Cleanliness and staff was awesome

Good staff who were friendly. Showers and bathrooms very clean and useful. Would say that the check in process is automated - Not TOO clear in regard to the amenities offered and general locations of where things lie within the building. Would’ve liked a little intro/tour to how things work - but great nonetheless!

The man in the lobby when we checked in was very helpful and friendly, and he ever spoke Spanish to us because he heard us speak it. The room was clean, comfortable, and worth the money. The bathrooms were also clean and warm. The stay was great! Even my picky family liked it there. :)

This hostel is very modern and has all the amenities. Stayed in a room with a private bathroom. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They did a couple of special things for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Close to train station and shops and restaurants.
