My gosh, when we got there to the room as we walked in there was roaches on the bed and walls. It gross us out. Went back to the office and asked to be put in another room. She was nice and did. We still didn't feel comfortable so we let the next day and still had paid for an extra stay.

Our stay was awful. Our room REAKED of the smell of weed. None of the rooms were stocked with towels or any extra toilet paper. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was not very helpful. 0/5 experience.

I had no problem checking in. The location is good, and the hotel has parking. BUT when I got to my room, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and it was almost empty. I left the hotel, and when I returned that night, I asked for more toilet paper, but they didn’t have any rolls available. They gave me a box of tissues in the meantime. I had to ask again the next day, and they gave me only one roll. There was also no daily room cleaning. There was no floor towel in the bathroom, and water leaked out of the shower while I was showering. There was no shampoo provided either. The bed also creaked a lot on one side with any movement. Overall, the location and parking were good, but the lack of basic bathroom supplies, no daily cleaning, and the condition of the room were disappointing.

I would say it did what it needed to do. Not the cleanest of places. Most of the furniture was damaged in the room and we kept finding random hairs and stains over the bed. The room did include a mini fridge and microwave, which was a plus, and you could tell they had recently remodeled which was also a plus. But it definitely was a little sketchy, the staff would let random people who aren’t even staying at the hotel just hang out in the lounge or the lobby, which made us feel unsafe, especially when we returned to the hotel a little after dark. I really think random strangers were even staying and sleeping in the exercise room. Definitely wouldn’t choose this place again, I mainly picked this place because it was so close the venue we were going to for that weekend but next time I will be staying some where else. It was a great price but if you can afford a little more, pick some place else.
