Hilton Garden Inn Mount Holly/Westampton

Staff was friendly, but for or a hilton garden inn i felt it was a bit shabby.....Pool was freezing

We travel quite a bit and while a hotel is a hotel, one thing I always look for is cleanliness. This property is clean and bright, well decorated and has comfortable beds. The standout here though is their lobby bar. We went to dinner at the sports bar next door. It was horrible!! Don't waste your money or time there. We left and decided to try the bar at the hotel because we barely ate at the sports bar. The bartender, Nancy, was amazing! She makes great martinis and they actually had better food than the sports bar. We got a beautiful cheese tray that was only $13. They also offer breakfast but we didn't try that. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely stay there. It's also right across the road from the Turnpike entrance, can't be any more convenient.

The property is getting old. The air conditioner unit runs like a rant and goes on and off due to the temperature control. There is no option to keep the fan on with air conditioning therefore, you can choice either no heat/cold and ambient sound. It is very annoying. As of the gym, two out of two treadmills are out. Not too much option.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We've never had any issues. The only downfall this time was that the pool was closed.

The hotel is in pretty good condition. Nancy at the bar is great! Folks at the front desk seemed kind of disinterested in general. Pool was closed for my entire stay

The pool wasn’t working and that was the main reason I went there. Staff were great.

The AC did not work in our room. The hotel was not "sold out" so not sure why they would put us in a room with an AC that wouldn\'t go lower then 75 even though it was set to lower. Fan would only turn on for a short time if we were in front of the thermostat. The pool was disgusting. Chunks of hair floating all around the pool, had to grab a skimmer and even then couldn\'t handle stepping into it. The bath/shower was extremely dangerous. No grip on the bottom and almost sliped and fell a few times.

Everything was great except the pool heater was out so the water was ice cold! But overall great experience

The pool was ice cold and they had no heat. The staff continued to have issues with us being in the pool and complained about the children having fun. Dinning staff were perfect! The breakfast was great!

Great place to stay outside of NYC and still close to NYC. Very quiet at night. Room was very clean and confortable. They had a laundry facility to clean you clothe is needed. Breakfast was really good and taste very much recommend eating the breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly. There was a lot of parking. They have a restaurant close by with a bar. They have a gym with a peloton bike, the pool is right next to the gym. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be outside NYC but close by at the same time. There were a lot of stores near by this location. They also have a business center if you need to use the computer, printer, or WiFi. Very nice place to stay, I enjoyed it a lot.

The stay was disappointing for a Hilton. Checked in by a very pleasant receptionist. Our room was very shabby - covering on bed frame was fraying, mold on the grout in the bathroom, bathroom door in need of painting, no soap was available on the sink (I was told they did not receive their delivery), no glasses or cups at the bathroom sink. Don’t if I would book this again.

The hotel management should put resources into clean white towels, wash clothes, and bead spreads/comforters. Linen was overused and tattered. The room itself was not clean. I wasn’t comfortable walking without flip flops.

The hotel, service, and amenities we’re great. However, for some reason, in the initial room I had, there was a strong unpleasant spell in the bathroom, and it reminded me of mildew. The bathroom appeared clean, but the smell was unpleasant enough that I had to change rooms.

Beds had hairs all over the sheets, and there were huge dust balls on the ceiling by the heat vent. Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast bar was cold.

Bathroom was dirty and the exhaust fan wasn't working as well. For the price the breakfast should have been included as well, but don't mind paying. Then again they charged 14$ for what? Bread and butter and an apple juice? Lol. 370$ for 2 nights mid-week is actually too pricey fir this hotel and services overall. Im not going back.

Best hotel in Westampton, but that doesn’t say much. Very hard mattresses, fairly clean rooms, free but unappealing breakfast, quiet location, ornery HVAC, elusive Wi-Fi

Pro: The Hotel was very clean, the staff was awesome friendly. The room was very clean,. Con: $2 for a bottle of water wasn’t good. We had a room on the second floor and whom ever was staying in the floor above us sounded like they were having a track meet running up and down the hall

Property was convenient to the highway as a stopover. Hotel was a bit outdated - basic hotel.

There were no USB ports in the room for charging devices and their TV was not able to use my streaming services (not smart TV or accounts compatible). For the Hilton I would expect better tech.

The mattress was horrible in room 211. Felt as if you were going to roll off bed on both sides. Could not get enough rest for my continuing trip up state Ny.

I had a great stay at this hotel. There was an issue with my room (not an issue with the hotel). Zondra and Mahogany, who were very nice during the check-in process, immediately moved us to another room during a very full occupancy night. Excellent customer service!

My fiance and I had the most perfect little night away at this property. Chris at the front desk is an absolute rockstar. He was beyond friendly, helpful, and patient. Another huge shout out to Paul. He went above and beyond for my fiance and I. The entire staff is the best I have ever experienced. The property is clean, well maintained and in a perfect area. I’m looking forward to my future stays at the Hilton

Hotel check in wasn’t good. We was told the room will be available by 3:30 we had to waited a hour half pass check in time. I ask to speak to a manager no one came to talk to me. After getting my key card I was told a GM will be here tomorrow morning if I wanted to talk

I can forgive a lot of things. But in this case, I left my shoes behind in my room, we called the hotel a couple of hours later, talked to reception, left message with manager, no one got back to us. Called again today, receptionist checked with housekeeping again, and after a long wait on hold, we were told finally, no shoes. We know for certain they were left behind, and pretty much where in the room they were left behind. It was a very short period before we contacted the hotel - three to four hours from our departure. I can only conclude they were trashed or stolen. And no one ever called us back to let us know. Left two messages with the manager, the first on Friday the second on Saturday. Silence. Maybe someday he or she will return the call. My wife and I both let messages. Also, there was some mold in the bathroom shower, and one of the two exercise bikes didn't work in the gym, and the other one had to be turned off in order to slow it down - only the "accelerate" button worked not the "slow down" button. Potentially dangerous. I will say that the receptionist when we came to the hotel at 8pm was a nice lady, and I don't blame her. Surely for $200 a night Hilton should do better.

EXCEPTIONAL Staff. Very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to every service worker we passed in the hall, staff was as congenial as any cruise ship staff. 5 stars for this staff!

A perfect location for us on our drive north! Breakfast in the morning and we’re off again. Pleasant and clean. Staff is professional and courteous.

The room was nice and cleaned but did have a trace of a mildew smell. The staff was Awesome and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good especially the fruit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Checked in at midnight, front desk employee was kind! Once getting into our room and getting into bed turned the A/C on and it made the loudest noise all night. The bathroom shower had some moldy spots. Paying $13 an adult and $10 per kid for breakfast is INSANE and the options were slim.

The King Jr. Suite in which i reserved should have been listed as out of order. It is also evident that the rooms are not QC'd prior to "turning the room" for available, dirty and damaged and i have pictures that i plan to send to corporate. In addition to be told that we would have to pay and additional $13 each for a less than continental breakfast? I left feeling ripped off of a total price of $211?

Front desk personnel (Chris on check in and Kristin the next morning) were very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the use of the exercise room . . . much better than many I experience . . . only draw back was breakfast . . . definitely not worth the $$$$

Very nice hotel. The toilet was not working well because the water was running and sometimes it didn’t fill correctly. We didn’t report it until we left. Great breakfast
