The staff was friendly and helpful but overworked. For a Hilton, I was surprised that the towels in the pools were empty every time we swam but once. The rooms were service pretty late in the day, probably because they were doing too many.

The hotel and room were both pleasant inside. The room had everything we needed for our stay like towels. The pool did seem a little cold when we tried to use it. My main concern and reason for leaving a poor review was cockroaches. We had seen several throughout our stay and even had one crawl on us and had to kill it. They did not seem isolated to one room they were throughout the hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were softer than what we are used to- but that’s why we get two queens instead of a king. Air smelled clean in all parts of the hotel we went in. Ladies at desk were helpful with questions. My only complaint is the parking spaces were very small. We have a nice mid to small SUV and had to be choosy on who was parked beside us. Poor trucks and Suburbans were about forced to hang over - when then led to less spaces being available. My recommendation is have someone repaint the lines. The hotel next door had larger spots- which we did have to use once during our stay. Nice location to Opry activites and short drive into downtown.

Everything was great! room was BIG and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that goes downtown which is nice, a little pricey but was to be expected. We sat at the bar after the football game and the bartender was great! Breakfast was decent and NOT Included (just FYI). But overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.

Rude, uncaring staff. No maid service during a 5 night stay until we pleaded with desk. Breakfast was never ready on time with the daily excuse being “we are running late”. Excessive food crumbs and debris on the floor under every table every morning. Broken lounge chairs (very unsafe) in indoor pool room and excessive debris at bottom of pool. Desk attendant was usually asleep or talking on her cell phone in early morning shift. Powdered eggs were uneatable. Daily fruit offering was however very good. The hotel seemed to be new and was very clean. It is very close to the Grand Ole Opry and Mall, and fairly convenient to Nashville city proper. They only have a full-service breakfast, but no complimentary coffee. There is a bar in the evening, pool, and work out facility. Bring your own pillow.

I will return to this hotel for my next visit. Two issues that are somewhat minor but could be improved. Number one, the parking spaces are too small . I drive a Toyota Camry and we could barely stay between the lines and front to rear was not adequate. A pick up truck parked next to us was backed up completely to the curb and the front of his truck was in the drive. Second, please find a higher quality coffee to serve and provide in rooms. One other item related to food is the price for breakfast my wife found on pre-trip information indicated if you wanted breakfast it would cost $21.00 per person. When I was in the restaurant area I noticed a sign that indicated the breakfast buffet was $14.99. While $14.99 is better than $21.99 we opted to go to Cracker Barrel which is a five minute walk or two minute drive and we had a very good and large breakfast with drinks for $26.00. If your prices don't come in line with the local restaurants I am sure you will be throwing away a lot of food each day from your buffet.

Staff was friendly. Hotel room had not been cleaned. Pulled back the sheets to find food, hair and dirt within them. Called and got new sheets (that I put on myself) and found condom wrappers between the wall and the mattress. I wanted to call Hilton directly to tell them about this before I left a review here but waited on the customer service phone number way too long. We didn’t even stay the second night. If the bed isn’t clean I’m sure nothing else is.

Very clean and nicely done design and style. The bed and pillows were lacking in comfort and the coffee maker in our room reeked of mold. The cleaning staff started making extremely loud sounds in the hallway at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning banging on doors and yelling to each other down the hallways waking us up earlier than we wanted to be. They also began knocking on our door at 10:00 when checkout wasn’t until 11:00. It’s really rude and the staff should be advised of that because when you pay $200 to stay in a space only from 4:00pm until 11:00 am the next day, you shouldn’t have to be subjected to all the intrusions. I hate that all hotels lack this consideration of their guests.

The hotel was very clean. Room was very nice and bathroom was really nice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the door on the bathroom. It was a sliding door, would rather have a closed door. Also had to reset the air conditioner temp everyday. Other than that it is a 10 out of 10!

It was nice except the AC went off at night and would not stay on. It stayed 77 degrees in the room. I told the desk clerk about it and she said it was motion activated which is ridiculous. What’s the point of getting a hotel room if it’s not going to be climate controlled while you’re sleeping. I will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Stayed here because we were going to the Opry. Very close to it. Front desk person was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again when we go back.

Room was nor ready upon checkin until 5pm, front desk staff is not approachable, no breakfast, ants in room, parking lot extremely tight, was woken up by housekeeping at 9 am asking when we are leaving. Beds are tiny and mattress is thin.

Good enough. it can be walking distance to the opryland if you are prepared to walk the relatively less trafficked stretch of road. there's crater barrel nearby. the restaurant on premise is not much of an option for food but works if no other options. Airport is a $30 uber ride and same for the bars on broadway. i wish they had free drinking water in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were softer than what we are used to- but that’s why we get two queens instead of a king. Air smelled clean in all parts of the hotel we went in. Ladies at desk were helpful with questions. My only complaint is the parking spaces were very small. We have a nice mid to small SUV and had to be choosy on who was parked beside us. Poor trucks and Suburbans were about forced to hang over - when then led to less spaces being available. My recommendation is have someone repaint the lines. The hotel next door had larger spots- which we did have to use once during our stay. Nice location to Opry activites and short drive into downtown.

We love the location of this hotel. We utilize the shuttle service Offered at the front desk for a fee of $10 per person to go to the grand old opera. The only disappointing part of the hotel was that they had a charge of $15 for breakfast. It wasn’t any different than most hotels offer for free. They did say they had some cooked to order items but that they would take 15 to 20 minutes, even though we were the only people there. I felt it a little ridiculous that we had free coffee in our room, but had to pay $15 for it downstairs.

Everything was great! room was BIG and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that goes downtown which is nice, a little pricey but was to be expected. We sat at the bar after the football game and the bartender was great! Breakfast was decent and NOT Included (just FYI). But overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.

Rude, uncaring staff. No maid service during a 5 night stay until we pleaded with desk. Breakfast was never ready on time with the daily excuse being “we are running late”. Excessive food crumbs and debris on the floor under every table every morning. Broken lounge chairs (very unsafe) in indoor pool room and excessive debris at bottom of pool. Desk attendant was usually asleep or talking on her cell phone in early morning shift. Powdered eggs were uneatable. Daily fruit offering was however very good. I will return to this hotel for my next visit. Two issues that are somewhat minor but could be improved. Number one, the parking spaces are too small . I drive a Toyota Camry and we could barely stay between the lines and front to rear was not adequate. A pick up truck parked next to us was backed up completely to the curb and the front of his truck was in the drive. Second, please find a higher quality coffee to serve and provide in rooms. One other item related to food is the price for breakfast my wife found on pre-trip information indicated if you wanted breakfast it would cost $21.00 per person. When I was in the restaurant area I noticed a sign that indicated the breakfast buffet was $14.99. While $14.99 is better than $21.99 we opted to go to Cracker Barrel which is a five minute walk or two minute drive and we had a very good and large breakfast with drinks for $26.00. If your prices don't come in line with the local restaurants I am sure you will be throwing away a lot of food each day from your buffet.

Everything about the hotel was really nice. Handicapped room was spacious and the lower bed was great for my mom. Thermostat didn’t seem to work properly but, we managed. Will stay here again.
