Quality Inn & Suites Ocala I-75

The property is super clean and updated. The beds were soft and comfortable. I liked that the gym had different types of workout equipment. The staff was friendly and informative.

Hotel is under construction, it being remodeled. Lobby and redone rooms ok. Pool is closed and landscaping is being put in. Will be nice when finished, but it was not advertised as remodeling in process.

It’s nice to see old property brought back to life… loved the motel, gym was adequate, breakfast good. I would look at sound absorbing walls between the interstate and motel property. That would definitely be a plus for the motel !

Everything is great, courtyard side is the best, close to a couple convenience stores in safe walking distance, close to emergency room and hospital- nice walking area at hospital and motel. Our second stay here, close to our concert venue at the Reilly center. *** only bummer was the pool was closed for maintenance. Awesome staff, clean rooms and breakfast area.

We checked in at midnight and staff were very courteous at that hour. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with enough options. The pool was closed which was fine as we were only passing through.

Room and facilities were updated. Staff assigned us to a courtyard room that was very quiet.

Was a nice place to stay. It recently opened so there were a couple of hiccups but to be expected. Biggest downfall was the pool wasn’t open yet. Staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. Any issues or concerns were promptly addressed by the staff.

Room floor was gritty. Pool wasn't open. I didn't see anything about that when I booked through Expedia. Our linens were never changed or beds made for the 3 nights we were there.

Ants everywhere outside -cant get out of the car without stepping in them. The room was low end and the pool looks inviting but closed. Nothing around worth seeing.

The hotel it's being remodeled so that's a good and not so great thing. I saw online guests reviews in June 2025 about the pool not being usable. I figured by October it would be. They said the state still hasn't came and inspected it so there was no pool available for use. The room had new furniture. The floor was not mopped and a few pieces of hair in the shower. These are somewhat expected. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

Our first room toilet paper holder broken, hair on bed sheets and tub dirty So we switched rooms and it was ok. Sad because they just went over a remodel but I blame house keeping as there the last people in the room so hopefully they report the issues to maintenance. Lack of managers following up on these issues. In the end it’s Quality inn known to be a value hotel and nothing more

Room was not really clean. They charge extra per cleaning fee, but the room and bathroom floor were not clean. We have to use an old rag to mop the entire floor.

Staff . Room could have used some TLC when it came to cleaning .

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Dirty room. Much to humid in the room, even with the HVAC system running during our stay.

Bathroom floor had stains, hair, looked like floors were not cleaned in a while. There were 2 small roaches. The rest of the room was ok, beds comfortable.

Refurbished property. The room we stayed in was very clean and had new furniture, floors, etc - it was very good quality for the price. Right off the I75 too - very convenient

The TV remote was disgusting. Very very sticky and when we tried wiping it off, hand towel was filthy with dirt. Never did get it clean, just used a washcloth to hold it. Otherwise the room was very nice.

The Check in was smooth, front desk staff was phenomenal. Checked in to no sofa sleeper sheets, blankets or pillows. Room sleeps 6 but was only set up for 4. Only had towels for 4. Towels weren’t clean. There was used makeup on 2 rags, dark color pubic hairs on towels and all in bathroom. Food and a liquid substance in sink of “kitchen area” Bed linens had a “wet” feeling to them. When I told staff I was asked to send pictures to an email but no compensation was offered.

Had a great stay. Everything was clean and looked beautiful. I LOVED that there was carpet in the rooms. I will stay there again in the future.

Our room’s floor was filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been clean in quite some time.

The room was great. Refurbished & Clean. No issues from the door in. But the door was old and needs replacing along with the lock.. it jammed and the handle was too difficult to turn over and over again :(

The staff members were great. The room was fine, though the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could be. There was hair on the floor and the sink wasn’t clean. The bed was ok, but the biggest problem was the loud traffic from I75 right outside my room. I didn’t realize it was a motel when I booked.

Breakfast was good enough, hotel clean enough, staff good enough - but zero noise insulation. We could hear every car, every truck on the road, all the night. Good rest is impossible unless you're deaf.

This property was great with one exception. It is very lit up at night which is great for safety but the curtains do not provide enough shade for sleeping. I slept with my head covered the entire night and woke up at 4:30 am thinking it was daylight because it was so bright. It could use some blackout curtains for sure.

It's excellent, the only problem: moisture! The air-conditioning doesn't extract the excess moisture. However this is FL.

The ac was leaking on the floor. Everything was damp. Condensation on the front of the refrigerator. Floor very dirty

Is an older motel, but a fairly intense remodel has been completed. Rooms were nice and clean.

The room and the grounds were average, but it is a very noisy location right on the Interstate. We had to leave the TV on all night to drown out the highway noise.

The staff was okay but upon arrival my kids were super excited to swim, one of the reasons we booked the hotel and of course the pool isn't working. After check in we go to our room and it's not even the right one, had to go back up and deal with that. Breakfast time comes and OF course we have to tell them everything is running out and no one can eat. On top of all of that house keeping literally walked into our room unannounced at night then AGAIN in when I was packing to check out. Never ever again. I wish I could get a refund. When I told the staff about it they acted like the problem

Thay open my door half hour after I was thear and said towels no knock just opened the door second day that opened the door sorry though you were checked out no

Room wasnt ready at check in, had to wait an extra hour, only to find the room hadnt been cleaned properly. Front desk staff was unprofessional. They tried charging me even though I had paid through expedia. Had to get a manager involved.

Booked 2 rooms. Had to put up damage deposit for both rooms undisclosed until check in. Froze the refund for 4-5 days.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Carlos checked us in and he was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We got a late check out for this morning through the front desk when we got there last night…front desk agent was wonderful! I left my wife asleep in the room while I ran up the road to get her coffee she called me crying stating that housekeeping knocked on the door and she told them she was in there and not dressed 3 of the housekeepers proceeded to open the door anyways and held it open saying that we did not have a late check out I called the front desk on my way back to the hotel to explain to them I asked for a late checkout and the gentleman told me late check out was at 12 it was then realized we in deed did have a late check out while I was on the phone with the front desk the house keepers knocked on the doir of our hotel room again and tried to open it once again after my wife said do not open that door again I’m not dressed!! My wife’s privacy was invaded by 3 workers of this hotel and hotel management did not seem to care that it happened! Also on top of this the pictures of the property and the rooms are not what you get when you get there in person rooms are smaller and do not look like the pictures at all we were very disappointed to think we were getting I nice hotel and for it to be not what was pictured is false advertisement!

Good price for a decent room with a comfortable bed. Site is right on I-75 which is convenient for getting quickly off and back on the road. But this means considerable highway noise — since I’m hard of hearing it didn’t bother me LOL. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This is more of a motel than a hotel, despite how it was advertised. One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the pool, which turned out to be closed for maintenance and, according to staff, will be out of service for several weeks. That was a major letdown, especially since we were counting on it to entertain our kids after a long car trip. The property appears to have been recently updated, which was nice, though nothing particularly upscale or impressive. Beds were clean, and thankfully, no bugs. However, we did notice a few strands of hair stuck to the top of the shower curtain, which was a bit off-putting. Breakfast was minimal with limited options, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not what we expected based on the listing.

Our stay here was excellent. The breakfast was great, fresh every morning. When we arrived the attendant wasn't able to locate our reservation. With a little assistance from her co-worker this issue was quickly resolved. We originally reserved a room with a King bed. After the attendant relayed that our room was given to a guest with the same name we were generously upgraded to a very nice suite. Both attendants were eager to help accommodate us and I've already received my deposit back. I would definitely recommend this HOTEL. Be mindful of the Circle K near the hotel if you're purchasing lottery tickets if you're from out of town. . One of cashiers there cashed my fiancees ticket in and took the money. He tried to tell him he had no money in the register to cover the ticket...that was a lie as well. I actually work for this company so upon leaving FL we returned to the circle K store, reported the cashier and my fiancee received his money. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip!

Very clean updated rooms. Very inviting. The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of good food to eat. Loved it.
