10:30 pm Starting off the front doors were locked. A phone sign said to call 0 Operator. It was busy for 10 minutes. Someone noticed us from the bar and opened the doors so we wouldn't freeze. No one was at the front desk to check us in. We waited an additional 20 minutes for the next shift employee to show up and check us in. The room, was very nice. The breakfast was also very good with scrambled eggs, bacon and other yummy items. But in all my years of traveling I never had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked in, not knowing if we would be able to get checked in. No one knew what happened to the front desk person. It was weird.

Small notes: the $15 parking fee was an unwelcome surprise (and strange, given how far away from central Bozeman the hotel is). Also, sometimes the breakfast felt uneven, or perhaps it needed more dedicated staff to keep things moving (e.g., they ran out of coffee, silverware, plates; it was unclear where to find salt and pepper, hard to find any help, etc.). The hotel and staff were wonderful! But not happy with the fact the hotel charged for parking! This was ridiculous, with the high cost of the rooms, out of way location ,a normal parking lot and the fact you park yourself and walk in. Not pleased at all, and probably the only reason I may not stay at this location again. This is not downtown Denver, or even downtown Bozeman for that matter! Thumbs down!

Let me begin as checkin. First my room was not ready for occupancy when I arrived. It was being cleaned so they offerred me an alternative, which I took. The room was fine except it did not have a phone in the room. The back that they provided for the ice bucket was two small for the bucket. The finally straw I am being charged $15.00 for parking on their premises. This was never mentioned when I checked in. The complimentary breakfast is only open from 6:30 to 8:30 am. Unless your a contractor worker who is staying at this motel and have to get up early to work this time period is not convienent for the vacationer. Almost every motel I have stayed at offers their breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 or 9:30 which is a more reasonable time period This motel has been open for one month

Everything about this place was over the top excellent. Just walking around Everything smelt fresh and felt peaceful. The room was incredible. Great breakfast options. Very friendly staff. The gym area was very nice. Highly encouraged anyone to stay here
