I had reserved a nonsmoking, but the room had a strong smell to air freshener trying to cover for the cigarette smoke. The toilet was dirty like some one had just been there and they didn’t flush. My husband tired to flush it and it was clogged. I told him we were not staying there and went to check out. We did not stayed one single night. To this day we have not received our money back. Terrible customer service, not helpful at all.

We could not get TV on. Staff found it unplugged in back but then could not get remote to change Chanel’s. Moved to another room. No towel racks on wall as bar and 1 of brackets was missing. Both rooms need updates on TVS, refresh in decor.
