I thought the roaches were bad which is the reason I chose to check out after 1 night on an 11 night trip. Considering I checked out they refused to refund me for the nights I DIDNT stay at the hotel. I stayed 1 night and was charged for 11 even though I checked out, I ended up staying in another hotel and have gotten nowhere with Inn Town Suites. Staff is rude and give you the run around, you ask for a corporate number there’s no number just a website where they send you a generic email with NO HELP. The refrigerator went out and caused my groceries to go bad as well. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT stay here

Room was clean. Friendly staff. Deep tub for bath and great location. Nicely updated but not immaculately like in the pics. The only reason not 5 stars was that the walls are really thin. You can hear everything. people

Terrible no replacement of towel no soap no trash bags no trash pick up tack out your own trash. People screaming and yelling cussing all night. Just the worst ever. And mold rust rooms no where near what the picture shows

The room looks nothing like the pictures. The description says 2 queen beds. The beds aren’t queen size. Also seen roaches in the room.

The property did not look anything like the pictures. The staff was rude and non accommodating. They gave me a room that had roaches, the shower pipe was also broke and sprayed water everywhere when you turned it on and there was hair and stains on the blankets. When I requested a refund for the other 9 nights that I reserved but did not stay yet then they told me that they weren’t able to facilitate a refund because they have a no refund policy (that is nowhere on the site or papers that you sign). They told me that they would only be able to switch my room to a cleaner one. They switched my room two more times and both of those rooms ALSO HAD ROACHES. Still they refused to give me a refund for days that I have not yet stayed there. We spoke to the Property Manager, General manager, and sent a complaint to corporate. So my wife and I had to buy our own roach spray and traps because they wouldn’t give us our money back so we can stay elsewhere. This was a horrible experience, especially for my first time being in the New Orleans area and it being for a move while waiting for my house to be ready. I will never stay at an intown suites again.

I booked on travelocity from December 30 to January 6th. The rooms are filthy. Roaches everywhere. I didn't see bedbugs. I paid seven days but only stayed half a night. The beds, walls, side tables, and floor had a green powder film on them. The floors had a pile of a green powder, and a white sheet with green powder on it that was on the floor wadded up. They had workers sanding the outside part of the doors, so I assume it was powder from the paint. I tried to get my room changed. I was told the room was "as is." After staying in it a could of hours, I was sick, congested and had to leave. The green just was everywhere. The workers who were sanding the outside part of the green painted doors stopped me as I was entering and told me that insuites should not be booking those rooms on that side. He spoke Spanish and was very concerned. I have their numbers. He was worried about the paint powder. I was told there was no cleaning person nor a refund. I'm hoping I can upload pictures after this typed review.

I reserved a premium QUEEN room, and the bed I had was a full sized… the water wasn’t hot either. Other than that I had an excellent stay! Clean, quiet, and convenient. Thank you to Ms. Lee, Toni, Ms. Tina, and the cleaning staff for accommodating me! I will stay here again for sure.

Be Mindful And Remember It Is An Economy Hotel. 🙂 Want 5 Diamond Have To Pay 5 Diamond Prices 🙂🤑 But Fairly Decent. Rooms Are Large . Plenty Of Hot Water. Air Conditioner Really Cold. Refrigerator Nice Keeps Nicely Cold. Micro Really Nice. Stove Top Nice As Well They Do Have A Professional Exterminator To Spray For Insects And Place Rodent TRAPS. I Only Seen 1 Bug. In Over Two Months. (Stress) If You're Allergic To Cigarettes And Other Smoke Ask If They Have Non-Smoking Rooms. They're Chain Smoking There! And The Dogs Are Definitely OUT And Downstairs!🙂 Bring Your Own Bathroom Tissue And Towels. They Furnish One Roll In Room No Refills. They Furnish A Set Of Towels You Wash You Dry And Keep Your Compete Stay. No Soap Or Toiletries Of Any Kind. The Bed Was Comfy And No Site Of Bedbugs Or Stains . I Stayed In Room 131. Nothing I requested was handled. That room was so small......2 adults had a hard time much less 3 of us. No food to speak of in that neighborhood and we barely got there in time.....the office had hours. Plus, the office almost didn't let my guys in the room to get their stuff.... not even sure why. Anyway, wont be back......oh, NO COFFEE ANYWHERE! Staff was coool.

Not a good place to stay for solo travellers Reception is not 24 hours, which is a serious issue No one is available to check in on Sunday, which is again a serious concern Fan of the washroom was too noisy Not even a water bottle was there in the room? Wi-Fi was too complicated as well In the same price, we can get better options in the area The management needs to work to meet customers expectations No breakfast Not even a coffee at reception This property lacks a lot of facilities which other suits are offering I will not recommend to stay there for the solo

the door had a huge gap at the bottom and all through the night bugs were coming in and when it rained the water came in from under the door

Traveled from Texas worked late that night I arrived to the hotel at 7:30 PM to get checked in and the hotel was closed apparently you can’t check in after 7 o clock yet I was still charged for the room for two nights still waiting to get my money back and then when I called the number on the front window the lady on the phone told me there’s nothing I can do about it because they won’t be back till 8 o’clock in the morning Stay away from this hotel

I never stayed. They cancelled my reservation without talking to me, or checking my payment or allowing me to check in when I arrived to the property. They tried to force me to make a new reservation under a different payment. Make sure you look at the specifications at this hotel because their front desk check in service only operates from 11 am to 7 pm. My flight didn't arrive until 10 pm. I didn't get my rental car until midnight. I called when I landed and they told me that they wouldn't allow me to check in because check in is over. So I so I told them they're leaving me out on the street. They didn't care

Good place to stay. Restaurants, shopping centers , coffee shops everything was close by . Would stay here again , staff was also very friendly!

There was a mix up between Expedia & Intown Suites. I arrived at 6:45pm and the hotel sold my entire reservation to someone else, not just one night, but the whole reservation. There was a clause, not communicated on the Expedia website, that if one does not check in before 6pm, the hotel can sell the reservation. I did not know I had to be there before 6pm. So, finding that out, after the fact, was very inconvenient for my family.
