Holiday Inn Express Greenville by IHG

Rooms where very clean. And a lot of room for parking.

The room was clean but the toilet tank didn’t refill after flushing, the bathroom door was hard to unlock, the refrigerator wasn’t cold and the phone didn’t work. We were placed in another room which was fine. At breakfast they ran out of certain items by 8:15 and didn’t have anymore to refill it with.

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, bed very comfortable and clean. We were missing coffee pods but we didn’t notice until the morning so we had coffee at breakfast. I don’t care for bathtubs or shower curtains in hotels but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good quality with good options. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was fine as it was only for a night. It was quite convenient to ECU hospital. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The front desk staff was polite and professional. However, the breakfast cook was apparently overwhelmed since there was a large group of young men ( team) there who pretty much ate most of the items before we got there. When I asked the lady if any more scrambled eggs were coming out, she said no, I should have come down earlier. Now there was still over an hour left before breakfast closed. That was the only negative part of the stay.
