TownePlace Suites Dallas Arlington North

This was by far the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at! It is advertised as a smoke free environment, yet as soon as we opened the door of our room, we were both taken aback by cigarette odor that was so strong that we thought we were in a nightclub. There was also a 2" hole in the carpet as you enter the room. Finally, when we went down to breakfast a good 30 minutes before it ended, they were out of most main breakfast items and no juices. Not a good experience. Not worth the money.

The room was clean, we loved the little kitchen. We will definitely be coming back.

The breakfast was not really much to eat. At 655 am there was zero coffee !

I stayed for a week and everything was great. Breakfast had different varieties everyday. The staff was phenomenal. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly. Our room was not picked up during our two day stay. If we had been told at check in we would have put our towels on the floor which the sign in the bathroom tells you to do. The daily breakfast was not good at all. Cold mini quiche and breakfast sandwich. Terrible coffee. We made coffee in our room the second day and they do put a good brew in the room to use so thanks for that. Bed was comfortable and clean. Towels were fresh.
