Lock broken on door. Bathroom light not working properly. Phone disconnected. Hallway security door left unsecured at night. Minimum food offering for breakfast. Renovations and construction should have been disclosed at booking. Price too high for condition of hotel or discounted price should have been offered.

Property was fine for my needs but the place badly needs an update. Tub shower area in my room in particular was moldy and shower drain was partially plugged and wouldn't drain properly. Had a "below ground level" room and noise from above and surrounding mechanical was bad. East side building security door latch was broken allowing anyone to walk into the hotel at will.

We were in a very nice suite, roomy and comfortable. I just did not realize that it was on the third floor and there are no elevators. Since i have Parkinson’s it was a challenge. The breakfast was pretty good - cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit and some fresh donuts , coffee & just. Staff was friendly. Check in took a while because of their computer system, but there was a nice area to sit and wait.

If you’re looking for just a place to sleep and won’t be spending much time in the room, then this is your place to go. No elevator. Didn’t know that before booking and we were traveling with an ADA individual. Breakfast was pretty scarce, left and ate elsewhere. Only one staff member working the front at a high check in time. 30 minute wait in a very hot lobby. Not worth the $158 rate we had for 1 night.

The lobby was pretty nice and had a cool vibe. However, the room could use some updates — a fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way. The air conditioning barely worked, and you could see outside from where the air conditioning was falling apart from the wall myself. The bathroom needs major updating and smelled like stale, cigarette smoke, it was disappointing. The breakfast bar was mediocre at best. That said, we got what we paid for. Since we only used the room to get ready and sleep, it served its purpose.

as a woman it's a bit sketchy to park in the back of the building and carry your luggage to the front of the building because of limited parking in the front. Under the mattress there was hair and what looked like dead fleas and the office chair was dirty also. Other then that the room seemed clean. It could use some serious updates with the tub. This was the South Super 8 room 143.

Didn't like seeing hairs in the bathroom. On the tub and floor Past guests food leftovers in microwave.Reported and was to be taken care of,wasn't. Manager situation,she didn't care about a situation that happened. The breakfast guy was awesome. The check in guy was decent. They are lacking staff.The Manager actually said things get missed. I should not have to reclean the bathroom. The female manager has customer service to learn.

The rooms could use an updating. The sink drained VERY slowly. The air conditioner wouldn't go lower than 75 degrees. Breakfast items could have been replenished more often. Gentleman working in the morning did not seem happy with his job although the gal who checked us in was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet except when a vehicle came out of the car wash across the street.

We were staying in a upper room over the parking lot. At 3:00 am a loud party broke out right below us in the parking lot. Yelling, laughing, cursing, ect. This went on for about 30 min. Called the front desk and he said he had talked to them before and told them to knock it off, but he'll talk to them again. After about 20 mins. it got quieter. It was hard to fall back to sleep after that happens - especially when you think you might get targeted. Our bed was really bad. Just a hole in the middle where we both slide into - it was worn out. Sorry about a bad but honest review.

Old rickety building. You can hear people in other rooms. When someone is walking around it sounds like they are stomping. Staff is indifferent to borderline rude. My plans changed and had to leave early. I was given conflicting reasons as to why I would not be refunded for the final night stay, that I did not stay. I will never stay at super eight again!!!

People noisy in the halls after midnight. Sounded like they were in our room. Doors slamming repeatedly for probably an hour across the hall or right next door. Bathroom sink was dirty and stained. One bed had broken springs or something that both made it noisy and terribly uncomfortable. Would probably not stay here again.

On checking in was informed there was a mandatory fee for room safe that was not mentioned on booking. Then my first room had not been cleaned from last guest so had to change rooms. Second room had bad plumbing but made due. Been using this hotel for last three years but will be looking for another one now.

Our stay was nice. Nothing over the top but it was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed and pillow a little uncomfortable but not a bad hotel to stay at especially for the price! We didn't make it to breakfast so not sure what that was like there.

I spoke to front desk clerk Alex n the room he assigned us was perfect. We were on the ground floor, by request, as we were in town for a wedding n we had a LOT of luggage n “stuff”!! Our room ws excellent. It ws sold out yet very accommodating. Alex was Awesome n so full of customer service. Laura?? Checked us in n was very nice, friendly n answered all of our qxs. We arrived in time for free beer-who can beat that for check in!!!! Would highly recommend n will def stay again!

They automatically charge you $2 a day for your room safe, which you have to argue to get taken off. They also charge a $2 a day bed fee...i asked wth this was and he said "well you slept in a bed"...what the heck?!? He said this fee goes to the hotel to pay for the beds...totally stupid.

Overall the stay was fine. Our worst complaint is the room was SOOO humid. My pillow dropped on the floor at night and the ground was actually wet, leaving my pillow feeling like it dropped into the bathtub. Room was clean, wait staff was grumpy but fine. Breakfast was decent with yogurts, cereal, fruit, toast, donuts, make your own waffles and coffee and juice.
