The website identifies a pool and fitness center but staff informed me they have been closed since 2020. Pictures of the pool are actually online so very disappointed. Feel like bait and switch bc I would have stayed elsewhere had I known. Room was musty and ac/heat unit so noisy it woke us every time it clicked on.

Disappointed to book and only on arrival be told the gym was closed. On top of that the side door card reader didn't work, the elevator was broken one day, the laundry machine supplies we're both out of order. The whole place seemed like it was I'll maintenaned and forgotten. Nothing too terrible but for the prices it just wasn't worth it.

The breakfast was lack luster with no waffles on a pancake machine that didn't work. Everything from the fitness center to the pool all was under construction with big plastic curtains separating the areas. My room wasn’t serviced 2 of the 3 days. All in all it didn’t make me feel valued and if these out of services items were not advertised then I would’ve went somewhere else. This experience was very deceitful. Would not recommend at this time.

Good geographical location to where we were visiting. Room smelled like cigarettes and the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. Tried to switch from 1 king bed to 2 queens but was told nothing was available. The shower had visible mold in it. To top it all off, the gym and pool were both closed for renovations.

Snow and ice in parking lot and at entrance. Whoever their snow removal contractor is they should be fired immediately. Room was what you would expect. Breakfast in morning was ok not great. Overall good but could be better.

The beds were a bit less comfortable than they used to be, and I think that's because during the remodel, platforms were installed instead of a box spring and the beds became a bit harder to sleep on. The breakfast food as pretty much the same as always - standard egg dish, sausage, etc. I do wish they had skim milk available, but only 2% is stocked in the refrigerator. The coffee is good though! And I'm not sure why, but there is only one ice maker and it's on the 3rd floor!

As always, a great night's stay at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the room was immaculate. When we had a problem with the refrigerator the night manager went above and beyond to swap it out for a working one. Amazingly kind young man!

Had an enjoyable time, the rooms were newly renovated, however, ended up with a room that had fleas. We brought it to the staff’s attention and was easy to switch rooms, but the damage was already done, I will no long stay at this hotel during my visits. They stated they don’t have special rooms for people with pets.

Our room had black mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower nozzle. Enough that we took pictures of it, including a strange water-damage-like stain in the bedroom area’s wall. Considering my partner is allergic to mold, it was a less than pleasant find and clearly a health concern. I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

Room 121 had a moldy smell and felt humid. My elderly parents tolerated it because they were very tired and just wanted to sleep when we arrived for our one night stay. Room 124 had soaking wet carpet by the AC and we found an adult bedbug AND a nymph crawling in the sheets. We were moved to another room. My question is, were we intentionally placed in these awful rooms because we were a family that didn’t look like we’d complain? I am still upset when I think about that stay.

The room smelled dank and musty. The carpet felt wet and sticky. The shower curtain was missing gromets on either end letting water from the shower soak the floor. The desk chair cushions were ripped. The room was not made up when we returned at the end of the day. No new towels given. I have nothing good to say about this property. You should not EVER recommend it!!!!!

Room has a very bad smell, Shower was filthy and when requested to move rooms, I was told that they couldn't help. In addition, I complained the front desk member regarding issue with noise in the light and super early hours and was told That I wouldn't have the issue anymore because those rooms would be vacant and trouble makers would be leaving that day. Well, all lies because the people was there and rowdier than ever. Needless to say, I was lied to and didn't get rest as expected.

We stayed one night and the staff was really friendly. They have 24 hour coffee and an included breakfast in the morning which was a nice amenity. The only complaints we have are that the TV in our room did not work, although we were fine as we just used a laptop. And there were a few stains/greasiness on the heavily used area. This was also not a big deal as we just tidied it up quickly. Overall it was a pretty good stay and we’d give it another chance in the future!

The hotel was easy to navigate. My only issue was asking for an early check in the day before my arrival only to be given an absolute no on the day of my arrival. The attitude was not warranted. The refrigerator made a noise all night long.

Nice quiet area, the maintenance needs work. In our room the wallpaper is coming loose in the main room, the ice bucket had no cover and no sanitation bag, the refrigerator froze our bottles overnight. The bathroom badly needs help. The shower curtain rod is loose, the shower curtain was ripped, the towel rod was very loose, only 1 washcloth, the faucet was so far back you could not wash your hands, the back of the bathroom door was water damaged, wallpaper coming loose everywhere, and the toilet ran constantly. The breakfast was ok, the juice dispenser was broken, the pancake maker was broken as well.

One night stop on our way home from Newark Airport. The young man at the front desk was welcoming and very quick to respond to an issue with the first room we were assigned. We had requested a room with a bed and a for out sofa bed but were initially given a room with only one bed and a chair which would not have been a good option for the extra person. However it was resolved quickly without a long wait. We appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the young man at the front desk.

The daytime / checkout manager and the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The individual ( male) who worked 3-11 pm was not very help & very unprofessional. We booked this facility for a funeral / memorial service. With that being said we had 2 infants, one being autistic, the staffer was rude very uncaring. We were on the 3rd floor and our little one was very active and the front desk had gotten a complaint. At that time it was explained the situation and the staff was definitely not educated on Autism. It made my family feel some type of way about any future stays with this hotel chain.

Staff was terrible and one was sleep in the morning prior to check out, they couldn’t provide receipt and charged me $50 after I paid Expedia. I have to wait 7 days for reimbursement. Bathroom had dirty stains in shower and bed was lumpy with a stain on one of the bed sheets. I think I’m done with staying at Holiday Inn.

Get to the hotel to check in had to wait about 4 mins while the front desk clerk finished playing his video game.check in about 8 mins later a bug crawls across the ceiling -I turn the light on another crawls out front desk came to verify he verified without a care in the world-at this point give me my money back sir im outta here now I have to wait up to 10 days for my $398 refund to go back on my card.

This property is tucked away in a very convenience locationwhere the Jersey Turnpike and 295 meet, a bit north of the Delaware Bridge and perfect if you want something between NYC and DC. It's not a new hotel in their line, but it is clean, safe, with plenty of parking and easy ingress and egress. The Expedia price was excellent. Local shopping center nearby with Starbucks and food along with a Cracker Barrel around the corner. Their pool was closed for construction. The staff was very professional checking us in. Will stay here again in Mt. Holly.

Fraud alert. They have purposely shut down hot breakfast and pool/workout services due to lack of business. Yet they still advertise these features and charge the same rate as hotels that have them. There’s no way to know before you get there and by then it’s too late. You don’t find out about breakfast until you read an old paper sign taped to the area where breakfast was supposed to be. It says, “ Due to unforeseen circumstances there is no hot breakfast.” Talking to other guests that have been there a while, and looking at the condition of the paper sign, there hasn’t been a hot breakfast for a long time. The hotel offered no discount for these inconveniences.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the juice machine and pancake machine were not working, which was disappointing. The bathroom door scraped the floor, making it difficult to close. The security latch was also difficult to close. The room was comfortable and clean.
