Clean. However, they request only every other day housekeeping. During Market the prices are absurd for this level of hotel. Clean every day.

At check-in I found the receptionist very flat, non-welcoming. After initiating a conversation with him, he was more receptive. I guess he was tired and not feeling like being there. He didn't inform me of anything regarding my stay there. Nada. The building is new, therefore clean. The walls are thin and the noise level is high. There doesn't seem to be communication between the front desk and the housekeeper, as the housekeeper loudly knocked on my door at around 10 a.m. I told her that I was not quite ready to leave. She responded with a flat "OKAY." Checkout- by time is not until noon. Please do not be in the habit of knocking on doors until you receive word that the guest has left; unless of course, the guest is late checking out.

Staff was very friendly but the guests staying there were very bad. Hotel chronically smelled like drugs and the walls in the room are paper thin making it easy to hear the next door neighbors.
