Booked this hotel because it had a pool but come to find out it closed at 8 not 10 like normal places. The people above us stomped till about 3 in the morning and started again at 7. Breakfast was poor with some unattended kids playing with the waffle makers preventing other guests from using them. Also had a jack stolen out of the back of my truck.

This has definitely been one of the worst stays ive had in my life. The property has issues in so many levels: 1. Room was not clean, food was left over between the night stands. 2. Water came out of the shower and into the room because of a bad shower design. 3. None of the buttons for the elevator worked, either to call it or to put your floor in. 4. There was a bad smell coming from the room, probably a combination of humidity and bad cleaning. 5. The gym's light did not work. 6. A buch of equipment from the gym was missing, many of the weights were incomplete or just simply gone. 7. The room was extremely expensive, which makes all of the above a lot more painfull for me as a customer.

Pool was dirty the whole stay which was 5 days and 4 nights so it was closed the whole time during peak summer season. The headboard in my room fell down in the middle of the night almost hitting me and my toddler grandchild and scared her so bad. Toilet clogged up the middle of the stay. Bathroom door broke. Only alowed housekeeping 1 time during our 4 night stay. When i stated that was ok went to go get towels for my room as we had 4 occupants after the first night and was only aloud 2 towles. Not very pleases at all. Tried giving them one more chance this last time will never go back again. Also the hotel states its a non smoking facility indoors amd smelt like Marijuana the whole stay. The only good thing was my final night the woman at the front desk was polite enought to fill my grandkids sippy cups 1 time so we didnt have to get anymore milk our final night.

They had the hallway and staircase AC units not on. Room AC units did cool down until early morning, so room was hot all night. Only 1 ice machine, elevators sound broken and breakfast was terrible. Just very basic.

Terrible experience I would never book this hotel again. Being that it’s right across from Six Flags I expected it to be more professional but I was wrong. The hallways stank, carpet looks dirty, breakfast is only waffle maker, cereal, apple, juices, and coffee for $400+ for two nights the breakfast should’ve been more than just that. Fitness gym sucks was only a bike, a treadmill, a bench and a few weights so small that only 4-5 people can be in at a time. Then, they deactivated my key card 4 hours before my check out time at 11am. Just terrible, please safe your money don’t book here.

We were able to check-in quickly and easily and staff at the front was nice. When we got in the room, there was pretty obvious mold on the ceilings.. not ideal. The beds were clean and comfortable.. That was about the only good thing. We were staying for a concert and the hotel was advertising a shuttle service to and from the concert that night for $20 per person. Me and 3 friends all signed up. When it was time for pickup the shuttle van was full, probably 12 of us. The guy never showed up to pick us up after the concert. We waited over an hour where they told us. when we told the hotel staff they said “we will talk with him” instead of taking the advertisement down, which is a shame since there were 2 more nights of this concert.

Room wasnt properly cleaned, bed had to be remade, baseboards in bathroom was coming off the wall and Tv remove was sticky. Got kicked out of the pool because pool hours were not posted. Breakfast was minimal ( not much to choose from). Neighbors were loud, i tried to call from desk but the phone were not clear and front desk lady said sshe couldn't hear me so I gave up and hung up.

The hotel mind you was undergoing renovations. However, our room had a musty smell to it, and always seemed very damp, the shower leaked onto the floor every time it was used, the baseboards were moldy and falling off the walls, there was no daily room service, had to get our own new towels, the pool didn’t have towels, there was drywall dust and dirty floors everywhere. The pool had rocks on the bottom and hair floating around while swimming. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm a frequent business traveler and have stayed at this property twice in the past six weeks (three to four nights each stay). 1. I stayed four nights and after the third night I had to ask them to make up the room because they had not until that point. 2. The keycards failed each day when I returned to the property - after I went up to my 4th floor room, I needed to return to the lobby/office to refresh the keycard (each night during my stay. 3. The front desk staff was either nonchalant when I mentioned issues affecting the room, or utterly uncaring (the late night attendant was the utterly uncaring one - the daytime staff was better but still mediocre and uncaring) 4. Their vending machines are not only useless, they don't have anything worth buying even if they worked. 5. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable when I arrived and the price was very good. All in all, for just a few dollars more, I think I'll choose a different property next trip.

Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Bedspread was stained. Blanket was stained. Floor was filthy and sticky to walk on. Room smelled like old smoke. Wall in bathroom had something that looked like crap on it. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Window dirty with what looked like “nose” prints. Won’t be staying there again.

This has to be the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The duvet had fresh blood stains on it. All of our towels were stained. The shower looked disgusting. My DIL did shower but with her sandals on. The weed smell in our hallway was overwhelming. I have never felt dirty leaving a hotel. Do not believe the "good" reviews. I don't know how anyone could give this hotel a good review.

This place was Beyond Disgusting!!! We checked in and our first room, had BUGS Everywhere!! They switched our room, and it was Bug free, that I Saw anyway, but was Disgusting!! Sheets were Dirty, looked like the shower had NeVeR been cleaned, you couldn't even see in the mirror through the Filth, AnD 😱 The window came Completely open, No Screen, No Protection of Any Kind!!! Breakfast was a JokE!! And with the Roaches I saw I. There, We Left and Did NoT come back!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

The room was in poor condition. The clock and outlets beside the bed did not work. It also smelled pretty bad throughout the entire hotel. We went to the front desk to complain and were offered an accompanied febreeze spray down of our room. Oh, and I also saw several roaches in our room

My room was filthy! There was hair everywhere, my feet stuck to the floor it was so dirty, the duvet cover had makeup stains, and there was a puddle of dried dog urine in the corner of the room. I asked for additional towels from the front desk and the towels I received had hair on them.

Well first of all the outside of the building was dirty and full of trash. Once you walk in the hotel you see stains on the floor. As soon as I opened the door to the room I got a strong cigarette smell even tho I had reserved a non-smoking room. The floors were very sticky and the room had stains everywhere! Bedsheets were dirty as well. Went down to ask for towels and was told they didn't have any(only got 2 towels in the room). Honestly book a room somewhere else, they have way nicer hotels around the area.

The room was not only tiny it was worn out. The carpet was nasty and dirty. The walls were stained. There was a booger stuck to the wall in the bathroom.This place cost me 180 bucks a night but it was not worth 40. This room should have been remodeled in 1990. The other guests were loud and fighting at 4 in the morning. The motel was being remodeled in some capacity so the hallways were dirty with sheetrock dust. The staff were nice though. If I could give take stars away from this establishment I would. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

This hotel is extremely outdated and looked nothing like the photos. The cable TV did not work properly. Half the channels didn\'t show up and those that did were labeled properly. They were anywhere from 15-20 channels off from what the guide said and there was no consistency in finding the channels. Even worse, there was no football on. No FOX, CBS for a major sporting day of Saturday and Sunday. They were part of the channels not working. The shower was small and dingy. Barely any head height and I\'m only 5\'9". If you are taller than 6 FT you\'d almost have to squat. The toilet moved when I sat down. The lighting was insufficient. The AC wasn\'t cold enough. The furniture was old and tired as were the color schemes. A spider was lowering itself from the ceiling down to the bed and freaked my girlfriend out. For $200+ a night, I was expecting a lot more. While this might have been a football weekend with the Big 12 title game and the Cowboys, there is no way you should be charging $200+ for these rooms. I\'ve stayed in Sleep Inns before and got what I paid for. But not at this location.

Booked a king size room for $195 a night for the American. We get to the room and it looks like it hasn’t been refurbished in 20 years. Holes in the curtains, furniture scuffed and chunks missing. Carpet was dingy and had staples sticking out where the Carper and tile met. Shower head was unscrewed and spraying water everywhere. This was more like a $45 dollar a night room. Don’t recommend staying at all

The breakfast was less than expected. Only had waffles, apples and cereal to eat. The waffles were good. The apples were bruised and very dark and ugly. The cereal I didn't try, it wasn't appetizing. Usually places like this have yogurt, but there wasn't any. The drinks were good. The a/c was noisy, but it did cool. The walls must be thin because we could hear talking and the telephone ringing in our room. Definitely didn't like the drug smell. Not sure if you allow this, but we didn't like it. The refrigerator froze our drinks. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep on. The outlets were really loose for our chargers.

I arrived after a very long 6 hour drive from San Antonio with my daughter. When I went to check in I was told that there was a mistake and my room was unavailable as they had over-booked. I didn't understand due to me having prepaid for this stay in MARCH of 2025! I explained that since I was never notified by email, phone or any other means I would be staying there. The woman at the desk attempted again to deny me, at which point she reached out to a manager who I overhead tell her to "just give her a room". The room I was given was dark, dirty, the bathroom door did not close and the toilet didn't properly flush. I will NOT be staying at this location again.

The main problem with this hotel is no housekeeping for my 5-day stay. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was told they would send someone to do it. But nobody came that day or the next two days either. Also, it was not just me. Other people had to put their room garbage in the hall.

Water came in room from storm had to go to front desk for towels to get water up and the wet towels was in room for two days after I told front desk I would be gone most of the day so maintenance can come and fix the problem and clean up the towels and no one came. Told the front desk again nothing happened. I was at hotel for six days. Customer service is awful. They smile and say okay but nothing got taken care of. Customer service is why I will not be back.

It was very clean and the staff were super nice. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast options as there wasn’t much to choose from but other than that it was very nice. It’s right across the street from six flags which was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s an older property, but not too bad for the price, I was there for a concert. Staff was great. It’s right in front of Six Flags, and a walkable distance to Globe Life field.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn and found my experience to be just okay. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness left much to be desired; the curtains in my room were ripped, and there was noticeable dust on the furniture. Perfect for our overnight stay. Check in was fast and easy. Front desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast was good, they had us with the waffle maker! Location is very convenient
