Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Holly - Westampton

We paid 156 dollars. The pool was not open. The hot breakfast was a joke, make your own waffles which is fine, but no butter or syrup. No coffee. The barhtub was stained almost black, there were black hairs in the bathroom and we're both blonde, the elevators smell like weed. The room was nice and the reception ladies were awesome. In no way do i want this terrible review to reflect on them. If you're going to charge a premium price for a hotel at least have a pool open in July and not nasty bathtubs.

Never have a fridge in my room when I go there. Recycling dumpster is always over flowing and everything is on the ground.

Pool closed, gym closed, property needs alot of work. Toilet leaked, A/C did not remove humidity. No protein on breakfast.

Upkeep, needs work on the facility. Looks like last time this place was refurbished was 20 plus years ago

The hotel looks very run down and in need of a deep clean and little repairs. The pool was not open, even though they said it was on the phone. One of our non-smoking rooms REEKED of cigarettes, and both rooms were very poorly cleaned - hairs all over, liquid stains on the floors and desk tops, burn holes in the chair, food left in the fridge. The beds were comfy and the staff very friendly. Great restaurants within walking distance, though the breakfast in the hotel was pretty bleak. Had to wait 15 minutes for coffee, no fresh fruit, and almost no selection of yogurt or cereal. Head over to Applebees if you want real food.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a gym. Also breakfast. The pool was green the gym was closed for renovation (not posted on website so i did not know) and the breakfast was barely anything the coffee machine didn't even work. Oh and bugs and dirty bathrooms.

The woman at the front desk seems to be the only person working there. The pool was closed. The reason I booked with this hotel is because it had a pool. No compensation was given for not having use of the pool. The hallways, common areas, and the room myself and my child stayed in were filthy. Our room smelled like a litter box and there was pet hair all over the pullout sofa bed. The microwave had never been cleaned. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Etc etc etc.

Everything inside the doors of the hotel was filthy. The elevator’s walls and floor were dirty. The floor in the room had stains and dirt on it. It didn’t look like it had been mopped in a very long time. The room had a terrible odor. There was a chunk missing from the toilet seat and the bathroom light was not working. My sneakers were actually sticking to the bathroom floor. It appeared as though the hotel is taking in homeless people. I was staying alone and did not feel safe. The front desk clerk clearly could not care less about my feelings about the condition of the room.

The room had a strong unpleasant odor when I first got there. There room was also dirty. A dirty rag was left on the bed side table, the heating/air units were caked in dust the bathroom was dirty and the room itself was generally dirty.

The room was filthy, the toilet was broken. There didn’t seem to be any cleaning staff. Linens and towels we left outside the room across when we got there and still there the next day. The trash by the elevator on the 2nd floor was all over the floor because it was never picked up. The ice maker did not work. The refrigerator had no freezer part. The hair dryer was taken off the wall and stuck on a shelf under the sink. There was mold in the shower. We were evacuated from the hotel for about an hour 8:05/9:05. The firefighters came and when we were let back in I asked the staff why we had to go outside she said she could not discuss that with me and I could just go to my room. Very rude. I was staying at that hotel and I had a right to know why I had been evacuated. The staff was horrific. The complementary continental breakfast in the morning was a disgrace. It was Froot Loops two kinds of packaged muffins, coffee, milk, and some yogurt. It was awful. I have never been anywhere where it has been so so terrible. I will never ever go back to that hotel. it should be condemned. I want my money back.

No security deposit yet and it's been a WEEK. There was a vet-grade sedative drug testing kit and pistachio shells in the nightstand drawer, questionable stains and piles of build-up in every corner, and the mold on the A/C unit in the middle of August was atrocious! Even just a simple "move items around and sweep up the place" would have been better than what I found when I got there. The only reason why I didn't change rooms was because I was scared to see what else the hotel had. The ceiling in my hallway fell from the rain and it took a full day for that to be cleaned up. There was a leak in the ceiling of my room that I didn't catch photos of, and I'm just glad I didnt have important documents or personal effects there. The only good part was the waffle, and even then the cream cheese was moldy and warm! I tried contacting the hotel. No answer. I hate leaving reviews, especially negative ones, but I have no other way of reaching out to the hotel besides their number (again, no answer even after leaving a voicemail) and their review options. Comfort Suites management, refund me. This entire ordeal has been stressful enough as I am essentially homeless and stayed here for a weekend to have a bed for a few days before couch surfing. I want my security deposit and AT MINIMUM half of what I paid for the room.

This place was filthy and not fit for anyone to stay. My first room had poop all in toilet and on toilet and bathtub was filthy dirty and bed linen dirty. Second room they moved us too had poop in toilet, dirty shower but bed linen was clean. the walls had a ton of cracks in it.

This hotel was “Hands Down” the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed. When walking into our room we noticed the dingy decor but we were exhausted and the bed looked comfy and the room temp was a wonderful break for the 102 degree weather outside. When getting into bed we noticed someone had left a charger in the covers. This clearly meant the sheets in our room hadn’t been changed. But we decided it was too late to pet dressed, pack up and go looking for another room; sooo we grabbed our pillows and a blankets from our car and tough it ou for the night. In the morning when seeing the bathroom in the light and its full glory , there was black mold n the shower curtain & on the grout lines. Not only was there mold but there was pubic hairs in the shower walls, bath tub floor and shower curtain! I walked down to the front desk to request the bathroom to be cleaned before we showered. However the guy working the front desk was busy trying to get the complementary breakfast ready (this was at 7:10am. He breakfast hours were from 6:30am-19am). He was so behind that the only things he managed to get were stale muffins, coffee and dried cereal . No fruit, eggs, toast, waffles or oatmeal….The guy was so busy fending off cranky breakfast goers that I didn’t bother asking about the shower. We just packed up and left!

Do not stay here! I slept in full clothes as the bedding clearly hadn’t been changed and had crumbs and dirty Kleenexes under cover. Did not shower in the dirty/moldy bathroom but water didn’t shut off anyways and ran all night. Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed.

This hotel should not be in service of of the uncleanliness and health hazards. The hotel is infested with cockroaches- they are all over ( bathroom, nightstands etc). It’s there is no management because I have never seen a filthy hotel like that before and do not believe any 5 stars review because this a minus zero star hotel. The hotel need to be close to deal with cockroaches and to clean all stained carpets. The smoke smell is all over but it’s supposed to smoke free hotel. I should have never book this hotel but it was the closest to where I need to be the next morning at 7 am so I took my chances and I regretted it.

Lobby seating is ready for garage sale. Room and bathroom were not clean. Roaches in bathroom. Bedding was stained which made it feel dirty. No extra blanket in room, no toilet paper or Kleenex. Air conditioner was so loud/noisy made it difficult to sleep. We will not be using Comfort Inn again.

I was put in a room that had no phone, coffee maker and a shower that did not work properly, They did bring the phone and coffee maker but they wouldn't let me move because I had a service dog with me and wouldn't let me in a new renovated rooms. They claim that no dogs will be allowed, not even service dogs anymore. So they put me in a disgusting room. I would have left but there was no refund from you for the room due to the fact that I just reserved the room. The breakfast was offal. The staff was kind.

The breakfast was good. The lighting was bad. Lots of dust in the room. No working telephone. Short staffed. No complaints about the bed other than the pillows! They were small throw pillows. The sofa looked like a crime took place on it. When brought to staff attention they gave me a sheet to put over it.

The toilet and shower were falling apart, the main door was sticky, the air filter in the ac looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever (I checked because of a musty smell). The hallways and elevator were run down and the elevator button on our hall didn’t work. They seem to be operating on a first come first served for breakfast until you complain that you paid for breakfast included and they need to replenish the breakfast. The area was also very dodgy. When we checked in around midnight there were A LOT of people hanging around in the parking lots which made me feel very unsafe walking to the hotel and also to leave my car. Overall not worth half of what I paid and would never stay at this hotel again.

Desk girl was super friendly and a refreshing breath of positivity. Room were nice, attempted updates but shower was old and narrow. Easy location to get to.

The room itself was pretty bad. Dirty floor and walls near appliance cabinet. Lights in bathroom so dim and also buzzed. Broken floor lamp had to lean on back of couch to stand . Wall in bathroom plastered and just left as is. Wooden towel cabinet all knicked up. Just big disappointment. Came a year ago and was told it was being renovated. A year later the same. We are done with this place.

It needs upgrading. The room smelled old. There was a whole in the wall and the bathroom needs reconstruction. The shower needs to be recorked it was dirty around the soap holder and the base of the tub.

For the price, you get what you pay for so all was expected. I was in the area for business. The hotel is showing its wear and tear, needs a serious clean - vents and corners all around the hotel and elevator need a deep clean. However, the staff was friendly, helpful, & quick to make things right. The first room they put me in was not clean. The second - it was clean, sufficient.

My elderly mother who can barely walk stayed here. The elevator was not working, and they decided it would be wise to put her on the third floor. She had to climb 3 flights of stairs up and down several times in her frail condition, and the staff did not even offer to help with baggage, I did it for her of course. Further, we booked 2 back to back differing reservations (added a single day to a 2 day trip), of which we told the front desk on the first night and were assured we would be okay. The next day after breakfast, we got calls in broken unintelligible English about our room. We arrived back at the hotel only to learn that my mothers belongings from the room had been removed. The front desk person told me they called in a scolding manner. I would have known but I could not understand their very broken English. If you can not speak English, you should not be at the front desk interacting with customers. We will never be back, HORRIBLE. Do not come here, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The staff here are very rude, I called inquiring about a deposit and the staff ended the call on me. The bathroom shower wasn’t working properly and the “breakfast” was little to nothing

Horrible service!! The front desk at night said in order to get new towels, we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk. That’s ridiculous. No hotel I been to , I needed to bring dirty towels down to réception. Horrible service. So terrible. The next morning another man at the front desk gave us clean towels no questions asked. We arrived and got good vibes from the staff. Upbeat, friendly. It was 10pm so we got up to our room. We were probably being loud getting settled. Then there is a banging on our door, ‘Front Desk!’. I slowly open the door and it was the same lady, aggressively telling me we had a noise complaint. I told her I was sorry, we were getting settled but we would be more mindful. As I was closing the door I heard her tell the complainer ‘If they don’t stop being loud we will kick them out…. Have a good sleep…’ this totally changed the mood of our trip. I then went into the bathroom and saw the floor was dirty, which included pubic hairs on the floor and tub. There was no linen for the pull out couch and when we asked for it, we were given no fitted sheet, no blankets. I was also traveling with my medication, that needed to be refrigerated…. The fridge did not work. The next morning I went and talked to the man at the desk. I explained our experience so far, he was apologetic. He offered us to switch rooms. That was it. I honestly didn’t want to start all over again so I refused. Nothing else was done or offered. The breakfast they offer, most of the machines are broken or are not used. Everything is broken. I would not recommend staying here. If this is a franchise, I would def recommend Corporate looking into this. If it is Corporately owned, I would stay away from all hotels Comfort Inn. This was our worst experience in a hotel, to date. *Super thin walls

I accidentally booked through Expedia and reached out to them IMMEDIATELY. Two minutes later, they contacted the property, but the hotel refused to issue a refund. I followed up with Choice Hotels customer service two days later, explained the situation, and was given a case #. I requested either a refund or points equivalent to a one-night stay—but never got a response. Both the property and corporate have provided ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

From the front desk experience and all the way out the door was TERRIFIC. Service and kindness can not be duplicated anywhere within there price range period.. Margaret is always so amazing.

The manager/staff were very friendly, very polite, I asked for them to clean my room on the 3rd day and it wasn’t a problem , I’m surprised I had to even ask to get my room cleaned , anytime I asked for new towels and soap it wasn’t a problem the manager gave me a smile and was super friendly. The room was very dingy and out of date , the shower Matt looked moldy underneath and peeling up, the under cabinets and under bed was dirty , there were broken and dingy wires behind the bed stands , my side of the bed the charger and usb charger was broken , when we first came in the room there was either a bottle of piss orsoke type of water bottle that looked nasty left inside the mini fridge , although I did not trust my toddler to run around the room it was not the worst hotel I’ve been to, the friendliness of the manager and staff made me leave more stars , you would think for the price you would be getting something a little more decent

There were many water damage stains in the room. The shower looked dirty because it was old. There was a strong chemical smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor. There were some sketchy people hanging around and used needles in the parking lot.

Truck stop across street. In a back dark street. I would of been so afraid by my self. Noone bothered me

Nicely located off of I-95. Also near some eateries. Property is well maintained and clean.

Was easy to get to my event from the location of the hotel.

I liked that it was quiet and right off the highway. The rooms were large. It definetly needs updating. For the price it was fine. The bed was clean. The smoking area was outside and the smoke would come through the vent for our heater / air conditioner. We didnt have the breakfast.

The bathroom was not cleaned well. There were still hair in the bathtub. It was not cleaned well. Someone tried to come into our room in the middle of the night. Fortunately, we had the chain lock on the door. Breakfast was very minimal. I guess you get what you paid for.

The stay there was very good but the breakfast items were not that great. They can use some scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage as well.

This hotel rate it’s high and need repair rooms & old electrionics need replace. My room it’s not smoking but smell smoking inside, need place oddor spray inside. I paíd continental breakfast but only white bread-bagels-Apple-coffee & juice. Nothing more. ☹️
