We just stayed for one night, we were disappointed the pool was not in service, it was a big feature of choosing your hotel so that our kids could swim as we were driving a lot over two days. But everything else was excellent. Beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good with an omelet bar and anything else you could want. Some have said it’s dated, and I can see that, but still comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Indoor pool very cold. Our room the second night had a terrible odor like they had a leak somewhere or a drain issue. Maintenance said they’d have to have the morning staff investigate. Other than that the stay was good. Room 723.

Very friendly check-in, but the whole reason why we chose this hotel, was for the indoor pool. IT WAS CLOSED! Not one communication beforehand, website, nor checkin. Unacceptable. Very Very outdated..brought me back to early 90s...rooms were decent...thought we had free waters because of Hilton Member, but nope none, then in the room there were waters...for $8 each! Ridiculous The social hour was ok, 2 free drinks per adult but we only got 1 adult card even though we had 2 adults.. snacks were ok, expected slightly better social hour foods..breakfast was average.. nothign special about this Embassy Suites, below average on the many we have stayed at.

Although I booked this hotel mainly for the convenience of the indoor pool after our flight from Colorado;the pool was under construction and was not available. In all it was a very nice stay. The room was exactly what we needed space wise and appropriate for our crew.

All the staff really nices and friendly if you're staying in rooms that are facing the interstate the room is really loud because of the interstate noise the bed was extra firm. They give you four pillows but they are kids size pillows and flat so you will need to bring your own pillows the breakfast is really good the pool is out for another couple weeks

There's a certain standard at Embassy suites that you can expect and its satisfied here. One of their bigger hotels. Clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night. 24 hour gym good. Breakfast just a bit above average. No complaints other than 7:30 start is a bit late for people on the move. I dint like that WiFi is not really free unless you sign up with Hilton. This is 2025 come on! Also they want to charge $10 for parking. This is the first time i will be charged for parking. A big minus. Expect me to look carefully at your competitors next time as you may have lost a customer. Stop trying to squeeze me for every dime. Put your chargers up front and let me decide

The free breakfast is good. The beds are very comfortable. The wi-fi is ok. They have airport shuttle. They charge $10 for parking. They ran out of ice cream snacks. They don’t have express checkout. The indoor water garden is beautiful. Only 20 minutes from High Point University. Shower is very nice. They have microwave, coffee maker & fridge. I enjoyed the air purifier inside the room.

Our room was dirty and had mold on the ceiling. I ended up getting sick as well and my roommate. They did switch us to a room with an air purifier but they need to go through the rooms and fix the ventilation. Embassies are great with the happy hour and omelettes for breakfast but this one is very dated and the service was great either. We requested daily housekeeping and they never came to our room.

The toilet in the bathroom ran continuously and had been caulked do many times at the base, it was still leaking out of the sides. The granite countertop in the bathroom had been cracked in multiple areas and shifted if you put any pressure on it. It felt like it was going to fall through at any moment. The room had crumbs all over the chairs/ floors. Wallpaper peeling off the walls/ looks the same as when I stayed here 25 years ago..

The room was dirty, they couldn’t accommodate us with another room. The sofa mattress had a big brown stain in it, and the sheet they had on it had short black human on it!!! Not to mention the roach eggs above the bathroom door and the unidentified pink stuff on the shower head. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

The welcome gift was great, front desk staff were friendly. One staff member at the omelette bar was not friendly to guess or coworkers. Room was in need of attention: lamps not working, drinks left in fridge from previous stay, and deep cleaning needed in the bathroom. Overall a okay stay.

We were only there one night. * Our Room: The furniture in our room was unclean. The chair and sofa were unclean. We really did not want to sit on either of them. The furniture either needs to be replaced, or professionally steamed cleaned. The tub needed a thorough cleaning. We cleaned it ourselves. The lamps needed light bulbs. And a floor lamp could not be turned on because the knob to turn it on was missing. * Our Dining Experience: We had dinner and breakfast. Both places were clean(except the floors where we had breakfast were sticky). However, both staffs were exceptionally hospitable. And the food was excellently prepared.

We booked two rooms at this hotel. They were both filthy. One room, the shower did not drain, there were old stains on the couch and rugs that looked like old blood. The condition of this room was truly shocking, It looked like a murder was committed in this room and the hotel had not bothered to get the blood stains off the couch and rugs. I have never seen such a hotel room in such a bad state. The other room was equally filthy. The shower was stained and there was hair in the drain. Stains all over the rugs, the "makeup towel" had make up all over it! The rooms look like they have not been updated (including the horribly stained rugs) since the 80s. We were so disgusted that we had to book a different hotel and left the hotel on the the first day. On a positive note, the rooms at this property are very spacious, there was a total of 3 sinks in each room!. There is an indoor pool, and the staff was very nice.

It was very clean and well kept, rooms were very nice, quiet at night, almost too much water pressure at the shower. Staff was friendly and professional, even at off hours. First class experience and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

A nice hotel, but dated. Not equipped with modern amenities like USB chargers etc. Not a modern bathroom/shower etc. Also, the rooms provide a pull out sofa sleeper, but I hope no one has to sleep on it. It is wholly inadequate for supporting sleeping, and ours even seemed to have old blood stains on it.. I ended up closing it back up and just sleeping on the couch with my feet hanging off the end all night.i think the assumption is that no one actually ever uses it so they just don’t care to do anything about it. The service and the breakfast and manager’s reception are always nice at the Embassy Suites, but definitely modernization and updating needs to be considered.

The room was miserably hot. Ac was on in the sitting area but not the bedroom. They sent maintenance up to switch on the AC manually. I called again 30 min later that’s there’s no diff. He came back up and basically shouted at us that it takes 45 min. We went out to dinner and came back at 10:30pm praying our room was cold and wouldn’t have to switch rooms. Ya …. Nope. HOT. Went down to front desk they gave me a diff room. Went there to find out it’s a king not the 2 doubles. Went back down got a diff room key. turned on the AC …. Waited 10 minutes …. NOTHING. I called down she said she would send someone. At this point my husband and 4 exhausted kids have gotten our luggage to the new HOT room. It’s 12am. I call down again that no one has come. A new guy picks up and says maintenance has gone for the day. So I’m like so what now? He gets me another room…. We move again. ALSO HOT. so I paid money for me and 4 kids to cram into a sofa bed since that was the coolest place in the room. My husband on a chair. Baby who is 15 months kept waking up all night because she was sweating. This has been the WORST experience. It’s an old hotel and if you know you have guests coming the AC SHOULD BE ON AND COLD! Plus the water shuts off at 10:30 cus they have some major pipe being fixed. So can’t ask for a late checkout for the kids to go to the pool. So what was the point of staying at a Hilton?!

First off i have to say we have stayed at a lot of embassy suites over the years. This hotel was by far the most out dated. The carpet was a patchwork mess. The curtains looked like swiss cheese and they were stained and dirty. The toilet and cabinet in the bathroom was super low so it was very hard on my back and knees. There was a random hole near the ceiling of my toom. The tub was stained and dirty looking. The shower curtain was stained. The sink near the refrigerator was crusted around the fixtures. The refrigerator was leaky. The curtains were ripped and hanging off the wall. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. The bathroom was tiny and you had to stand on one side of the toilet to open the door. The couch and the chair in the room was dated and old. The carpet in the room was old and worn and the room had a musty smell. All of the staff that we encountered from the front desk. Breakfast staff and housekeeping were all amazing and this hotel's saving grace. Based on these things we will no longer be staying at Hilton hotel brand.

When I checked in the clerk said there was a $10/night parking fee. That was not mentioned when I booked the room. The room was nice enough. The receptacle by the bed didn't work so I had to use the light on the wall, that was inconvenient. When housekeeping came in after being gone all day, they left the door ajar instead of closing it. I didn't appreciate that & complained at the front desk & told them I didn't want them in my room. That fell on deaf ears, when I returned later that day housekeeping had indeed been in my room. Other than that, the room was fine, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Front desk staff blatantly ignored us so they could continue socializing when we checked in. When we arrived at the room the coffee maker was broke. We called the front desk to request a replacement, but no one ever showed up. After we checked out, there was a $10 fee added to our bill for parking (even though we didn’t have a car).

Jenn was wonderful in the lounge, Kevin at the desk was excellent, Al, at the reception was very interesting and Eddie in food service was very attentive and kind. We were impressed with all of the staff and our stay in general during a very stressful time of not knowing how we were going to get home during Helene. Thank you so much! Tina Walker

Liked that t was close to interstate. Staff at desk was appalling and can’t see how they have survived in the “Hospitality industry “ and no one correct their poor service behavior. Inconsistency breeds the decline in business and results in poor reviews, and awful reputation.

My flight was cancelled but the front desk staff made sure my room was available when I finally got to Greensboro. They were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, good selection and I loved the omelette station. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby!

I like the grounds with all of the trees blossoming and birds singing to welcome spring-like weather conditions. I didn't like that intoxicated smokers congregated outside the door leading to the parking lot by the pool. I hate cigarette smoke and don't enjoy walking through a cloud to access the hotel. I didn't like that hotel housekeeping staff entered my room twice without first knocking to see if I was in the room. I was there both times. Once I was changing clothes and the young woman walked in to find me in my underwear and socks. It was embarrassing and awkward for both of us. I talked to a woman at the front desk about the situation, voicing my concerns. But then, it happened again the next day! Housekeeping should always assume there is a guest in the room, regardless of time-of-day, and knock prior to entering the room. Also, they could call out, "Housekeeping!", to announce their intention before entering the room.

Always enjoy my stay at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great! All around great place to stay. It's convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum, where I attend my annual tradeshow. 5 stars!

Overall not my favorite embassy suites I have ever stayed at. The pull out couch mattress was old, uncomfortable and felt like laying on straight springs. They ran out of snacks at evening reception very quickly. Very noisy down at the fountain area even at 10;00 PM at night. The breakfast was good. parking was easy and it was close to my destination. Just not the usual suites experience

We really loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It does need a few repairs and upgrades, such as replacing the carpets throughout. There is a ventilation issue in the bathrooms that cause the laminate to peel on the doors. Breakfast was awesome. Made to order omelettes, coffee all day and complimentary drinks in the evening. Great perks!

The carpet furniture, and curtains in the rooms are dirty and outdated. The buffet is awful. They keep the bacon and sausage behind the grill/omelet station. So, u have to stand in a long line just to get 2 pieces of bacon and 2 sausages. The rooms stay cold and you have to call maintenance to switch it to heat. You can't control if u want heat vs cool. I have stayed at so many embassy suites and this is yet the worst and most outdated that I have ever been to. The amount of money that you pay to stay here isn't worth it.

We stayed at this Embassy and we had a very nice time. Years ago we stayed at Embassies and we haven’t for a long time. This was like coming home. From the compliment drinks to the wonderful fresh breakfast n the people serving us, everything was wonderful. Thank you all at Greensboro Embassy, you’re the best!!
