Tv not working right in 503. Lots of maintenance issues like peeling wallpaper and doors that don’t close good. Breakfast is pretty mediocre. There is no free parking anywhere. And not all of it is covered. Also, the parking is not $10, it i 12.50 with service fee. I would not stay here again.

Parking is a little sketchy and you have to pay a third party, using your phone. One of the reasons we chose here was for the breakfast- which was not as promised. The first day, we came down at 9 and the only thing left was biscuits and gravy and they were shutting it down (the fridge was broken, so no cold anything). The second morning, the mini fridge they brought out had butter and the insulated containers for milk - for cereal. No yogurt. No fruit anywhere. Very disappointing. The room was fine. Signs up saying they only clean every three days so I didn’t expect (nor want) anyone to come in my room. We came back to discover that housekeeping had come in. Lesson learned to put out the do not disturb sign, even when they tell you they won’t be cleaning the room.

Not the nicest Country Inn I’ve ever stayed at, but fine for early flight. However, we needed a 5am shuttle (the reason we picked this hotel was its 24 hour shuttle) only to be told that there wasn’t one running at 5. We’d have to go at 4:30! or 5:30 which would’ve been too late for our departure. Luckily the shuttle driver (shout out to Tony, he was fabulous) overheard, and offered to swing by and do a pickup army 5. Also, when we first called for the shuttle from the airport, the man at the desk told us to look for a Country Inn van. 40 minutes and several phone calls later, it turns out that there is no such van, it’s a HOLIDAY INN van that covers both hotels! Also, if you plan to park, just check it out ahead of time. We did not have a car with us, but there were a couple different parties in the lobby arguing with the front desk about having to pay for parking or something. Not sure what it was, but they were pretty angry. Also, would’ve been nice to have grab and go breakfasts available for early departures.
