Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

Breakfast was fresh, hot, and they did not run out of basics. Our was clean and bathroom smelled fresh, and we were happy there was luxury tie on the floor and not carpet. Ample parking close to restaurants, in the entertainment district!!!

Nice reasonably priced hotel tucked away in a decent area. Beds were super comfortable, very soft. Pool area was a little small but nice.

This property was a perfect location for our event. They even provided a trolley.

Perfect location for Rangers game. Trolley pick up & drop off. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. Got a call & text about an item that we left in the room. very professional. All the staff were helpful. Pool was nice!

Elevator was broken & no bags in the trash cans in the room. Besides that I’ll book again

Convenient to the ballparks with a trolley stop on site. The bar area is underwhelming but the bartender is not. Caelynn is a skilled bartender. Get the cinnamon pineapple margarita, it’s awesome!

I chose this property because they had a restaurant onsite. After check-in, I was informed that it was not open!!

The property and rooms were SO clean and the location felt SO safe! It was not our first time staying here and won’t be our last.

We were there for a concert at Globe Life Field. Four Points was very convenient with quick access to the highway / interstate. The lobby was always clean and smelled great. Check-in was quick with complimentary waters. The room was also clean. The only minor issue was not enough linens, but the front desk quickly resolved that for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

There was a cockroach in my room. And for the price it didn’t feel worth it. They did move me but it was gross

Everything was great until the night . Huge roaches started coming out and into the room . I couldn’t sleep in peace after seeing them I had to constantly take them out .

There was a wad of someone’s hair on the window and another wad of hair in the shower. Everything else looked clean but you can tell no one vaccumed, cleaned the floors, or cleaned the shower.

Not worth the price we paid for. First of all, our linens had blood and bathroom had roaches. Too much for the price. And also your landscape weeding eating next to our window.

It is unfortunate that finger pointing is done when things don't go as requested. I expected better service being with this brand. No one from mgmt. contacted me even after I made a request and follow-up the next day. Dirty pillows on what appeared to be a recently made bed.

When I arrived at hotel front desk reception was on phone and took 15 minutes to check in . When I got into hotel room there was no soap the tub had hair in it and the bed sheets had stains

Stayed for a weekend to catch a cowboys game. Noticed the next morning taking a shower there was mold in the shower. At that point wasn’t anyway to get another room since we were going to be gone all day. If there’s mold in one room I wouldn’t doubt there’s mold in multiple rooms if not all. Wouldn’t recommend staying there at all. Management was notified and never reached out the rest of our stay.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. Could use better lighting and an area for grooming.

Beds were soft and comfortable. However, walls were way too thin. You could clearly hear the conversations in the room next door. You could hear the toilets flush and the shower from the room next door. Room and bathroom need to be updated. Close distance to the AT&T stadium, rangers stadium and six flags.

Terrible stay. Found a tiny stain if blood on bed sheet. The horrible part was the room above me! Every single second of the night the ceiling is squeaking so so loud and every time they walk it is like someone knocking on your head. No sound insulation whatsoever!! The whole thing is squeaking so loud! And I usually don’t mine sound around me but this was horrible. I checked in one night to relax and sleep, barely slept from that.

Room was clean, but very dark...no wifi, no mirror above sink for shaving. Was told that Arlington shuttle would be there for transport to Rangers game, but it never showed up. Most people waiting like me scrambled to book an uber or lyft. Bed not comfortable at all. When attending a Rangers game I usually stay elsewhere, but this was the only available rooms left this particular weekend. Probably won't be back...

Very nice room and shower. WiFi on tv went out constantly and difficult to connect any of our devices but everything else was a really good experience.

Extremely loud in lobby/bar area which echos to your room.

The hotel is fine. The noise level (between rooms) is annoying.

Nice modern clean room…comfortable bed with soft pillows! Good price for room in well lit location! Highly recommended…will stay again

Comfortable beds, a BIG PLUS

Well was really excited about staying there. Called the hotel three different times to confirm booking. I had a red eye flight and wanted to make sure there would be no problem checking in st 6:30 am. They said sure thing, we’ll leave notes for the property about this. Again called three times. The first call was horrible, basically said it depends on the housekeeping and was rude. Next two calls were good. Said they left notes. When I got there to check in, mind you I had a previous night check in. They said they don’t have me in the system and it was cancelled due to me not checking in before midnight. There was no help at all from the attendants working front desk. Just said they have no notes, no rooms, and couldn’t help me. Also, the 2 workers were laughing and thought it was funny that I was upset. Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. Needless to say the Hyatt palace got me right in with no problems and were amazing.

Front desk young girl was very kind and friendly. I believe her name was Alycia. She was very helpful. She made our family trip and stay in Texas very welcoming.

Had the best experience! Luxurious hotel at an amazing price! Alyssa(sp) at the front desk is a keeper. She definitely knows how to take care of her guests. Thank you, Alyssa for your hospitality and kind heart. We will definitely be staying here again.

I had a problem with the toilet and I informed the front desk and they told me they will take care of it, I also asked for towels and they said no problem, so I left thinking it was going to be ok, wrong.. When I got back late that night I saw the problem was still there and still NO towels. So I call the front desk and after waiting for 10 minutes a young man name Amari told me that I can go and pick up the towels and get the plunger to fix the toilet. The next day I talked to the manager (Alexia Prez) and she told me we give you the tools to fix the problem and refuses to do a refund of my money. I hope someone can do something about this because I don’t want anyone else to experience what I experienced. Mr Huerta.

Quick check in with friendly staff

They seemed short staffed or something. I was not able to check in until 320 (check in was supposed to be at 3) because they were taking so long to clean the rooms. It was frustrating waiting while other people who got there after me were being checked in quickly (different room type I guess, but still?)

Breakfast didnt open at 7am as told. We came back at 0800, still not open. Pillows were old, outdated, and flat. 3 pillows in each bed stacked, only produced a 10 degree head elevation. Bath wash pump doesn't work. We were misinformed on shuttle times, good thing we asked a different employee. Staff appeared nonchalant, quite different from other Marriott properties.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and super comfortable bed. They even upgraded us to a suite. Only con is wish they kept the kitchen and bar open later.

Horrible experience with the hotel and Expedia. Arrived at hotel and their system was down. My husband and I waited in the lobby for almost an hour with other guests. A couple people started to leave. We decided to leave our name and number and ask for a call when system was up. We waited in the car then decided to go home after we chatted with Expedia about the situation. They called front desk and confirmed info. They informed that it was up to the hotel whether they would refund or not since it was a non-refundable room. We thought it would be a no-brainer that we would get our money back because it was no fault of our own that their system was down. We couldn’t sleep in the lobby. Received emails the next day stating Expedia couldn’t issue a refund letting me know the hotel didn’t approve. So sad we have to pay for a room we never got to sleep in. Who can afford that these days?? My advice is if you get a non-refundable room call ahead to make sure their system is up and running. No call from hotel or management. They will not take care of you. Lucky this hotel was on special. I’ll never try to stay here again and tell my circle of associates the same. Terrible hospitality!!

It has a great location if you have an event at the stadium, easy access and quiet.

We asked for towels and they never showed up. Someone messed with our driver side door handle. Breakfast not included.

Very disappointed that you all advertise a free continental breakfast and then notify everyone that the breakfast is $15.00 We will make sure to never book at this location again.

Everyone was very friendly. Nice rooms and comfortable. Wish breakfast was included. The snack shop was handy.

The property was very clean, check in was super easy, the room was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was at check in, I was told about breakfast, making it seem as though it was free breakfast, but it was actually breakfast you order at the bar and pay for, I would have preferred he said there is breakfast for purchase or something like that.

The property was in Arlington, midway between Dallas and Fort Worth, so we could easily visit both. Also, we were able to walk to Globe Life Stadium to take in a Ranger's game. Our room was nice, separated a living room and a bedroom. Although there was an on-site restaurant with limited hours, breakfast was not complimentary like many other hotel chains.
