The hotel staff gave a congested parking lot just in the corner of building pillar, despite there were lots of empty and easy parking lot. Besides, paying $20 extra for parking, I got narrow parking lot and car's mirror struck on pillar edge. The room was in the corner side, but it was shown different room while I booked for it. The strong scent was being used into room and I struggled to tolerate it. Additionally, that room was not quiet, some noise was coming from aircon and noise of a machine from outside of this building for the whole night. Overall, the experience was really awful.

The rooms were large and clean, however the air-con wasn't great, and they had plumbing issues. Communication from the hotel via the hotels.com messaging service prior to arrival was non-existent. Not worth the $200+ per night.

Staff couldn’t understand English.. room had tea and coffee no milk what’s the point of having it and staff couldn’t direct to nearest dairy
