The elevator was down due to a high capacity stay that was a wedding. It was obnoxious && he children with the party were rude running all over breaking things & being rude to other customers.

Hot tub was out of order. My room’s key card reader was malfunctioning causing me to get new room keys approximately 5 times yet maintenance still never responded to fix it. A couple times the shower pressure was barely a trickle. I was told by staff they are aware as well the owners alas the choose to not fix it.

Pool and hot tub are closed with no reopening date. Room was ok but is outdated. No USB charging ports. Staff was kind but only one person working. The "marketplace" area is poorly stocked. And check out was literally " yeah uh, drop your key up there". No thank you for your stay, or a good bye. It was like were an inconvenience. This used to be my go to hotel but if rather find somewhere I am welcome and my business is appreciated.

Booked this hotel for a volleyball tournament. Having 5 kids thought this would be a great spot due to having pool,hot tub and suits. Boy was I wrong! Upon arrival sign on front desk stating pool and hot tub were closed . Asked the lady working how long it has been closed for she stated it has been over a month..if that's the case that needs to be addressed when booking. She said their is no way to put it on websites....here's a solution while you're sitting there waiting for people to check in make phone calls to customers who have booked to let them know that the pool and hot tub is out of commission especially since it's been over a month.. our room was spacious but Def not queen size beds as they state they are..my husband and I are not big people and barely had any room . Bathroom shower drain was clogged with hair and barely drained .breakfast we great about the only nice thing .

We really liked that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7. The hotel wasn't very crowded at the time so we were able to get some time in hot tub by ourselves. The bed was comfortable as was the room sitting area. The breakfast was ok. I would appreciate a juice dispenser. They One fault that we found with this hotel is that you can hear everything that's going on in the hallway quite clearly.

The room was very dirty! Sheets on the pull out couch was stained and there was a ton of garbage underneath it. We booked that room with the intention that our daughter would sleep on the pull out. Carpet had stains on it and it was dirty. Toilet would not stop running. The sink drain drained slow and the same in the shower. When I addressed this at the front desk they said they will let maintenance know and did not offer any discount for the problems in the room. We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

I checked in on Feb 9th thinking this property On Cherry Tree in Marietta had the standard of Comfort Inn Choice hotels. After walking to my room I started feeling skeptical of staying here. Not as clean as I thought it should be. The lady greeted me with a what’s up. As I walked through it wasn’t as tidy Comfort Inn Choice hotels I’ve stayed in. Travelocity gave it like a 9.4 same as Farfield Marriott. With all my skepticism I just assumed I’m making a big deal out of nothing until I was awaken at 2am from feeling itching from bites. I get up look at the mattress, mind you the mattress doesn’t have a case. What are you serious. I keep looking and I find a bed bug crawling on the pillow case. I take a video of this thing crawling I can’t even believe that this is happening right now. I just wanted to take my son on a college over night to a school he really might pick. This town is not where I’m going to stay for football games if he picks this school.

This hotel had a very comfortable bed and pillows. However, there was no hot water when we wanted to shower because the washing machines were running. The hallway carpeting is very stained. Breakfast is average at best. The place needs a facelift and a better water heater. Will not stay here again.

This hotel was ok. There was black mold around the air vent on the ceiling. The shower floor was clean, but there was a lot of mildew around the edges. The staff were nice, but not really friendly. You can tell it’s an older hotel that has been renovated. The beds were ok, and the TV was nice.

Room was a pet friendly room. We traveled with no pets. The room reeked of dog. Carpet stained in many places. Regret not requesting a different room thinking it would dissipate (old enough to remember smoking rooms), it did not. Public places also tired and in need of a refresh. That can be overlooked. A room stinking like wet dog, not so much.

Comfort Suites is our go to every time we're in Ohio. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, and accomodating and the location suits our needs. It's close to many food options (however, the hotel does offer complimentary breakfast each morning) and a Super Walmart. I've never had a bad stay. If I had to say one thing that could be improved on, it would be the carpet in the rooms. A couple of the rooms we stayed in could have used a good vacuuming or deep clean, but other than that everything is always clean. We'll be back again, thank you!

The front desk gals were nice and welcoming. But we were not able to check in even after 4 p.m. They were short cleaning staff. We were promised a call when a room would be ready but never received one. When we did return between 10:30 to 11:00 later that evening -no problem checking in.The room was fine. Breakfast staff was not very helpful and truly did not care about the appearance of their area or keeping things filled. We went down before 9:00 a.m. The location was in a good area. Close to a few places to eat, so you could walk. Bonus.

We had a great stay. The only tiny little hiccup was breakfast on the second day of our stay. We arrived to eat at 7:30 and the area was not overly busy, but both the sausage and egg bins were empty. The attendant was diligently working to keep things stocked but only refilling like four pieces of sausage and fried eggs at a time. The breakfast is good overall. The hotel is well kept and we have no notes on the room or cleanliness. All good!

There is a problem with water pressure. The water in the shower slowed to a drizzle then stopped completely. Then it started again and went to a drizzle again but did not completely stop. The room was great with a full sofa but you couldn’t watch tv from the sofa, only the bed. This might be fixed by hanging the tv on the wall with a hanger that rotates. Breakfast was adequate on Saturday. On Sunday morning the hotel was quite full with a Boy Scout troop and a large number of high school athletes. We went to the IHOP next door as the hotel was out of food around 9:00. Perhaps they didn’t plan well or an employee who was to work the breakfast room called in sick. Wonderful property, very clean, courteous employees.

Overall it was a alright stay. The beds aren’t that comfortable so sleep was restless. There were no towels in the pool area and we are pretty sure there was a family that wasn’t staying at the hotel using the pool. Not a huge deal just odd. Breakfast was so so. No fresh fruit and mainly carb options. Hard boiled eggs were like rubber and the scrambled eggs were on the watery side which made them mushy. This was our first stay at a Comfort Suites and we probably won’t choose this chain again.
