This place is a dump! $240 a night for a $70 a night hotel. No ice machine! None! No work out room, no dishes in room, no conditioner, terrible service, I could go on forever. It is subsidized housing not a hotel. Do not stay here. Should not be listed as a hotel! Total joke. Was clean.

I loved that they had a stove top. That I did use and made a nice breakfast and dinner off of. The only thing I did not like that they did not have a ice machine. So if you go get a ice tray to make your own ice.

The first room smelled of smoke, the dead bolt didn't work and there were black bugs in the bed. I was given a different room, which smelled of Marijuana and judging by the make up, lipstick and condition of the sheets, I can only assume the room hadn't been cleaned.

The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. The location and surrounding area are good. Its nice that they have a kitchen so you can bring your own food especially since breakfast offerings are sparce. This hotel is in need of updates and also general maintenance/deep cleaning. There are areas in the bathroom where paint is peeling, the exhaust vents are full of dust, the shower heads need to be descaled or replaced since water only comes out of a few holes. We've stayed here before and the hallways always smell like Marijuana. The only thing they had available for breakfast was coffee and oatmeal (no granola bars or muffins like they advertise). We've stayed here before when visiting family so we know "what to expect". If you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good location (that you're only going to be in the room to sleep) then this is a good choice. Hopefully the hotel will make some upgrades/general maintenance in the future.

My stay at this facility was shortlived. I had to book my family in another facility as the facility cleanliness/environment was not conducive. 1. There was no attendant at the front desk. They were habibating in a "employee break room" and another guest had to knock the break room door to alert them guests needed to be checked in! 2. The smell of weed was terrible. This caused our son to have some inflamtory....the stench of weed csrried all the way to the elevator and into 3rd floor 3. Our room was not clean and stunk... Very bad experience overall and i will never again book my stays at Extended stay brand of hotels.

We had to wait roughly 10 minutes for a front desk worker to arrive. Check-in went smoothly afterwards. The hallway reeked of cat urine to the point you had to cover your nose while walking through, and the room was average in decent condition. The water pressure was abysmal; I would rate it a 1/5. The A/C and exhaust fan in the bathroom were filthy. We had to open the windows because the air conditioning smelled horrible and was triggering our allergies. The bathroom had no ventilation because the exhaust fan was clogged, and it steamed up instantly. I would rate the stay a 1.5/5.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting! The hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes! Under the bed hasn’t been cleaned for years looks like! Stove was dirty with yellow stuff all over it.

Good location. Room was clean but had an off odor. Later in evening we had a strong smell of fried grease that seem to be coming from another room into ours. Definitely a no frills hotel but price was reasonable.

Nice facility but walking into the bathroom, the faucet handle was laying in the basin of the sink, front desk was notified and a new room was offered, I declined a new room, it still worked, was just just loose. Will stay here again

I’ve been coming to stay as a guest at his hotel for the last 6 months and have not been disappointed with management or staff each ,housekeeping does a great job . Front desk are absolutely fantastic in making I have everything I need for my stay and have even made excellent recommendations on certain local restaurants to visit while on my stay and I found the to be extraordinarily helpful as I’m not too familiar with area . The management and staff are very polite and courteous.

I like that the hotel was in good shape and inexpensive. I did not like that the staff was seemed irritated when asked questions and annoyed when you asked more than one question. This was mostly the front desk.

The staff member working at the front desk at the yellow building (55) on 8/19 in the afternoon was incredibly RUDE and oversold the rooms. He made it sound like I was SOL and pretty much refused to help me. I went to the other extended stay brick building (45) and the staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She helped me transfer the reservation and didn’t leave me stranded without a room like the staff at the other location did. Overall it was a good experience thanks to the kind staff in building 45.

The room was nicely set up, Comfortable bed, and the staff was helpful. My only slight let down was the "breakfast". Muffins, nutri bars, oatmeal packets and coffee don\'t equal breakfast for me, but i didn\'t drop a star because there are so many good food options around it.

The front office staff are very rude and unprofessional. Continental breakfast consists of a packet of dry oatmeal and a coffee cup with access to hot water. Would not recommend
