It was quiet and clean. We'd looked at other places to stay but it was the bonus of free parking that clinched the deal. Then we were glad we did. Staff were friendly, the presentation was to a high standard and every thing was spotless. Also great TV options and easy walking distance to shopping.

The room needed a renovation!!! The walls at the floor, at the carpet were swollen, there must have been a very bad water/flood to damage them like that. Therefore, there could be mold in the walls!!! Fixtures in the bathroom very old style...old jet tub, Etc.!!!

Lovely spacious room that puts other motels and hotels in the shade. Clean, comfy carpet, high end fittings throughout, with lovely touches such as fine soaps and a coffee machine and dish drawer. The receptionist on arrival was courteous, professional and helpful. She was prepared to assist us and show us the room. Note should be 10/10. The following is based on my professional opinion of 20+ years in hotel management and should be taken as constructive criticism. A) a welcoming room with lights on, air cond. according to the temperature, drapes pulled, depending on time of arrival, we arrived at 20:00, is always welcoming B) check your spare linen - the extra sheet for the pull out bed was questionable with big oily? stains C) rooms could do with a refresh D) bathroom had a musty smell to it E) toilet seat could do with a little adjustment - sliding D) probably lacking a bit on the maintenance program We first experienced Ventura Inn in the late 90’s and it could do with bringing the brand to this millenium. Otherwise, yes, it is fine to stay especially with the advantageous rates offered. A little TLC would definitely improve the product. Thank you.

This is our 2nd stay at this Inn. Love the location. We booked 2 standard studio rooms which were large. The only downside was the very noisy plumbing - toilet & shower. The beds were super comfortable & rooms clean. I'm not sure why there was no after hours access through the carpark doors, as on our last trip. But to be let back into the Inn, we had to use intercom at the main door to get someone to come down & let us in. Apart from that, it was a nice stay & will probably stay there again, when we come back

Room was nice/ standard. It didn't have a kitchen sink so had to use the bathroom sink. But there was a good selection of tea and coffee. Milk was provided. Bed was comfortable. Aircon - awesome. Quiet in general but could hear a couple of sirens outside. Great parking and check in/ check out was a breeze.

We were not given an apology or discount on the booking. The hotel is located on a busy roundabout so heaps of traffic noise and lots of police sirens due to proximity of central police station. Dont agree with other reviews that the hotel is amazing, its not.

The greeting when I arrived was warm and friendly, very important, The facility in general clean and tidy. I really enjoyed my standard studio (112), great layout, nice furnishings, clean bedding, bathroom smelt nice, I even purchased a Prija hand/body moisturiser. Oh, and by the way I ticked all the boxes above except dining & transport as they it didn't affect me. I did miss my Fox news and sports channels and a microwave but be assured I will be back in12 months because I enjoyed everything about my stay, so well done.

We had chosen the pay at hotel on arrival, the hotel cancelled our booking at 11am on the morning of our arrival, citing wrong cc details (old cc that expired end of June) that they emailed and called us and as we didn’t respond - we where flying, then did the most obvious thing of just cancelling our room. When we arrived at the hotel to check in was the first time we were made aware of the issue. What was more galling, when we were being told it’s hotel policy by the manager over the phone, a hotel guest came down to reception, to pay for his room. Only positive was the reception staff securing us a room in another property- £120 more than we should have paid.

Really good quiet location with free, and easy parking options. Hop, skip and a jump to two supermarkets plus an easy walk home from a night out. Bathroom a little tired. Seem to always get the room with the cracked basin. Decent sized fridge is great. Not multi storied making it easy to come & go quickly. Always enjoy our stay at the Ventura.

Very nice motel - quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated, reasonably priced and pleasant staff. Reasonably priced continental breakfast in the morning. The only complaint would be the buffet coffee is truly awful, but it’s a minor thing and I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Hamilton.

It was a pleasure to return to this apartment after a year. It has easy parking , friendly staff and was quiet throughout our three day stay . The continental breakfast was more than adequate. It was convenient for walking to the restaurants we were joining friends at. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and will definitely return from Western Australia when again visiting family there.
