Great place to stay. Although as a family we were put upstairs which was inconvenient to set up a porta cot. They also didn’t let anybody know that the City to Bay was on and therefore got trapped waiting for it to finish unless you had moved your car out earlier but no warning given from the property. Smokers also next door which came into the room each time they went out for a cigarette.

Room was acceptable, however when exhaust fan in bathroom (which was filthy) was turned on the room immediately smelt of stale and current cigarette smoke, same issue with airconditioner. Shower curtain needs to either be longer or have weights put in bottom as bathroom floor got very wet when showering. The fridge thermostat must have been faulty as it froze our goods even when turned down. We werent informed upon booking that we would have to move car from motel park before 5.30am on the Sunday due to a public event which was annoying and inconvenient. We wont be returning

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The premises were clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh linen provided everyday. Location was ideal as it was a central to our places of interest. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have a flexible shower hose connection instead of a fixed shower head (as we have experienced in other premises).

I am really disappointed that whole week five nights I stayed there the WiFi never fixed. This is business trip and required a lot of online service. Happy to take the payment but no reimbursement for not providing WiFi. End up paying extra for my own internet. Not good at all.

Room was nice. Good location. Good standard. Great water pressure and warm. Front door doesn't have a seal, so was drafty, when people smoked outside would come straight in. There were no draws in the main room, only in the bathroom. WiFi didn't work with details on room information. No ability to cast to TV (networking turned off on TV). The daily room service was done too quickly and not properly. Few spider webs around on outside on the balconys.

Living on the other side of the world, we had to get out of our way to reach the reception during opening hours, and when we finally managed, the receptionist was not very friendly or understanding when we were in doubt about which credit card we had used for the booking (apparently, we had to confirm this card in the call as well, which we were not prepared for and she got really impatient)

Over all okay stay, fair price for what it is. Didn't specify that its actually double storey not single storey, if id of known that i would have asked for the ground floor. Didn't like that staff came into the room while i wasn't there, just to put another roll of toilet paper.. felt like an invasion of privacy to be honest. Could have been left at the door.. cigarette smoke came into our room every 5 minutes which i didnt like at all. Not a very kid friendly place.

Very comfortable and close to tram and pub. If I had to be picky the iron provided just didnt get hot enough ( on any setting)I could hold my hand on it for a few seconds. I didnt bother trying to get another from the office.

Very clean, quiet and well maintained. It is a motel and you can be woken up by other guests arriving or leaving at odd hours. The local area is boring for eating out or doing anything, but it's only a short drive or tram trip to Glenelg. Public transport is good to get to Glenelg or the City by tram or bus. Although Adelaide Airport appears on paper to be close by, the public transport to and from it is very inconvenient and time-consuming, and I don't recommended it.

Location was good ,close to The junction Hotel a couple of minutes walk .Show you room key and get a 10% discount Motel was nice .could a light above bench where microwave is . Those squeeze bottles for shower gel Would not like to be suffering fro arthritis .Pump would be better ( just a thought ) .DRAFT STRIPS around the door would be beneficial to the heating costs ,Our AC at home never have to crank it up to 25
