Overall everything was fine. One of the reasons I chose the hotel is because it had an outdoor pool but the pool was closed. It should be stated in the add there is no pool. I would have booked with another hotel if I had known.

I really expected more from a Wyndham. We stayed for 3 nights and had a 1-1/2” x 2” bar of soap between us. Shampoo a little skimpy also. By third day, no coffee refills, No clean towels or wash rags and trash cans full. The place would be great if it was updated. No pool, no bar.

Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Rooms and building need some better cleaning and updating. Bed was clean and comfy. Like the small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Tv and WiFi were good. Good place to spend a night just driving through. Wouldn’t stay there for an extended time. Pool is under construction.

The only thing i dislike is the fact that a couple of the side entrances the card readers do not work so the doors are always unlocked and anyone can walk in off the street.

The pool was closed and has been for some time. The workout room had 3 units not in service. The rooms are old and in need of updating. The carpet and chair in our room 104 are very dirty. The overall feel was a lack of attention by the front desk staff upon entering the facility but maybe they are wearing more than one hat ! When we checked out this morning, there was a bad sewage type smell emanating from somewhere in the facility.

This hotel is dated and could use a modern facelift. Cleanliness is less than desirable. I'm sure they won't shut down over this review, but I wouldn't stay here again.. room was dirty with stains and water marks on ceilings. Found old medication on the floor behind the bed and behind the dresser has never been touched black mold on shower curtain. Didn't really have any expectations which I'm glad because I would have been really disappointed. You get what you pay for for a cheap room. It served it's purpose for one night of business travel. Breakfast was fast packaged food that you microwave, at least the coffee was good. Didn't find any bedbugs (trust me I looked) but a good vacuum would go a long way.

Good king bed. Carpet dirty. Outdoor doors all unsecured. Man setting on steps inside later on outside asked us for money. Someone banging on our outside window at midnight at 4am. Friendly staff.

Property was dirty. Sheets and comforter was dirty and had stains. Room stunk of mold and cigarettes. I had a non smoking room I don't smoke. Pool wasn't open. No water in it. stagnant green water in it only about 1 foot. Doors open 24 hours a day. All doors a major security risk. Guys hanging outback on picnic tables outside our room so we couldn't even open the blinds.. I will never stay there again.

This hotel is disgusting. The floors and walls are dirty and beaten up. The “art” has been taken off the walls but hardware still there. The carpet is ripped and threading. The shower is moldy. With the state of filth in the room there is no way I’m going to eat any food prepared in this establishment

Our room and all of hotel and grounds were very clean, the most important thing to me. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and they had a variety of choices. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was really good, but our mattress was sunk in the middle on the head side of the bed. It felt like our feet were elevated up in the air. We will be back, but we would prefer to have a better mattress.

We have stayed here probably 6 times in past 3 months. Other then room 221 the rest of the rooms have been what we expected. The rooms have been clean only issue is the beds aren't the best but we know what we're getting before we book.

This property is in need of major upgrades. The couch was threadbare and torn. The lights were dusty and broken. There was minimal electric outlets and charging connections for electronics. The couch was pushed against the wall and a floor lamp was pushed behind it. The shower had mold in the grout. One positive was the bed - it was comfortable.

Baymont is a nice, convenient place to stay. My only complaints are: desk chair height not adjustable due to failed cartridge, WiFi access spotty and not always available, also many TV channels on the menu list were not available such as all of the FOX network channels and all of the ESPN channels. Needed an electrical outlet at the desk. The lamp on the nightstand had two outlets which I used for CPAP machine and computer. But would have been nice to be able to plug the omputer in at the desk. Desk lamp could/should have been the same as the nightstand. But room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast could have had a few more hot options, but was adequate.

I feel bad cuz I don’t do this kind of thing. But it made for an absolutely TERRIBLE day today. First, my key didn’t work. So I had to walk to the complete other side of the hotel w my bags to get new keys. Got in, turned on heat, was exhausted, passed out. Woke up an hour later FREEZING cold. Heat didn’t work. Had to walk ALL the way back down. Got into new room. Fridge made horrible loud noise. Guy called my room and woke me up to ask if I turned the heat off in other room! I think I was able to get MAYBE 2 hours of sleep. Waste of $ . Waste of time and energy. Made for an absolutely terrible long day today. No photo, but have video of fridge noise. I want my $ back

Everyone was super nice. As an overnight worker, it's hard to wait all day to check in, and they were great at allowing an early check-in, and extra towels. Probably the best motel mattress we've slept in, in the last 6 months, and as a healthcare worker, that's super important! Room on back of building was even more quiet than receptionist said it was when she assigned my room.

The front desk employee named kathy was wonderful and very friendly . we talked about many places in the town that were interesting to visit. we talked about the prior property that was bought out by this property, Talk about the year we went to school together and people we both knew - while i was in town for a funeral - the entire staff were very friendly and hard working. The breakfast was good. We will be back and really enjoyed our stay - thank you !!!

The most impressive part of our stay was the friendliness of all of the staff from check-in to housekeeping - everyone was so helpful and friendly! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. It's very convenient to shopping and the historic downtown.

Front desk was vacant most of the time and had to call a number to try and get ahold of someone. Maintenance issues of the rooms/ facility. Pool was closed entire stay. A sketchy property in my opinion. When there is only a dozen cars or so in the parking lot at night, red flag. Pay the extra money for a different hotel.

The beds here are firm. If you like that, you will be good! Not a lot of covers on the beds- only a sheet and a thin cover fyi. Our stay was very quiet which was nice. The room was roomy. I like that there’s two extra sitting chairs in the room. The breakfast area was really spacious and I liked that the tables were well spaced out. Food options weren’t exciting: apples, pre-packages sausage-egg-cheese biscuits that you microwave which were ok. Waffles. It was nice that they had two different flavors. Plain bagels. Cinnamon coffee cake. Raisin Bran and Rice Krispies. Coffee, milk, OJ and apple juice. None of the entry doors that we used were locked so that wasn’t ideal. Anyone could enter at anytime. The swimming pool is outside and looks like it hasn’t been used in quite awhile fyi. The employees are friendly. This hotel is older and isn’t updated. The chairs were stained in our room. This didn’t bother us. The beds were clean. For the price, it was a great deal!

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel needed a bit of upkeep, but our room was clean and comfortable. We did expect to find a "working" pool, restaurant, and bar -- but they were not open at all. The free breakfast was in the "restaurant," though, and was quite good. There was a fridge and microwave -- but no hairdryer. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping choices nearby. It is on Rt. 7/Pike. Marietta was maybe 10 minutes away.

The trip was very nice. The room was very clean and it smelled nice. The breakfast was good. It was nothing special and what you would expect; a frozen sandwich, fruit, cereal and waffle maker. The only complaint I have was the shower. The shower diverter handle didn't work to switch water flow to the showerhead. The pressure was okay, but water poured out of the spigot at the bottom. The staff there were super friendly though and helped with the check in as well as when I lost my sweater coming out of the room!
