Ned was awful! Need to get a better and firmer King bed. The room was clean and big, but missed having a small dining table and more dishes and silverware. There were only two plates, two glasses and two forks. Also there is always people sitting by the main entrance smoking, which makes the place look like a shelter instead of a hotel.

Price should be more lower because lack of amenities, not even tissue there, overall not bad

Rooms were super clean and brand new. Felt like a little studio apartment. Staff was okay. Only thing that wasn’t great was the noise. I did read the reviews about the noise level although this is something that never typically bothers me although the sound traveling from the hallway was very very loud. If someone else shut their door in the hall it sounded like someone was slamming shut my hotel room door. Not really something they can fix more so a structural failure but you’re able to get white noise for sleep then it’s not bad. Good for a cheap price!

Travelers should be aware that LivAway is pretty Spartan. Yes, there is a kitchen, but there are no pots or pans or cooking utensils. Two bowls, two glasses, two plates and two sets of flatware, but no coffee cups (there is free coffee in the lobby). No toaster, no coffee maker, no hair dryer. If you are OK with that, then it is an OK place to stay.
