Key cards were failing “all” the time and had to get new ones each and every time. The breakfast lady couldnt understand english to help us although she was nice, polite. The oven door needs to be repaired and it kept falling out of the right hinge. Hot Breakfast was good. No odors to speak of. Ive certainly have stayed in worse places just for a night.

The hotel didnt have any heating, dirty floors,hallways.We had a room on 4th floor with no elevator had to carry 3 suitcases all the way up. Way overrated for 160 usd nightly rate,suits more 60usd hotels

The property uses stock pictures from another property to advertise this property what you see in the pictures is not what your getting at all the room has the AC in a inconvenient spot which cause you to be hot at night no matter the temp also the room stays muggy because of this the hotel itself is rundown and dingey do yourself a favor and don't stay here they also charge 50 dollars for a deposit on arrival which I was not aware of until I arrived the grill area is rundown and the pool was dirty as well it's a shame that the company that owns this hotel either is not aware of its conditions or knows but does not care DO NOT STAY HERE and make sure to read all the reviews like I should have did

Check in was ok. Hotel is under construction, and this was not disclosed when booking. No baseboards in any hall or in our room. Paint chips everywhere in halls. Not toddler friendly for the time being. Kitchen was a mess, under the kitchen sink was gross and smelled of old wet wood. The floor was bubbling in kitchen area. Nightstand in bedroom not secured to wall and nearly fell on our toddler. The bathroom and the beds were nice.

I had the most unsanitary experience of my life; it was like a nightmare; for paying up to $100 a night, this hotel gave me more of a motel feel. Upon arrival, I noticed a bad smell in the bathroom and called the front desk, the toilet was leaking water everywhere; they sent someone to clean the bathroom, but there was a nasty smell that was still there; the lady literally threw the pillows on the floor while she was making the bed before changing the pillowcases; They don't provide enough blankets on the bed, only a flat sheet and a thin comforter (for a room with a full size bed) and a sheet and a light blanket for the sofa bed, by the way, the sofa bed is pure wire, the mattress is incredibly unbearable, there was no there was a garbage bag full of empty beers under the bed and condoms under the bed, a sign that they don't clean properly and the kitchen is full of cockroaches, they only clean the room every 3 days and they don't change your towels until that day, the rooms smelled like urine and when you walk barefoot the carpet is sticky to your feet, really the worst thing in my life I have experienced in this hotel and the towels were also stained. There are better hotels around that are much cleaner in all aspects. I would not recommend it.

Stayed here at this hotel for a total of 8 days for an extended stay to recover for a surgery. Front desk and checking in was great, parking kinda sucked for my situation. The hallway getting to our room stank so bad of must/mold and or cigarettes as well as when we first opened our door to our room. We bought sprays to avoid the smell. No complaints on the actual layout of the room. First night I slept in the bed I was itchy, the very next day I had surgery and slept in the living room on the little recliner the remainder of my stay accept one more night because I just couldn’t get comfortable I tried to give the bed another try…. But nope… I’m covered in bug bites assuming bed bugs- and also a few nights in I happened to look up and noticed the mold on the vents in the living room and then in the other room my friend was sleeping in. Next day maintenance came and sprayed it with something not sure what but hopefully helps bc my stomach and breathing were not ok the first few nights but hard to tell if it was the mold or the surgery. It was overall a nice place to stay minus the bug bites, mold and smell. As an IHG member I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again

First time staying at this property after staying at Hilton properties for the last few months. My initial impression at check-in was actually pretty terrible, and they suggested I cancel my reservation because of an issue that came up only when I arrived at the front desk at 10:30pm, without any meaningful offer of a solution. I walked out pretty frustrated and upset, but came back after a short time and was greeted completely differently and we overcame the issue and had a much better experience. The rest of the stay was nice and the room was very good, exactly what I needed for the weekend. It's not very fancy but it has everything needed to feel at home, which was important for this stay.

I did not like anything about this hotel. The customer service was horrible, the worst that i have ever experienced. The parking lot was a mess,The pool was in the parking lot. Never seen anything like that! House keeping did not clean the room property we still had trash in the trash cans. The linen was the same linen on the bed before they so called cleaned the room. House keeping did not clean the bathroom. And while my husband and myself was watching a movie the TV went out. I had to call down stairs 4 x's 3 x 's the guy at the front desk came up to try and repair the TV and of course he didn't repair it. This was my first bad review ever! I have been to another Candlewood suites before in a different city and loved it this is the reason I chose this one. However this one in Miami was the worst! I will never stay here again and i do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Loved having kitchenette, convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean but obviously a little older. Only complaint is the breakfast area is very small, so it was hard to move once a number of guests were in the dining room.

Very near to mall and access to mall and other shopping areas was very easy. The breakfast options were very limited, we ended up going to the supermarket and making our own breakfast in the room. We were very impressed with the full service kitchen. The rooms were also very spacious. Parking was easy and the staff were extremely helpful.

The room was comfortable and had nearly everything that you could want. The one thing I would have hoped for was breakfast but they do not serve breakfast. I also wished there could have been tea (I like Earl Grey) instead of coffee. The only other thing is that I prefer a walk in bathroom with a glass instead of a shower curtain as the shower curtain seemed to be a bit too wound up and I had to tag at it to have it cover the entire space.
