We didn't realize that the hotel shares a driveway with a Texas Roadhouse. It was somewhat challenging to get thru the parking lot and hard to see to get out of it .

The drive into the property is a little rough on front end of car, but once there the staff are great. Rooms are clean. Parking is limited n tight. Noises are loud from ambulance n fire dept. Ac is great. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok but space is limited. Watch your bill for sure. My bill should have been 296.00 and was on printoutbut was 349.00 charged to bank so watch the bills. Should have gotten a confirmation email on bill but did not. Thankfully i have printed bill.

Great quality overall for the price. The bed was more firm than I prefer, but not a big deal. The parking and drive thru is rough being shared with Texas Roadhouse… Especially on the weekend. That’s my biggest complaint. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was great quality, the room was very clean! Just trying to come and go during Texas Roadhouse business hours is difficult on top of that VERY steep hill.

Easy drive to many Art Galleries,Towns & Restaurants. Exit to main road is a little hairy, but hotel was terrific price and the pool was clean and delightful. Will book another stay.

So, even though I didn't use the pool, I picked this because the pool is outside and not in a steamy room. The photo does not show you that the pool is at the front of the property and it's right on a super busy and noisy road. It looks like you could sit there and look out into the woods! If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back, which is more convenient for parking, it really is a lot of road noise. Breakfast was good and complete with choices, though the same both mornings, often hotels will mix it up, scrambled one day, something else the next, bacon one day, sausage the next. But I was able to have good protein and not just waffles or pastries/carbs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was bad, not a $200 room at all. A gap in the door had road noise . Outlets by the sink didn’t work. Musty smell. The restaurant next door made it hard to get in. The parking is so tight my car barely fit

I was very disappointed when I walked into the room after seeing all the good reviews about cleanliness. Right when he walked in there was a big toenail on the floor. Over by the edge of the bed was a red coffee stirrer, there was toilet paper in the toilet bowl,all the corners of the bathroom had dust and dirt, and the chair had a peanut in it toward the back of the. I took pictures and went down and showed them to the clerk. He told me that that was unacceptable but sadly there was no other rooms for us. He then said that they would coach cleaning team. The cleaning team came the next morning but only made the beds and changed the towels. The floor was not vacuumed or cleaned.

Fantastic folks working there that go above and beyond to make your stay great. The rooms look recently renovated, and are very clean and comfortable. And the housekeeping staff is just wonderful. Always helpful and so friendly, and they work hard to make sure you have everything you could need or want. Also, the free breakfast every morning is quite good! I couldn’t be happier with my stay, and I will be returning any time I’m in Asheville. Thanks everyone!!

Stayed at this hotel as part of an extended trip for my husband and I along the parkway. We booked this on the reviews, location, and photos. A lot of things were lacking at this hotel. First, I incorrecly assumed that this hotel was IN the Biltmore Village. In reality, it's about a mile away -so too far to walk along a busy 4-lane highway. Second, Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevators. It was clean and well-maintained. However, 45 minutes after checking in the wi-fi went out and never returned. In today's time, wi-fi is a necessity- especially for those who needed to do a bit of work while away. The front desk staff was aware of the issue and said he was working on it. The room was comfortable but there was a slight musty odor in the room, and we could hear ALL the road noise from the highway right outside. And finally, the breakfast that was so well-rated ended up being a standard continental breakfast (muffins and pastries) in a very small, crowded, non air-conditioned space. We ended up going to McDonald's down the street instead. This was definitely not the cheapest hotel option for our trip but it sure felt like it was lower budget. In my opinion, this hotel was overpriced for what we got.

The road it’s on leads to a hospital so there were a lot of ambulances passing by. Also, the entrance is poorly designed. There is only one entrance to the property which also acts as an entrance to Texas Road House.

All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Only complaints are the hot options for breakfast were the same everyday. The eggs were paper thin and I'm not really sure if they were eggs. Also, please get different toilet paper. 😬
