I was very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. It does not align with the brand at all!! It is very dated in look and function. Our floors were dirty and the pool area was very poor. The hot tub was cautioned taped off. On the plus side, the room layout and size was good.

I guess you get what you pay for. The entire 2nd floor was under construction and the hallways smelled very bad. The gym was non functional. There was a 5, 10 and then 25 lb weight. The treadmills didn't work. They're laundry was also only functional with quarters. The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. That was probably the best part of the hotel.

We booked this room because there was a hot tub in the motel. When we checked in there was a note that said it was closed. When we asked about it, we were told it wasn’t up to Marriott’s standards and all Marriott motels would not have them any more. The room was ok, could tell it was older

Was not very clean, toilet had a hairball and a dust bunny floating in it upon checking into the room. The sink wouldn’t drain either. The staff was very nice but I would not stay here again.

This location is going through a renovation so I understand that our room had no decor in it except one picture above the sofa. Made the room rather boring. Very disappointed with the stains on the sofa and the stains/mildew on the curtains. So for cleanliness 2 stars. The staff was courteous and breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable too. Overall, a 3 star experience.

The staff was nice, the room has a SIGNIFICANT mold problem in the bathroom. The curtain were covered in stains. The walls have badly filled holes and the fire detector in the room was covered in masking tape, so I’m sure that wouldn’t work if it needed too. Stay away!

The room was not clean. I found items left behind by other travelers, in areas that a broom or vacuum would have reached. The sofa bed was a mint green color, covered in oil and dirt stains. The shower surrounding had mold growing. The outside of the facility was dirty with trash in the landscaping and lying around the grounds. The coffee brewer in the room had built up scale in the water reservoir, which made it unusable.

The room floor was dirty, it needed mopped (it was vinyl instead of carpet), bathroom had some mold, bubbling plaster from water leaks, and no drain stopper in the sink. The food was fair to average; however, the silverware was cheap and broke when trying to cut the waffle.

Did not get the king room I booked. The water temperature wash cold most of the time and then would randomly scald you. We had to have our keys preprogrammed twice to get back in our room. There were water stains on the ceiling of the bathroom.

The room was spacious and great for my large family. I like the trundle bed. There was a bit of dirt (food crumbs) on the trundle bed when we rolled it out, though. The room was otherwise very clean and neat. I like the kitchenette so one of the kids can brush teeth there while another is showering. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. Always love warm waffles. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, happy to get extra towel or sheet as needed.

Gave me a room with a toilet torn apart. When I asked to be moved to another room they downgraded me with no partial refund. Next room half of the lights didn’t work. Hot water basically didn’t work. Water got warm at best. Will never return.

Needs some attention to maintenance. I had some stains on the carpet between the sleeping area and sink. Multiple places the wallpaper was starting to peel. The door peephole privacy cover is missing. The nightstand had some food drippings on it. This is the second time I've stayed here, and this wasn't as nice as the first. I would probably stay again because the price is right and it's convenient for me. It's not a 5 star hotel so I don't expect perfection.

There were no towels for our room. The person who checked us in didn’t know what he was doing. Our bathroom fixtures were broken and fell off the wall. The phone in our room didn’t work. The pool didn’t work the first day. The second day the pool was open but no towels and issues with the door. The breakfast had a good selection and the lady was very nice. She was the only staff member that gave us good customer service. The ability to change the room temperature was good and made it so we were comfortable.

Staff was great, shout out to Jared, there were a few issues with my reservation on how it was being displayed in the system and how it was being processed but after that was resolved we were able to get into the room with no issue. We did run into an issue where the AC wouldn't go below 74 degrees, but luckily we had a friend in a room right next door.

BEWARE!!! Upon checking in the lady at the front desk told me that Expedia had canceled my reservation, and that the hotel was completely sold out. This was not true. Expedia still had me booked with this hotel. I quickly had to book another hotel 10 minutes out of the way which made me late for a planned birthday dinner. I made this reservation 2 weeks prior to my stay. Then when calling this hotel back to be forwarded proof of the cancellation, the hotel front desk tells me that there is no record whatsoever of my reservation. After contacting Expedia and having them contact the property I was finally refunded. I do not recommend booking this hotel to anyone!

I like how convenient it is to the interstate and shopping. The staff are attentive to any issues and always clean bedding. We had some drunken neighbors who were making a lot of noise. Instead of making a scene with them, we were able to get a change of suite. There were a few maintenance issues I notified the front desk about, and they were corrected while we were out.

This hotel is well located for a trip on I70. Hadn't stayed here since around 2000 when it was new. It's in need of an upgrade. The place is ok but is dated, smells a bit funny, and if you're on the highway side the road noise is louder than you'd think. Service is good, location works, but this place needs work and new windows on the highway side.

The room was clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but of no real concern. I would have preferred individualized toiletries instead of large community bottles in the shower. Thankfully I brought my own. Breakfast was good with the usual breakfast items featured. Area was always being policed for cleanliness. Lobby and sitting area were also very clean. The staff were very accommodating. Jake was so nice and welcoming. Will stay again on my next trip.

Our stay was great the breakfast was amazing the service with that was amazing!!!! But they didn’t give me enough towels an said we needed our room towels for the pool which is insane considering we had 6 people an 3 for the whole 3 day weekend? The prices on the food was insane we paid $25 for a few Gatorade’s an than snacks were $45 those prices were a little much considering the food was expired ! But the people were all very pleasant and friendly!
