Very unpleasant stay. Although the staff was very accommodating I requested and paid for a King Suite with a letout sofa and there was no let out sofa requiring me to sleep on a very modern leather but extremely uncomfortable sofa the 1st night of my stay. Again the staff was pleasant and therefore offered a roll away bed that consumed a great deal of the common living area and there's no microwave in the room nor in a public space within the hotel which was very disappointing. Overall the hotel itself is nice but the rooms are not as advertised and the parking that is 42.00 a day and the room key tap system is not very reliable requiring a couple calls to the service desk to exit the garage. All in all I'd never utilize this establishment again and would definitely not recommend it to others.

Room was fine. The problem is the parking. We parked before checking in. They said it would be $42/day to be paid at leaving. We kept the car in the ramp all the time we were there. On leaving, the gate said we owed $84!!! I reversed, parked and my wife went in to straighten it out. First, Sheraton should provide complimentary parking for guests, but more importantly, not try to screw over their guests. The front desk guy waived the fee and let us go unmolested by exhorbitant parking rates.

We had issues upon check in because their credit card system was down and it kept telling me my card was being declined (which I knew it couldn't be). The gentlemen who helped me was SO kind and apologetic. He comped our early check in fee and offered us water while we were waiting. He was the kindest person EVER and made the entire experience great. He handled the pressure well and with professionalism! The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were prompt at arriving each day to reset the room. Dining options were minimal. The pool area leaves much to be desired. It is in the "basement" and feels like it. No sauna or hot tub. For the price, we would definitely stay here again! Especially for the convention we were there to attend. Within great walking distances to eateries and Target!

Nice, quiet hotel. I would bring my family here. Wish that there were better snack options in the lobby shop. I think soup, salad and sandwiches or other healthy options would have kept us spending more on-site with the convivence. That being said there are MANY options for local restaurant delivery to the hotel. Also, there should be some sort of outdoor ashtrays. We saw people drop butts on the ground after looking for ashtrays.

Parking was $42 per 24 hr period while I was there. This may be higher or lower depending on when you go, but that was a little misleading on the listing. Just a warning to others. Excellent breakfast spot next door. The soaps were all overly scented. So bring your own bar soap and shampoo if you are sensitive to such things. But at least the shampoo vs conditioner vs shower gel is clearly marked inside the shower for those who use glasses.

It was a very nice place to stay. Above average in every way. My only complaint was that there is absolutely nowhere to put anything in the toilet/shower room. Who would hang a towel on the one rod that is about 10" above the flush box? Please add hooks to the back of the door and two rods on the wall behind the door. Every traveler will appreciate them. Thanks!

Why a 1 star? I stayed in two rooms. Hotel asserted I had separate bookings and billed me for booking that they stated was not utilized. As I result I had to pay double for my stay. I would be reticent to book at this hotel due to billing practices.
