The double room we had was very roomy and well thought out. There was lots of parking and i felt very safe. The staff was amazing and fun. It was really covenient to have a Starbucks on-site. Wow!

The room was pretty good and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I liked having the refrigerator in the room. My only complaint would be the elevator. I almost got stuck in it and it needs some serious TLC.

Convenient location which was very clean with friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was prepared to order with healthy options featuring a delicious frittata. Lobby overlooked beautiful courtyard with outside seating and fire pit. The lobby was large and provided ample seating with private booth areas and tv’s. Would stay here again.

We only spent one night. It was clean and quiet.This hotel was conveniently located near downtown Annapolis. It was a 12-15 minute drive. Everything downtown was booked and prices were jacked up because of the weekend festivities. This was a good alternative. Parking was easy (and I think free). There are plenty of stores nearby; Target, Giant, restaurants, etc. which are in a one mile radius of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. I used the fitness center in the morning. The machines were good commercial quality and the space was clean. There are 4 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, and a reclining bicycle. Also, a rack of free weights and weight bench. Overall, a good stay.

ok long travel to hotel , when booking liked that there was a jacuzzi and pool. when i went to sit in jacuzzi the knob to turn on was taking off switch. a couple were swimming in pool stated they were told knob was taking off due to the water that the jacuzzi displaces onto floor around it. ok it is a pool area and every time i got out of pool there was water all over floor ... was disappointed and did not sleep well.

Pam & Kimberleigh made my visit exemplary as I felt like I was welcomed & treated like a VIP!! The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. Wish the jets in the jacuzzi were working though. Food was excellent too!

Very disappointed that the laundry was out of service. Specifically booked this hotel because it had laundry available and I needed it based on our travel schedule. When I asked about whether the was another laundry available the front desk just said no without any other help or assistance. Also the pool was closed which was another amenity we wanted to use. Room was clean and comfortable but feel I deserve compensation for lack of promised amenities.

Janelle and the shower was nice. The experience was tainted due to being bitten by bed bug and general manager was inconsiderate of my complaint, discomfort experience, and evidence. I left abruptly due to discovering itchy red bumps on my chest and shoulder collar; moved the pillow and there was a full bug satisfied off my blood. Disgusted and annoyed. They didn’t care about what happened to me or the picture and video I took. Will never come back.

The toilet was clogged when I got my room. I was given a plunger to fix it myself. The maid ignored the so not disturb sign and enter the room in the morning. Big stain on rug in room. The grounds were clean, good location, good parking.

The door was not leveled properly and required extra effort to open/close. The room was dated and needed updating. The wifi did not work. It was noisy overall. In essence, worst hotel in a long time. Do not stay here.

From the moment we checked in to checking out 3 days later, the staff was very helpful and I felt went above and beyond! Each person was very attentive and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable of area and gave us places that usually only locals go to and we very much appreciated their references. We arrived late at 1 am after being stuck in traffic and driving for more than 15 hours and we were met with a nice, easy check in and staff that made sure we had all we may need. We will definitely return to this hotel when in the area and refer it to friends and family

I’ve stayed at the Courtyard a few times over the years and I have always had a pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Room pricing is convenient. I will continue to stay at the Courtyard for any future visits.

I booked one room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in they only had one room with 2 double beds. They explained that they were really busy and 2 queens weren’t available. When I said that’s why I made the reservation months ago the manager replied it doesn’t matter. I had to go to target and buy an aerobed because they didn’t have any roll aways. I requested extra sheets and pillows at 4 pm. After multiple follow up calls I received them at 1130pm.

Nancy at the front desk on Monday when we arrived was so welcoming and compassionate. We were up there due to a death and she was so kind. Easy parking. Nearby restaurants. The hotel is designed so no noise is heard from others guests, like doors slamming or elevator dings. Breakfast available.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean although trash wasn't emptied prior to us being assigned to the room. Good location. Street was busy but managable to get in and out and parking was plentiful around the hotel. Breakfast was confusing as Hotels.com ad said breakfast was included but staff didn't seem aware. The problem appears to have been pvercome but I did have to aign a receipt so we'll have to see...

Disappointed that pool was closed “due to an incident” Our reservation included breakfast but we had to inquire and show proof. Pool hours need to be longer even if they were open. Staff was nice. We had a great breakfast but the guy at the counter was also the cook. Understaffed. We had toilet issues while there, sort of solved but you need access to maintenance after hours. Room clean, mattress could be softer.

Excellent place to stay. Location was convenient to everything- short drive to the USNA. Facility and room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Note that if you reserved the room through a website other than Marriott’s and it said breakfast was included, you will need to tell the front desk and show them on your phone that your reservation included breakfast. They should then give you a voucher. I guess typically breakfast is not included except with some websites like Expedia, etc. Breakfast was very good with my voucher- otherwise, it would have been expensive and I would have passed.

Overview satisfactory....check-in was smooth and simple. Desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. Prior stays at Marriott locations offered free coffee in the lobby every morning. It seems that this ammenity is no longer provided.
