The property is in need of renovations badly and it could have been a lot cleaner. The pool was closed and had brown paper and what looked like trash bags covering the windows. That's just to name a few things.

From around 6 -11 pm the one end of the 1st floor reeked of weed. There was no chair for the desk so I had to drag the lounge chair over. The inside of the tb started peeling after the shower was used the 2nd time. Woke up 2nd day to a huge puddle of water from the in room hvac unit. The side door of building didn’t lock so anybody can sneak into the hotel.

I noticed it was very clean. It looks as if it was recently remodeled. The rooms were cleaned and i loved that it had a refrigerator and microwave for guest to use. Unfortunately alot of hotels charge these services especially if they are stocked. The pool wasn't available as it was under construction. What I didnt like was plastic cutlery and plates at breakfast time. The plastics used where to flimsy to cut into a waffle. That just disappointing. Other than that my stay was fine

I didn’t like that fact there wasn’t a microwave and we had trouble with the water in the sinks as well there is mold in the shower just hidden in the crease. The gym was not in use so as the indoor pool. Other than that everything else was great especially the staff. Just a little bit of confusion on the stays. But we did have a cleaner walk in the room while it was locked. Without evening seeing someone was in there.

Just a quick overnight stay for sports. Convenient to Applebee's which was nice to walk over for dinner. Staff was extremely friendly and continental breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before check-out. The pool was closed, which didn't affect us too much but if someone is looking to book that would want the pool as an option, double check if it is open. Perfect for a short stay.

The hotel smelled like Marijuana. The firat room i was given was very dirty, so they put us on the 2nd floor which was a little better! There was hair on the floors. The pool was closed and overflow of beds in that area! Over because it was close to applebees and other stores was the reason i gave it a 3 star. Otherwise its really a1-2 star motel

The room felt neglected, The environment smell smoky. inside the room was not well maintenance. husband and I end up going to another Hotel close by, the, the minute we step into the room my husband was disappointed, the carpet was dirty etc. I wish i can get a refund back, because we did not spend the night at the facility. we end up paid for dirt. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice and helpful. Walls are super thin- could hear neighbor snoring. Neighbors also were smoking, could see smoke coming out of their door one morning. Very noisy other guests.

The rooms are incredibly dark, even in the bright daylight. In most places in the room, you can hardly read anything without a flashlight. Darkest rooms I've seen in a hotel. Inexcusable. There appears to be only one hand truck. There should be several. I had to wait to use one, and the person behind me had to wait as well. Really cheap! When one drives up at night, the entrance is dark. Bad practice; stupidly bad, in fact. Really. My wife wondered where the entrance was, and she was right in front of it.

Hard to summarize briefly: We booked Baymont only because other area hotels were full — a choice I deeply regret. The hotel was dimly lit and smelled of stale smoke upon arrival. Our room had a stale weed odor that hung in the warm air. The wall thermostat didn’t work, and the A/C unit cycled for 20 seconds, every few minutes without cooling the room. The toilet didn’t flush, and there was a plunger beside it — clearly a known issue. The shower had NO running water - NONE!! We couldn’t use the lobby restroom either as it was also out of order. After a rough night with thin walls in which we could hear every bodily function of our neighbor, we reported the issues in the morning. The front desk was passive and unhelpful, suggesting a room change only after check-out time. When we returned later the next staff member was completely unaware and patronizing. I took over 90 minutes for maintenance to replace the shower faucet and reset the A/C. Housekeeping never visited. Night two was much the same. The A/C still cycled inconsistently, and we barely slept again without a fan to drown the all-night noise from next door. Only on the final morning did the shower work — too little, too late. No apology, no compensation, and no real concern from staff. I seriously question if it’s even legal to rent out a hotel room without a working toilet or shower. Avoid this property at all costs — the photos don’t match reality, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish

Staff was great, but the room was not so great. Honestly, there was no good lighting and it was very dark with no ceiling light. Considering it gets dark early in this season, that was really disappointing.

The air conditioning barely worked. The first room I was given had two different large puddles on the floor . The next room I was given the air conditioner only stayed on for about 5 minutes, then would shut off for the next 45-60 minutes . It was 96 degrees outside and probably about 80 degrees in the room. I couldn’t get it any cooler . The fridge didn’t work well either , freezer section did , but not fridge , weird . The remote stopped working so I couldn’t turn the tv off or change the channel . It was a connecting room and the sound from the other room was Very loud by the connecting door , even though both doors were shut and locked . Toilet also didn’t work right , had to flush a minimum of 3 times for just pee !!! They had a rug runner by the side door closest entrance to my room , that was awful , curled up at the edges , definitely a tripping hazard .

The hotel room needs an update. The bathroom tub faucet was nearly hanging off the wall. The refrigerator was missing a leg, causing it to lean to one side and wobble when the door was opened. Additionally, food was left in the fridge from the previous guests. The TV satellite did not work initially. The desk attendant came to the room to fix it the first night, but it was out again the second night.

The rooms were okay but we had to switch after the first night because of a leak in the ceiling. The second room kept having water on the floor from the AC unit and the pillows were too small. It was an alright stay for a short trip but it wasn’t the most comfortable place.

We checked in late around 11pm and were greeted by a machine. The check in process is done by a virtual front desk agent that answers via camera. The process didn't take long however it was weird not seeing any staff at all in the lobby. Once the machine dispensed the key and we entered our room I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The TV had a white residue all over and the toilet had hair and some kind of residue all over. The floor was very sticky. In the morning when the staff was available we complained and they stated they would send someone in to clean however they never did. We ended up leaving and not completing our stay.

We arrived after 11:00 pm, live staff apparently left for the day. Did not like video kiosk check in with someone outside of the country. Very disappointed at 6:30 the following morning to find the gym did not open until 7:00. The very nice woman prepping breakfast said she did not have the ability to let us in and suggested we try the video kiosk who could not open the gym either. With out my glasses the place looked okay, with my glasses it was abundantly clear the place needed a deep clean. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was better the I expected

The very nice woman prepping breakfast said she did not have the ability to let us in and suggested we try the video kiosk who could not open the gym either. With out my glasses the place looked okay, with my glasses it was abundantly clear the place needed a deep clean. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was better the I expected

I arrived late at night due to terrible traffic only to find they had cancelled my reservation and gave away my room. They had apparently tried to call me once around 7:30pm, and when I didn’t answer, just went ahead and cancelled. So my husband and I had to scramble to find another room after midnight and an exhausting road trip. They offered no apology or solution to the situation. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had

The hotel was extremely clean, great service when you’re about to leave you actually check out at the kiosk or when the representative is the front desk, you get a continental breakfast every day during your stay they also have a small gym if you’re are a smoker you have to go outside they require a $50, deposit but you will get it back as soon as you check out but overall it was a great experience 😃

Check in was via kiosk which is current technology but not really advisable for me as a woman traveling alone. I do not appreciate others in the lobby privy to my traveling affairs. I had requested that my room # and location be not announced which was honored. Unfortunately the room that I was given was occupied by another guest which created an awkward situation for both parties. The concierge was able to find me another room but I was concerned during my stay hoping that the same thing did not happen to me while I was away from my room leaving my personal belongings there. There was also some work being done in one of the rooms right next to mine which disturbed my work time and sleep. Overall it’s not a bad place for the price for short term trip

The hotel called the day of check in, after the check in time to tell me that my room was unavailable and they didn't have any other rooms available at the hotel at all. I can only assume they double booked the room and the other person got there before me. Horrible experience. I cannot rate the cleanliness and such because I did not get to see it. I had book a last minute room from my phone while I was on vacation without researching it because of how irresponsible the people who run this hotel are.

The staff here is helpful and friendly. There is a lot of places to choose where to go to eat and shop gas stations near by a regal cinema is also by 6 flags is about 40 plus minutes away. The rooms and property are very clean. The New Jersey Turnpike is close by 295 South Bound and North Bound are about 10 minutes away.

The stay was okay for the price. The hallway smells terrible but my room was clean and odorless. Cleaning staff didn't come to my room for the 3-day period I was there, though. The excuses are wearing thin. No matter what the woman who runs the breakfast buffet says, I doubt the management "forgets" to order scrambled almost every week. Those eggs are the only non-carb item on the buffet. Tired of waking up early to hit the breakfast and there being NO scrambled eggs. At least post something in a visible area the night before so that if there will be no eggs the next morning, we don't bother getting up early just to eat carbs. And, no, hard-boiled eggs are NOT a suitable substitute. Get your act together.

WHY is it so damn hard for the woman who runs the breakfast to ensure there are scrambled eggs??? The excuses of "managers forgot to order them" have run thin. It's not HARD to make some scrambled eggs! Some of us can't do an all-carbs breakfast (pre-diabetic), so protein is just a little important to us.

Facility was clean. However it is supposed to be a smoke free facility and people were smoking in their rooms. Could see smoke in hallway. Also there is no microwave or coffee pot in rooms. Also breakfast is only waffles, oatmeal and fruit. No meat to go with waffles. Disappointed that I could not have my coffee in my room. Brought my coffee with me. Not sure I would stay here again. Some staff were not very friendly. The guy who check us in very late cause of flight delays was awesome! He even offered me his water cause he said you look exhausted. He even asked if I needed food. The breakfast was some dried out scrambled eggs or stale breakfast cereal. EXTREAMLY limited to a point we went out to eat. I am shocked you placed the Wyndham name on it before updating it from what ever it was. The floors are worn and the carpets in the halls need scrubbed or replaced.

The hotel was convenient to the NJ Turnpike. It was reasonably priced. Our room although clean, had a strange odor (I have no idea what the odor is). Although there was no microwave in the room. You have to use the one in the lobby that is not clean! The breakfast needs more options besides eggs and waffles! It needs some type of meat (sausage, bacon). I would come back based on the price but not eat breakfast there.

When checking in the attendant expressed that there's a NO SMOKING POLICY at the hotel. While walking up the stairs going to my room, there was a cigarette butt on the stairway. Walking down the hallway there were large dark stains in the carpet which needs a serious deep cleaning. Also in the hallway there were boxes that released an air freshener scent. The wall so thin we could here our neighboring guests conversation and TV. Also, the refrigerator hummed real loud and it wasn't even cold. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean and tidy when I arrived. The staff were friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking for a full house. Didn't get a chance to have breakfast. My only issue was the sink in our room was tilted forward slightly which didn't allow water to drain properly.
