The gentleman at the reception was a bit rude when I asked what the charges were during our stay. The rest of the night he would not make eye contact or say hello as we passed by. However the morning after we were greeted by a new receptionist lady that was really friendly and polite. The room had a musky smell and definitely needs some upgrading for the price. Beds were not big enough or comfortable. The pool was heated and must of had a lot of chlorine. My kids eyes burned afterwards. The area around the hotel was pretty nice though lots of shops and restaurants. Won’t be booking here again for us.

Poor parking, with limited lighting. Outdated bathroom. Noisy cleaning staff during the day - yelling down the hall. Traffic noise through the windows. Loud exhaust fan. Thin walls, you can hear everything. Three out of four front desk clerks never acknowledged customers as walking through the lobby area. The only good I can say about this hotel was that it had a comfortable bed and it was not dusty.

Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, ice machine was broken, couldn’t access any outside doors except the front entrance at night making it inconvenient. Funny that on the back of the door, the sign states that NC law requires amenities advertised, however, this property failed to provide that! Television continued to lose signal and Wi-Fi never worked. We probably won’t return as $150 a night is ridiculous NOT to get the basic amenities you paid for. Not to mention the $20 overcharge for shampoo and what? So disappointing and definitely NOT Marriott standards. Is Marriott aware that you’re not providing amenities as advertised? Pool was filthy. The ONLY good thing about the property was the phenomenal staff- Britney, Dana and Angie were amazing. They deserve better!!

The lobby looked and smelled very clean but once I entered my room I was not happy. The room just was outdated and could use some remodeling all of the wood objects in the room was chipped like something had been eating on it. The walls could use fresh painting had stains on the walls/ceilings and the bathroom needs to be completely gutted the tub was peeling and had dark spots along the side that could possibly been mold and the floor had cracked tiles. I'm not one that usually complains but I was NOT satisfied with this stay thank goodness it was only for one night because if it was for several nights I definitely would have changed to a different hotel thats how unpleased I was with this room.

This property needs to be renovated. Carpet dirty and stained. bathroom tub area had mold and although I requested to have the linen service the sheets were not changed, the bathroom floor was not cleaned, basically received fresh set of towels.

Property is undergoing renovations. My refrigerator didn't work and they replaced it with a unit that was even less functional. Shower/bathtub didn't drain and resulted in standing in dirty water above your ankles. Bathroom door didn't latch/lock. A light bulb didn't work. One tissue in box. Toilet seat falling off. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. To their credit the staff is very helpful and friendly. They're doing the best they can with the challenging property situation they're dealing with.

We had to switch rooms three times due to the poor condition of the rooms, water stains on the ceilings, warped floors dirty carpets and stained sofas in all three rooms had to cover with a sheet just to feel safe sitting on them .

Upon checkin we first received room 423 ... I was advise that this is a recently remodel floor. Room was not vacuumed, public hair on toilet. Bath tub was dirty...and a slew of other issues. Front desk was notified. I later got moved to room 408. This room has group all over unfinished work, bathroom has public hair and tub drain missing parts...does nor drain as drain stop valve was missing. Several area again has grout and glue and also missing parts...counters has glue from install. Room was not final clean. Main entrance security lock or dead bolt doesn't work.

Overall the stay was ok - front desk was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was lacking - the hostess said she had to run to the store to buy milk and OJ and most of the stuff was empty most of the time / don’t think they were ready for the concert rush. Shower looked dated, but was clean and water was hot. It is a “noiser” hotel - you can hear any activity in the hallway and you can hear every room door slam closed throughout the night.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly but I was surprised at the rundown quality of the room for a SpringHill Suites. The lampshade was cracked and broken, sofa was so worn out you couldn’t even sit on it. Mold around the caulking in the bathroom and couldn’t turn on the air conditioning for very long before we started coughing and had to turn it back off. I think it’s time for some upgrades and deep clean.

The motel is in need of an update. Furnishings are old and in need of replacement. Ice machines were out of order. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will look for other accommodations should i travel to Greensboro. I saw that renovations were underway. Unfortunately, mine hadn't been updated

The staff was great, very friendly and responsive. Got me checked in quickly. The hotel room felt very dated. No sheer window treatment, tub was paint chipped. The furniture and decor was very outdated. Window pane and fridge area was a bit molding. Not up to Marriott standards from what I normally experience. Time for RENOVATION!!

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We asked the desk to ensure that we would have running water the next morning, in light of a notice we saw the front desk. We were assured there would be water at the time we needed it. What we didn’t know was that there was no hot water in the tub or shower. We were moved to another room and there was no difference. Tragic!! We will never return and deserve a REFUND for the gross inconvenience.

Front desk service checking in was a ZERO! Lady was so nasty , I end up paying a total different deposit than what I was told over the phone the day before check in, lady was so nasty I had to reach out to Expedia myself to have them call the hotel about the deposit she told me I had to pay. Check out the ladies were a pleasure I did notify them about the nasty services I received at check in I won’t be returning back.

My mother and I were guests at this hotel for my niece's graduation. We both got food poisoning at an area restaurant and the staff at the hotel took great care of us. They were so helpful with extending our stay and checking in on us. THANK YOU!! We really appreciate the friendly customer service from the minute we arrived until we left.

Nice area of the city. Very walkable to desirable businesses. Hotel is B plus to A minus range. Rooms spacious. Nice linen, which I really desire. Nice staff. The lot was full of cars, so I guess that’s a sign of satisfaction. Plan on staying there again

Nice hotel, relatively convenient. Check location but lots of shopping opportunities. Staff was lovely and breakfast was good. Husband was disappointed no more biscuits and gravy second morning, lol. Room was clean with all amenities you needed except makings for only 1 cup of coffee (!). No service to room for second night. All in all a good stay!

The desk clerks were excellent and so courteous. It was very quiet on the room. Room very comfortable! And the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was very good! Definitely a winner!

The room was clean, but there was a bad smell in the room and halls of the building. The air conditioner did not work correctly and the room was hot making it impossible to rest. The breakfast was a total joke. At 8:00am there was hardly any food to be found. Everything was empty. The small refrigerator that holds the milk was broken so they kept a container of ice in the middle with the cartons of milk around it. The milk and everything else in the refrigerator was warm. The area was a mess and a lot of people asking for food and just walking away because there was not anything out. Before 9am a lady came out and started putting things away and trying to clean up. There was not even any coffee. We had to leave and go eat breakfast somewhere else. The hotel was a big disappointment and wish that I had spent a few dollars more and stayed at a nicer place. I do have pictures of there is somewhere on here to upload them.

Just stayed for one night but it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and they had staff overseeing to make sure the area was tidy. The staff was friendly as well greeting you as you enter the breakfast area. All the apples were wrapped. Multiple choices for breakfast. 👍👍
