Great check in experience with front desk staff! Extremely friendly and helpful! Room is clean and spacious. Only negative feedback is pool is out of service for repairs but all other areas within the hotel have been great! It’s located near several dining spots that are within easy walking distance. Extremely convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed bug in my bed! I have travel for over 40 years, this is the first time came in contact with bed bug. I stay there for 7 nights, did not pay attention to my bug bites. After came home found some bug in my clothing, went on line found out it’s bed bug. I did notified the hotel, hope they take care of the problem.

I don’t know how they have such good reviews. I checked in around 10pm to find the room warm, damp, and smelling like mildew. I was able to turn the AC on which was good, but as I turned on the lights I noticed hairs and dust on the baseboards in the bathroom. It looked so gross. And I made the mistake of looking around the mattress; thankfully no visible bed bugs, but spots on the bed skirt that looked like vomit. We stayed in an accessible room that wasn't all that accessible. While the bathroom was easy to get into (right at the entrance), the transition from the foyer-type entrance to access the bed was not easily maneuverable from a wheelchair. It probably met the 3ft, but that's not enough space. The room was also much smaller than any accessible room we've ever stayed in. For the price, the room was not adequate. We also had difficulty sleeping due to the street light shining under the curtains. The room was too light.

Pros: Property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and hot and included eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, cereal, fruit and orange juice, milk and coffee. Cons: Pillows were small and very hard, very uncomfortable! My husband and I did not sleep well because of this.

I called to hotel in advance to let them know I was arriving early and needed to check in early for a funeral that afternoon. I requested two joint rooms. And was told I would be able to check early and that two rooms joint together would be set aside for me and party. But when we arrived, they change my reservation to different rooms claiming they don’t hold rooms for guest. So I was a little disappointed with that. Felt I was not fully accommodated. Everything else was fine.

Once we finally checked in, our one night stay was average. Age of hotel was visible to the eye. Did not partake in breakfast. Location was convenient to the Coliseum for Zach Bryan concert.

I made reservations on Expedia.com for an upcoming Junior Olympics that my son was apart of. As per my reservations i was supposed to pay at the property, but the hotel charged me for my 3 rooms (first night) in advance amd upon arrival of my check in charged me for the 4 nights (per room) and double charged me for one of these rooms, as my reservations stated the hotel did not pro rate my stay. They charged me for 5 nights and i have not gotten a refund yet and we checked out early since we did not qualify for finals. They are refusing to refund me on early checkout. Expedia has been trying hard to get me a refund for all these days to include the first nights stay after being charged, the double charge for 1 of the 3 rooms i wascharged for. No where did it say when i was making my reservations that the hotel has the righta ro charge me for the first night early to.confirm the reservations. I have been fighting to get my money that they simply keep taking. My bank had notified me of several charges that the hotel attempted to do and and froze my acct even after they had taken their payment from the stay. I suggest staying elsewhere since they have particular front desk personal that are rude and combative, they will take money from you amd over charge you for a mediocre stay

Perfect hotel, we were there for a competition at the coliseum, great location for that. Clean, safe and affordable. Wish the pool was open past 8 and that they had a hot tub. This is our second year staying here and we will in the future as well.
