Nice walking trail, patio, gym with weights and a morning breakfast that is pretty good. The room needed help from a scented candle and the beds looked lumpy but turned out comfortable enough. Housekeeping was very good.

Was a good hotel. Had a kitchette in the room but had no utensils for use it in the room but the bigger fridge was nice to have. The swimming pool was super cool both days we were there and the one night was able to use the hot tub it was only lukewarm. It going to have a pool in a hotel should have it warm where people can use it. Breakfast was good both days and staff was friendly and nice.

The room was clean except for the little spider we found 😂 but overall a great place people friendly and the pool was heated and the Jacuzzi was nice I highly recommend it

Slow check-in. Rooms are small. Bed is literally next to window AC unit and the fan blows the curtain on my body. Hotel also stinks like smoke.

Front desk worker Johnathan stood out the most! He is the definition of front desk staff, the face of the hotel as soon as you enter. I can't say a bad thing about him at all. He went out of his way to help us! And he didn't need to. Kind caring, attentive, helpful, perfect customer skills. Friendly and wonderful smile and personality I legit can't say a bad thing about him! Just cause of him I will be back. And top it off, cleanest hotel room I've stayed in! Clean, comfy, welcoming. I can't say a bad thing about the hotel or staff. Give him and the cleaning, maintence staff a fat raise/long vacation they deserve it! Kudos to your team! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Just a one night stay. Looked like an older property. Carpet on the stairs were filthy. Room was in decent condition. Could smell smoke from other rooms. Breakfast was good.

A nice hotel and nice workers. The bathrooms and rooms are weathered but still functional. There was hair in our shower and bathroom floors when we arrived but that’s a lot of places now days.

The carpet in the room was moist and dirty. When I got in the shower from walking around the room my feet were covered in black dirt. Room didn’t have a real shower only a handheld shower head.

Room was clean and modern. Staff was attentive the helpful. But streetlights outside shine brightly in you eyes on the bed and you cannot close the curtains to block them. Water valve on the tub is hard to turn both ways--needs replacement. Conditioner tube on the shower wall is leaky, dropping conditioner down the wall and puddling in the tub.

Check in went smooth as glass. Got to our room and found the front cover of our room heater half way off. When turned on, it sounded like a washing machine and was very loud. Noticed that the bed was as lumpy as I have ever seen. We were not happy at all.

First time visiting South Dakota & stayed here for 6 days. It's a very pleasant hotel, very very clean, staff were all so nice, breakfast gave us many choices. Shout out to Mechele who was in-charge of the breakfast place, makes you have a really Good Morning. Would highly recommended this hotel!

By far the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! The bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk clerk who checked me in was the nicest person, he was so pleasant and kind. Dog friendly hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

I really like this hotel! But, we reserved a king suite with a pullout couch for a very specific reason and we got a double queen room instead (so, basically no little side room which gives a bit more privacy- not a lot, but a little). All rooms were full so we the front desk said we couldn't switch, and it made our stay much more difficult bc of our special situation. The front desk even said their reservation had us in a double bed... when the reservation on my end clearly was for a king bed suite. We got a 20% discount, but were told any more than that would be on Expedia, bc the hotel takes no responsibility when booked through expedia to ensure you receive the type of room you booked. Wild take, in my opinion.

If you are lucky enough to meet/interact with the property manager, you will not be disappointed. SUPER upbeat, positive, loves his job, and it shows. Literally from the lobby to exit will do whatever it takes to make your visit better from issues at the property to what's a good dinner recommendation. Super convenient for SDST activities, priced right, but the Manager was over the top great.

Had a 1 night stopover on travels. Easy to access from interstate, gas station nearby. Hotel is nice with good amenities. Room was spacious and accomodating. Large room with kitchenette and furnished nicely with some extra seating. Bathroom starting to show some wear, but room was clean. Good and ample choices for breakfast. Would stay at property again.

Torn couch pillows are never acceptable but thats what was in our room. Subpar breakfast even post covid this was subpar. I dont expect much but sitting area was very small, coffee was horrible and the selection was slim. My wife went with cereal becauze it is hard to mess that up and she took two bites and put her spoon down - stale. Noise was also excessive from the hockey team staying there in the hallways, took over the lobby, etc. It will be on our not to stay list next year if we return for our competition (not hockey!)

It was fine. Bed comfy. Staff nice. I just feel like Country Inn & Suites in so many areas, need to freshen up their hotels, including breakfast. Not really up to the price they charge. Our shower had Luke warm water, not much pressure. It was a fine stay though.
