay in 4 star hotels but I’ve never experienced a Marriott property before. I stayed here yesterday & for the first time I even did an extended check out time which was quite reasonable at only $40 to checkout at 3 pm~ I’ve never experienced a hotel manger being so quick to correct something and genuinely happy to do so. The operations manager Sara A. was a beautiful spirit, that at least in my short experience loves what she does. 💜 I experienced luxury without the snobby energy that can come along with it. From the manager to the staff accepting my breakfast order to Jerry who checked me in & out the experience was beautiful and I will be returning frequently. I hope who’s ever reading this has the same experience.💜💜💜

We were here to take my kid to Seattle Children's Hospital for a surgery, and this was by far the best hotel stay we've experienced when going to the hospital early the next day. First, access to the hotel was great, parking with valet was very easy and helpful. Likewise, access to the 520 toll road was easier to access than other similar hotels in the area. The gentleman at check in was wonderful, he seemed genuinely concerned about our accessibility needs, something other places in the area didn't seem to want to address at all. I found this to be quite refreshing and polite. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly, and the room was very comfortable/clean. I definitely want to stay here again. It was definitely a 4 star experience.

Our stay at the Westin was great. We appreciated that it wasn't busy surrounding the hotel and the hotel itself was quite quiet. We were able to get early check in and late check out. It's in a very convenient location and walkable to parks, activities, restaurants, shopping.

Location great. Room spacious but blah color and little decoration. Coffee and cream was not replaced the second day so had to go down to the restaurant to get coffee. The man who greeted us and opened the door was poorly dressed and shoes scruffy and in need of polishing. Restaurant employees were very nice and accommodating.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The room was also lovely although we had a few minor issues with our stay. 1st and foremost was the in room dining, not only were the delivery and service fees outrageously high, but the food was also terrible. absolute waste of money. secondly as bonvoy members we were not offered any kind of room upgrade which was strange. That being said we did receive early check in and late checkout which made our stay wonderful.

Other than the ridiculous cold, self serve breakfast for $25, our stay was first class. Thank you to the front desk staff, especially Jun, who helped us get oriented and booked in a fabulous room. If you want a memorable getaway, we highly recommend.
