Staff was nice and accommodating, facility needs work. Electrical issues in our rooms went on and off randomly, cable channels did not work. Window blackout screen severely worn. Pillows were sub-standard. Entrance into property very limited.

The rooms were very nice with plenty of room. Breakfast was ok, could have been better. Pool was cold and not many lounge chairs. The area was sketchy as well. There is no shuttle to the cruise port, we had to call a taxi.

I always wanted a room on the first floor near the rear entrance because of the parking and depending on who is working and knows me I can get it but the front desk clerk that doesn’t always know. Also the cleaning crew always comes early disturbing me at 10am

So tv didn't work they were quick to fix staff was top notch. There are a lot of workers that stay here so parking was at a premium. It stormed so don't know about outside features i would still recommend

Great place to stay when visiting New Orleans. Felt extra safe with all the extra security precautions. Next to a lot of great places to eat and seems to be only 20 mins away from everything.

Everything about the stay from: the front desk service, housekeeping, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast, was perfect.. Due to renovations I assume, the handicapp parking was not assessible making parking extremely challenging when you have multiple residents in wheelchairs.. THE REASON I GAVE COMFORT A LOW SCORE IS THE TOILETS IN THE HANDICAP ROOMS.. THEY ARE TOO LOW TO THE GROUND AND THEY DO NOT HAVE SUPPORT RAILS.. MY FAMILY AND I WERE THERE FOR A FAMILY REUNION.. WE HAD 3 HANDICAP ROOMS.. 2 KING SUITES AND 1 DBL QUEEN SUITE.. NONE OF THE TOILETS HAD SUPPORT RAILS.. I HAD TO PURCHASE A RAISED POTTY SEAT, WHICH I HAD NO USE FOR AFTER THIS HOTEL STAY.. WE WERE THERE LABOR DÀY WEEKEND.. WE ALL CHECKED IN FRI, 29AUG.. TWO CHECKED OUT SUN, 31AUG AND LAST CHECKED OUT TUE, 02SEP.. LAST NAMES, MCCARTER, JOSEPH AND CLARK.. ROOMS 107, 230 AND 101..

The hotel is very clean and modern, the room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was much better than most, with lots of options. The one thing I did not like was the check in experience. We arrived around 10:30-11pm, and the sliding glass doors to the lobby were locked. I stood there looking at the lady behind the desk, and she did not smile or try to help in any way. Finally another patron of the hotel came in from smoking outside, and showed me that I needed to pick up a phone there in the wall and call in to the desk to explain my purpose. I understand that the hotel wants to keep its employees (and guests) safe at night, but the night clerk was SO unhelpful! We had just driven 6 hours, and I just wanted to check in. She could have smiled, gestured, or something! I'm a 46 yr old woman, not very scary :)

Breakfast was okay; no free Wi-Fi unless Hilton honors member or pay $5 per day for it was a little ridiculous. Cleaning staff removed and disposed another guests personal belongings (wedding cake, food,etc.) management lacked sympathy to those guests; room had hair on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in

We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was so big and comfortable. It has lots of shelves and cabinet space. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and nice!!

Très bon hôtel. Chambre très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner bien garni. Proche de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Nous n'avions pas de cartes pour la chambre ( bug Microsoft) mais le personnel était très disponible pour nous accompagner à la chambre !

The worst part of it was that we couldn’t sleep until about 2am one night. There were rowdy guests being extremely loud and bumping and tapping the walls loudly. We called the front desk and complained multiple times. The night front desk guy was very nice but we didn’t get the issue resolved. The loudness didn’t stop until close to 2am. I’ve never had these many issues anywhere. We travel a lot and chose this for the pull out bed option since my kids are getting bigger. I do not recommend staying here at all. Sadly it was a bad stay and we were there briefly since we were in town to visit family nearby.
