The shuttle service is not available even though it is advertised. The front desk lady was quite nice even though I was obviously disappointed in that information. They ask for a $150 deposit to stay, even after you’ve already paid. That deposit posted to my account - never reversed & I’ve been checked out several days. I’ll likely be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The room advertised as having two pull out couches, it did not. The front desk agent said they don't have rooms like that and she "has told Expedia several times." Our room did not have enough towels or sheets for the pull out couch. When we asked for them, we were given a fitted sheet and a flat sheet and told that they ran out of pillows. The pool was out of service and the noise from the traffic was horrific. Revving motorcycles could be heard for hours. The breakfast area was not clean at all. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Sink faucet was very loose. Tub drain was broken. Hotel uses contracted shuttle service with a 30-45 minute wait time. I personally do not like Direct TV.

The staff were very friendly, the property offered fresh baked cookies. The pool was amazing but had to wait for it to be open to enjoy. I would recommend for families to stay. The only downside was some areas rinked of weed! The surrounding area was pretty nice!

The staff was nice. The room and hotel were clean. These are the most important things. However, it was disappointing that the pool was open only during hours that it is unlikely to be used (11:30am-8pm). I went for a morning swim and couldn't get in. It seem that is only a draw for reservations. Most guests will be out during those hours. Also, neither of TVs in the exercise room were working.

The pictures of this property on the Expedia app are deceiving. The property was not very clean and the hotel is worn down and in need of severe updates. When we got to our room there was old food still in the microwave and the fridge was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Will not be staying here again.

First impression was this hotel is nice and it was clean, the decor was nice and the extras like a teddy bear made out of washcloths was super cute. Then I found a cockroach on my flip flops sticking out of my bag that was on the floor!! I immediately called the front desk to report it and was offered a different room after saying they didn’t have that problem. Needless to say I left the non-problem on a tissue by the sink so they could verify for themselves.

Its an older property updated. The updates while not extensive feels clean. Especially for the price. Staff was courteous...for a std hotel breakfast i thought it was better than average. Convenient to most things.

I liked the convenience of the hotel being close to the highway. I didn't like that I had to complete a form for breakfast and couldn't just go to the dining area and eat at my convenience. The bed was also very uncomfortable as it sank on one side and I had to keep scooting up on the bed while I was sleeping, which made for a restless night.

The noise from the highway was unbelievable it was almost as bad as the kids running up and down the hallway at 12 AM. Also TVs so loud that you could hear it five rooms away! It was so loudThat I actually moved to another floor to get away from where I was stuck at. Never ever would I stay in a hotel again I prefer to sleep under a bridge

I actually stayed here twice. the first time was very quiet as the room was facing away from the highway. the second stay i was facing the highway and it was not as quiet. but not really bad. the room was clean and comfortable. breakfast,, for what it is, the lady that was making stuff did a good job and its very clean and kept up. ez access to many places to eat, airport, and businesses. for a lower cost place it was a good rate and place.

very uncomfortable room. checked in very and got assigned to a room where i can hear everything from outside. the heater was so loud and sound like broken engine. even though morning front desk staffs were helpful but the person checked us in at night was rude. I don't know why they don't like when the room is booked using third parties site.

I was there for 3 days on business and the customer service was awesome. The hotel was quiet and peaceful all the comforters of home. They had a buffet style breakfast and as a special treat they had warm cookies for you in the evening. I will definitely be back

We were recently displaced from our home due to Hurricane Helene in Hendersonville NC. We traveled East after getting out to find a hotel to stay at. Every hotel in each town we came to was booked or didn't have power or supplies due to the devastation of this hurricane. We finally found Clarion Pointe Greensboro Airport. We were tired from the drive and the events from the past 24 hours. When we arrived, Melissa at the front desk made us feel so comfortable and we could feel her empathy with our situation. Thank you so much! From the time we arrived until the time we were able to get back home (1 week) we were met and cared for by the best staff! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice and quiet and if we needed anything they were beyond courteous and helpful always with a smile on their faces. Thank you Evitta (AGM) & Al (GM). The continental breakfast each morning was very good. The serving dishes were kept full and a great variety of breakfast foods. Elizabeth R and Elizabeth V your hard work was so appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about these folks and this hotel. They made us feel like family when we really needed that. The nightly rates were very reasonable, and we will definitely go back, when we are in a better place to be able to see some of the sites the area has to offer. May God Bless you all!

The floors were dirty. The room was hot. The hallway was really hot. The people in the room next to ours argued all night and kept waking us up. We were double charged for the room. Just overall a bad experience for us. We even left a day early because it was so bad.

The customer service is amazing! Krista has a keen eye for details and was very resourceful and helpful the entire weekend. My family member and I wanted tea or coffee and she made us hot water for the tea! We needed extra towels and she was very accommodating! We used the laundry and someone left their clothes in the dryer. She opted to dry our clean clothes for us so that the other person would not be upset about their belongings being moved from the dryer. I believe they forgot/fell asleep it was late. At any rate she was a joy and I’ll definitely return back because of her. She made my night better because of her customer service.

The wonderful check in lady was amazing! We spent 18 hours in a car and arrived at 9pm. She was a breath of fresh air and really funny. She made check in a breeze. The beds were really comfortable!

In town for a 5pm wedding, check in was supposed to be 3:00 and we couldn't check in until 3:45!! Short-staffed, they said. Booked a handicap room and my wife had to struggle to get into the bed it was raised up so high. Breakfast bar was empty at 8:25 - no juice, no eggs. Nothing was available but cereal and coffee. Kitchen worker was cleaning the empty equipment instead of refilling it. Would never choose to stay here again.

All the workers at the front desk were very nice and all the cleaning ladies were very nice. I was shocked because you don’t find this kind of service at hotels anymore but this hotel has EXCELLENT SERVICE. And a great hot breakfast every morning.
