Elevator broken and no one tell us, we spend in elevator 10 minutes to try it works, finally we go back front desk and he told us it is broken, then we took steps to get to 2nd floor then we couldn’t open the door to the room then we go back ask him for help he said they have a problem with room keys , finally he open for use using som tools. Then we co you could not open door to the room any time we want to get in we ask for his help. Please avoid this hotel!!

Our reservation was made months ago and already had a day paid with the cc on file. At check-in, I was informed the reservation had been cancelled. My wife came in with the reservation number and proof of payment and all of a sudden the reservation was found. Once we did get checked in, the room had no remote for the tv so went to get one. I tried the lower the temp in the room to find out the AC unit did not even turn on. We did get repacked and moved but had to go back to get another remote. This is our 5th stay over the past 3 years, the ice machine still does not work on the ground floor. You have to make the trip up to the 3rd floor. The ceiling tiles on ground floor are in the same shape from a year ago. The large "box" has been in the same place in the lobby for over a year. The hallways always has the smell of marijuana. It's really sad to see how the place is maintained.

This was the worst property ive ever stayed in. Room was nasty, room smelled like smoke, room was just dirty looking and very nasty. I am very disappointed with Comfort Inn suite. Room key barely worked we had to play with it several times before for entry. Elevator only worked from first floor, we stayed on thr 3rd floor and had to take the stairs to go down. Ice machine did not work on the floor. They had towels under the ice machine and it smelled wet in the hall way. Never again will i stay in a place like this ever again. The photos on the website are lies. This property is very trifling.

This hotel from the outside looks great! But when i got there the elevator only went up so we had to take the stairs to leave out. The rooms were initially clean but we stayed there 4 days with no service. The room started smelling wet like mildew and now me and my kids are sick. The cable box had a shortage so we had a hard time using the tv. Overall I will not be returning. It is not suitable for someone with kids.

I was stranded in the room for the entire 2 night stay. I am in a motorized wheelchair. Friday night I went up on the elevator to view the room to see if it would accommodate my needs. I went to go back down on the elevator and it was not working. I was told they were working on it and elevator service technician was called, but he never arrived. I had to call the fire department to come get me down from the second floor on Sunday morning. If you are disabled, and can't walk stairs well Do Not stay here.

Don't waste your money! This place is horrible! My family and I booked a two night stay. The room only had one working light, well lamp, and only two outlets worked in the entire room. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. My daughter couldn't do her hair because the bathroom outlets didn't work. The tv didn't work. So we were in a dark room with no tv and no way to charge out electronic devices. Lastly, the elevator only goes up, not down, so we had to carry all our luggage downstairs. Our room was not cleaned and when we came back that night we mentioned this to the front desk and we were told, if you book more than one night they will not clean your room until the third, reason being, they were short on towels and sheets. Also, there were people hanging out in front the hotel smoking weed and you had to walk through the smoke to get to and from your car. I'm glad we only paid for two nights because we couldn't do a third night. We made reservations at a Marriott hotel and left.

Found out the 2nd floor elevator button did not work. The only way to get off the floor was to use stairs. The door to the stairs wouldnt open when pushed, had to use a card to depress the latch. Not one sign stated the elevator problem. Was not informed during check in. The front desk worker the next morning said "yeah, we now. Waiting in parts". Overall it was a good stay. However the carpet was wet where the AC unit is. Also, people were hanging out outside my window that’s was not staying in the hotel. That was t safe at all. The ice machine on the first floor hasn’t worked since I stayed there for Mardi Gras and that was in March. I like the hotel because it has a fridge and microwave which is very convenient. But I don’t think I’ll stay there again when I come down next month.

This is a motel not a hotel, do not waste your time and money. This motel had mode in the rooms. Stained carpets, stained bedliners and beds staying carpet with mold. The ceiling had big holes in it hose in the rooms. This hotel needs to be condemned.This is not for someone to stay in.

The front lobby was in good conditions but when we arrived to room 314, omg it was a nightmare. Opening the door and the room smelled of mold & mildew, the furniture looked as if it was taken from a garbage dumpster, the lamp shades were dry rotted, the ceiling light upon entering the room was removed and replace with duct tape, only one light working in the bathroom, the exhaust in the bathroom wasn't working, the microwave was rusted inside and after spraying the beds and room with lysol we found a bed bug crawling. While eating dinner another bug was on the desk. The walls had knicks and scrapes and we weren't given a iron or ironing board and to top everything off, thr television wasn't working. This was all reported to the front desk. I asked to speak with manager which was the same person that checked me in and gave me this Bates Motel Room. The manager refused to show his face because I wasn't the only guest thst wasn't satisfied. I spoke with Jarvis who is an overnight employee at the desk and he helped as much as he could all dictation was coming from the manger who refused to show his face.

My husband and I reserved a king room. When we walked into the hotel it looked and smelled clean. *When we walked into the room, we thought we were in the BATES MOTEL. *The chair and couch were filthy. *The carpeting although dark has deep stains. *The shelves that held the refrigerator and microwave were warped and corroded. *The curtains were filthy, dirty and black *There was NO ventilation in the bathroom * The microwave was completely rusted out The only good thing about our hotel room was the air conditioning, hot water, and the bed slept well.

Was already in not to good of a mood as a i came to bury my older brother. Reserved an executive suite and was placed on the 4th floor. Room was huge and worth it, but the tv didnt work due to a short in the cord. So after 2 days of no tv being available they moved me to what was suppose to be another Execurive King Suite on the 1st floor Rm 101. The room was just a regular room that they had stuffed everything from the Executive Kind Suite into it. Sitting area had ottomans stuffed between sofa and siiting chair so unusuable. Then to top it off in the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling. Was highly disappointed and couldnt believe they were ripping people off just because they crammed everything on top of the other into the room and called it an Executive King.

Better than average Comfort Inn. Room had a fridge and microwave and a couch, so I give this one high marks. Parking was adequate and they had better breakfast food at this location. I stay in this area because this is where the hotels are all grouped together, and I work in this area.

Kimberly checked me in and she was absolutely delightful. She was professional and courteous. The room didn’t measure up to the service. The room needs a bit of an upgrade so it will have a better aesthetic appeal.

When I first arrived I waited a whole hour to get my room. The staff that was downstairs was eating and not even at the desk then he came off rude saying “what yall need” like are serious I said to check in he said Ita not 3pm I said it’s 3:15pm. He then told me I had to wait on a manager to respond wnd me and him got into a little fuss then almost 4 o clock they gave me my room and I was not pleased at all

The hotel manager cancelled my reservation in their system and did not allow my family to check in even the reservation was paid and active in Expedia. I am still trying to get my refund. This is not right, hotel owner is stealing money. Asking support from Expedia; unfortunately the response has not been good. I am disappointed by Expedia Travel team; I will keep trying to recover my money. Hotel staff said that the hotel owner cancels reservations all the time. Hotel staff does not recommend the hotel. I asked the staff if there are bedbugs and the answer was "we do not recommend this hotel" I am surprised that this is still a Comfort Suites Hotel chain location. This is not good reputation for this corporation.

Other than the very rude and loud guest that stayed up to 2 plus in the morning partying when I had a 4 month old that wouldn’t stay asleep from them hitting the walls and being SO LOUD. After multiple calls to the front desk I had to threaten to call the cops because they wouldn’t do anything about it.

There was no one at the desk when we checked in. There was, however, a person with no identification on his clothing who said he could check us in but he would have to call someone (a manager). This was uncomfortable. The person called the manager who wanted my card information over the phone (again uncomfortable). After I told the manager it was not a typical way to check in, he asked do you want the reservation or not. We were far from home with no other options, so I gave him my card number. My credit card is protected from fraud so I was not concerned. We checked in. Accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Very run down and in need of renovation. Staff was rude and unhelpful about the fact that my reservation was canceled without my knowledge and they would only rebook me at “today’s rates” which were a lot more than I originally paid. Manager wouldn’t take my call. Continental breakfast was terrible. Seriously, go somewhere else.

Overall it was a good stay. However the carpet was wet where the AC unit is. Also, people were hanging out outside my window that’s was not staying in the hotel. That was t safe at all. The ice machine on the first floor hasn’t worked since I stayed there for Mardi Gras and that was in March. I like the hotel because it has a fridge and microwave which is very convenient. But I don’t think I’ll stay there again when I come down next month.

We were on the second floor. The ice maker machine was broken on the first second floor. There was no ice bucket in the room. The coffee maker did not work at breakfast. There was no meat no grits only hard biscuits, cream gravy and hard scrambled eggs.

No one was consistent at the deal. The elevator was broke. One lady in the wheelchair couldn’t get down the elevator the police was called because we couldn’t find no one to help. The breakfast staff couldn’t help us. They didn’t have ANY meat for breakfast, nor fruits (but it was free breakfast). My television never worked in my room. This was my worst stay ever. I stayed at this location 5 years ago and it was nothing like this.

The four nights stay with family was not so good. No meat for breakfast. Meat was on the breakfast on out fifth day for check out. On our third the toilet was backing up. I called and ask the front desk toaskfor a plunger at 10:00pm. The man said he will bring the plunger. I waited up until 3:00am But he never did call or nothing. The next morning I got up and call again then the lady said we have to come and get the plunger so I did.This is Poor Service. This is Nasty.The room, bathroom room, towels was very clean. But I will never bring my family back there again.

I booked 2 rooms. One had no iron or rack to hang up clothes. The 2nd room had no key entry. The hotel reception had to let you in the room. The top lock was broken on the door as well. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! No meat, fruit or even yogurt. Only a few bread choices, waffles with no designated cups to use, with eggs and gravy NO biscuits. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

This hotel is full of water bugs and roaches! As you walk in you can smell the mildew and the smell of the bugs! The elevator is horrible it works when ready. The staff didn’t have clean towels. Lizards was in our room look like old blood in the carpet and curtain in the room the mattress cover was stained badly and the comforter for the bed was torn so bad and they still had it on the bed. The ac in the room had a mildew smell the room had an odor. I do not recommend this place at all 0/10 I will not be staying here again.
