Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro

They told us when we checked in about construction. That was not a problem. However, the buffet for breakfast, did not look appetizing, was not being monitored appropriately, so we skipped it. Overall, not a great experience. Room was ok.

Arriving to our hotel at night was a little sketchy. Especially since it was just us girls (2 adult women and 2 12-year old daughters). However once we got in, I felt a little more safe. Parking was a challenge that night because there was construction taking place at the hotel. Also when booking the stay there was no listing that they were under construction. Construction noise started at 8 am. Outside of those few things, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was superb, and the staff was friendly.

When I landed for High Point Furniture conference, I checked into a hotel that was absolutely horrible and immediately checked out. I landed at the Drury Inn and honestly they really knocked it out and did great. Coffee is fantastic and ready all the time which is a big need for me and my startup team. Also, the breakfast really came in handy. Everything is clean. Bathrooms are clean and that is a big plus in today’s America.

Breakfast was good with fresh waffles you make yourself.

We like staying in Drury Hotels whenever we can. We frequently stay at the Glen Allen location. This location met our expectation. Very comfortable and clean. In case I do not get an opportunity later in this survey, we would like to acknowledge Dee. She has the most friendly, infectious smile in the building. She was helpful and informative. On check out day, she was helping out in the restaurant, and later checked us out at the counter. Great front of the house presence, Thank you
