The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I was sad, that they didn’t have scrambled eggs the next day, but the omelettes were just as good. I felt safe in the parking lot. It was very well lit. The staff was friendly and answered all questions, but I have to say my favorite part of the stay, was at the beds felt like marshmallows! I’m still trying to track down if it was the mattress or the liner on top!

Staff were awesome. Problem started when we got onto the second floor. It smelled like there had been a water leak. We get to our room and then find out that there is standing water on the tile just inside the door and some of the carpet is wet. I go down to the front desk to get some towels to clean it up and the staff decided to move us rooms. Breakfast was great.

Initially booked for one night.. checked into the room and it had a not so fresh smell.. I think it was the carpet because their rooms are always very clean but the carpet looked like it could use a good shampoo so I’m pretty sure that was the source..like something spilled on it and it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly..but I told the front desk and I wound up extending the stay and they put me in another room that was definitely more fresh..they made it right so the stay was excellent afterwards

I was charged twice! I have not received a refund! I paid Hotels.com but when I arrived at the hotel, it said my reservation was canceled. I DID NOT cancel my reservation. I live 3 hours away from this location so I had to pay for the room again! I paid double for one night!

We arrived very late and I was greeted with the best attitude and spirit by the young lady checking us in. I even commented on what a great mood she was in for so late at night. Everyone was friendly and very hospitable down to the maintenance man I shared an elevator with. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Breatfast is terrible and the person who served during breakfast area.. literally shouting to the people dont take food like that.. she didn’t keep food proper way and when we asked she told that there is no food.. Literally all the kids got scared and didn’t take breakfast.. not sure Management aware of this..

The people made a stay at an ordinary HI Express an enjoyable stay. Every staff member was friendly and seemed intent on making us feel welcome. Also, the breakfast was really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice, quiet and the lady who does the breakfast is so kind.The breakfast biscuits were probably the best I have ever eaten.Seriously!, .She even gave me a gift bag to take some goodies with me to eat after the funeral we were attending..morning and evening staff were very nice and friendly..Would stay there again..
