The hotel is located in an area that gives very easy access to lots of attractions in Trieste. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars are all within very easy walking distance, as are many of the sights and attractions. The “Piazza Unitas D’Italia” is just a couple of minutes walk away and well worth checking out. Parking at the hotel is a bit of a problem, in our case we arrived on a Sunday, which meant we were able to park on the street in the blue lined parking spaces for free. However, on the Monday morning, construction by was due to start in the road where the hotel is and so we had to move our vehicle before 8am and the local Police were out in force monitoring the situation. There is a public parking lot about 300m away from the hotel. The hotel itself is modern, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and well kept and maintained. Our only disappointment was that we only stayed one night, we wish we had stayed two or more as Trieste is a very nice place.

Location was excellent. Close to cruise ship. Great area to walk and find dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was small but the staff helped with luggage. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. If you’re traveling from outside Europe don’t forget your plug adapters. USB ports were not in the room.

L' hotel è ristrutturato in modo molto raffinato e moderno. Ottima posizione. Personale cortese e cordiale. Buona colazione anche se in uno spazio un po' angusto. Camere confortevoli ma rumorose perché affacciano su luogo molto frequentato con locali e vita notturna. Ci vorrebbe una migliore manutenzione, anche nelle camere, per non vanificare il bellissimo restauro fatto. Il costo è notevole, comunque giustificato anche dal fatto che Trieste è una città costosa.

Excellent location, very varied and ample breakfast, except for one woman at the front desk who had a grudge against visitors, the staff were wonderful. However the room was poorly designed and felt like a dungeon. Chose separate bedroom so one of us could watch TV while the other slept. Surprise - TV was on a bedroom wall (could only be watched from the bed) and there was no door. The bathroom was cramped and had a glass wall adjoining the living room so it was uncomfortable either putting on a peep show or watching it. Lighting was insufficient, chairs very uncomfortable. Windows looked out at other windows a meter away so curtains had to be closed. The air conditioning went on and off as well as making the room either too hot or much too cold. I hope other rooms are better,

Great location, very close to everything. The staff are incredible, very helpful no matter what your needs. We arrived at 5am and while waiting for our room to be ready we were given a pastry, a coffee and also a bottle of water. The staff are incredible. Namely Andrea’. The room itself was very small, felt more like a shoe box compared to other places we’ve stayed. Other than that, a nice place to stay

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a room in the annex and it was very comfortable. Good lighting in the bathroom. The bathroom is partitioned off from the bedroom with frosted glass so even though there is a door it’s shy of totally private. Would stay here again.

This was a one night stay as we were boarding a ship the next morning. The room was noisy……..you could hear other guests coming and going ~ doors banging ~ cleaning staff banging very early ~ street noise ~ construction noise!!!!!! We had the most amazing experience. The hotel is located in a perfect area accessible to several restaurants and shops. Everything was extremely clean. The staff was beyond exceptional. They were all so kind, professional and helpful. We had the greatest experience. The only thing to note is to expect a European breakfast (which was included and plentiful).
