This hotel is very new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It's perfrect for families, with a small kitchenette, a small gym downstairs, and laundry facilities - all very convenient.

Modern and recently renovated. Nice that our room came with a full fridge and small stove and dishwasher. Large window and lots of light. Did not come with any pots, pans or cooking utensils. When i asked about this they said guests needed to bring their own. This was a little strange as most places with kitchens i feel come with at least some basics. There was a small fitness area but no pool. But the price was very affordable so can't complain about that. Overall a nice place to stay for our stop over.

We had a nice 4-night stay at this hotel--it's relatively new and reasonably priced although minimalist in some ways. There's an elevator and easy parking. It's set back from the road although very convenient to Carrier Circle and the NYS Thruway. Our room was clean with wonderful kitchen nook including fullsize fridge. We had an accessible room which had a bathroom that was spacious and well-configured. Beds were platform-style but mattresses reasonably comfortable. Wifi was excellent; we didn't try the TV. Kinda rough getting in & out with luggage: doors are manual and luggage carts 3-wheeled and awkward. All-in-all a good place to stay though.

I liked the fact that you needed a room key to get past the lobby.

This place is designed for longer stays. Rooms have a small kitchen so no breakfast is available. Room are nice but minimal. Location is good, easy off the interstate and good Italian restaurant for dinner. Dunkens for breakfast.

the hotel was new construction, the suites were adequate for someone to live in for a month or more. Wifi worked well and a good selection of TV channels. they have a stove top with two rings, a microwave and refrigerator with freezer, but have no dishware.

Its a newly built hotel. Good location as gas station, Denny's, Dunkin Donuts is walking distance. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Property is well maintained and very clean. Ample of parking in the front and at the back. There is a coffee machine at the front entrance as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Clean mostly. Nice staff. But the carpet outside our room door was stained and dirty. In our bathroom, there were a couple of hand stains on the walls. There weren’t enough towels in the bathroom. Having said that, beds were comfortable and the room was, generally, clean.

Overall, it was great; the suites are large, comfortable, clean, & fresh. Kitchenette area really nice. Only problems we found were the garbage was not removed from the previous visitors stay, & we found a dirty towel in one of the drawers. It did not detract from our visit, but housekeeping should be made aware not to do this again. Only real problem, the tv did not work, & that did affect our stay. Good luck, Liv A Way; you are worth it, but fix up these problems, & you have a great property!

Floor very dirty, feet and socks extremely dirty. Towel bar fell off the wall just putting towel on. Small sigh led to hotel. Favorable many choices for food nearby.

Property was clean and parking was convenient

To start with the good, the reception staff was kind and helpful. The building looks new and is well lit. But that’s where the good ends. I booked a king bed room, which wasn’t available when I checked in. Which is fine. There was a room available with two queen beds. I was given a key and headed upstairs. My room door was propped open (anybody in the hotel could have gone in and out as they pleased). The room looked as though they hadn’t finished cleaning. No shower curtain, no hand soap, etc. I asked for a shower curtain and was given a new room, which also had an open door and no shower curtain. At that point, a curtain was taken from another room and put in my room. I went to get ready for bed and found clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, opened a towel for a shower, found hair in the towel. There was feces on the outside of the toilet. The kitchenette area floor had hair and a sticky spot. The dishwasher had not been run. I pulled back the sheets on the bed and found more hair. The sheets were loose on the bed as though they hadn’t been cleaned and tucked nicely. So, I switched to the other bed. MORE HAIR. They clearly do not clean properly between guests. It’s unfortunate because it could be a great, inexpensive place to stay. At the price I paid, I was not expecting anything fancy or any frills, but I do expect to have a clean area to rest my head at night.

The place was brand new, just didn’t look like the been cleaned properly - there was a hairball behind the bathroom door, toothpaste on the counter, mirror had spots. There was no soap anywhere either (maybe this is common with suites?)

Prebooked a room. When we arrived the first room hadn't been turnover. Went back to the front desk and were given a different room. That room wasn't turned over either. When we went back to the front desk the clerk said there were no other rooms and was refunding us. When asked if one of the rooms could just be cleaned it wasnt an option as there was no housekkeping staff on. 6 hours away from home and without a hotel not great. Able to book into another hotel so it worked out for us. But definitely wouldn't chance this hotel again. Should be noted the clerk was pleasant and just following policy.

It is a bew hotel so the condition of the facilities was good. We were there from Wed-Sun and in that time it got noticeably dirtier. House keeping? Halls, elevator, room. They only clean bi-weekly unless you pay more. Beds are so-so. Will find a different hotel for my next visit to Syracuse.

Wifi was excellent. No window shades, only venetian blinds that allowed parking lot light in room at night. Sound of doors slamming from other guest rooms was intrusive, especially very early morning. Free morning coffee available in lobby. Parking was easy and price was better than other places we've stayed at in the area.

A lot of noise between rooms and HVAC system.

I loved it except they need to put in carpeting or something. Sounded like elephants above my head every night making it nearly impossible to fall asleep. And the AC turns on and off all night long. Other than no sleep I would have given 5 stars.

Hotel is new so everything was in good shape. Lots of transient travelers, which were like myself. They are dog friendly so that's awesome! There's a full size fridge with freezer, electric stovetop and a microwave. No close door closets though, but they do have some shelving. You can hear what happens in the halls and sometimes next door. Check in is via kiosk if you come later in the night. If you are a light sleeper.. as in you don't like sunlight you will be waking up early! The blinds don't block out much light once the sun comes up. They have an ice machine on first floor and also a water fountain! Love that. Parking can be hard since there's a lot of trucks in the parking lot.

So, the usual stuffs works fairly well here. Nice room, cozy, etc. But what starts to make the hotel not the best is they use a lot of smart devices. Like, smart locks on all the doors [room or entrance] that work off of the local WiFi. Thing is, they have a lower tier internet service, so, with all those devices 'talking' on their network, and the guests trying to load Netflix or whatever... yeah, nah. I approached management about it, and was assured it's due to bandwidth at certain times. I did speed tests both at like, 2 in the morning, and 2 in the afternoon when most are at work and whatnot. No change. I had an average of 1.6Mb down, and 48Kbps up. That's kilobytes a second. YouTube can't even really run on that on one device. Would highly recommend the management gets a better ISP or better service plan, that's why the doors randomly go down, and folk can't get into the property when using their keycards. The room doors seem to work on another channel/SSID. So, they seem to work fine. So, to summarize; good hotel, nice comfy room, and whatnot... but, the WiFi is all but useless. My email client on my laptop and phone barely even load.

The hotel was great . I booked it because it was a brand new hotel only a few months old . The only problem was that the tv service was not working throughout the hotel . When I went to the front desk they said they were “ waiting on a part for the dish “ . Being in the room for two days with a teenager that wants to watch tv was not easy . Knowing that the tv service was not working should have been told to me prior to checking in, The hotel emailed me several times about checking in in advance so one of those emails should have been to notify me about the tv not working .

1). I didn’t get the room I booked because they had sold out of that room. 2). Because of item 1, I was supposed to receive a discount but I was charged full price. 3). The self service check in did not work. It would state “all set” but then nothing would happen. This happened multiple times. We tried calling for assistance but it only rang to the front desk and no one was there. 4). We waited an extended period of time for someone to show up at the front desk so we could check-in. 5). After unloading our things we noticed the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was urine in the toilet bowl and all over the toilet seat from someone who appears to be very dehydrated. I was advised the cleaning staff had already left. They did put us in another room. 6). New room was on the first floor next to the vending machine. I heard the ice machine come on and off all night long along with intermittent beeping all night long. 7). Walls are paper thin. We heard doors opening and closing as people were leaving the hotel beginning at 4 am. 8). The smoke detector is above the bed and flashes every few seconds. I didn’t notice this until I tried to sleep. At first I thought I was experiencing a medical emergency (detached retina) until I realized what it was. It is currently 6:30 am. All I wanted was a good night’s sleep. I should have kept driving. My daughter is hearing impaired, which she stated was somewhat of a benefit under these conditions. She couldn’t hear the beeping.

Self check in is an option. It scans your ID however, the ID scanner does not work.

Parking was good and service was Great. The staff had no problems helping with door keys that were not working and were very friendly.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m., only to find the room was not ready or cleaned after the previous guests. I asked the manager for a new room, but was told none were available. I had to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. The self-registration kiosk didn’t work properly — twice I was prompted to call customer service, which was unhelpful. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Expedia should seriously consider removing this hotel from their listings.

Made reservations 1 month before we arrived. Flight landed at 11pm only to find out they canceled my families room. Stressful to try to find a room at midnight in NY. Canceled because another group decided to stay another night. So they boot out the ones that had reservations! Do better management of reservations

This hotel tried to scam me out of money. They overbooked there hotel, when I arrived the front desk told me there was no more rooms available, even though I already payed, and had an attitude with me. Went and stayed different hotel, but my refund never showed up. Tried calling there front desk several times with no answer. Tried calling their customer service, who told me to call the front desk. Ended up having to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Don’t stay here, there sleazy and will rob you if you give them the chance

Check in was horrible. No one was on duty before 11. MANY people trying to use the kiosk which was not functioning. Multiple calls to the 800 number finally produced a young man who got everyone checked in finally. This is a TERRIBLE system. Humans need to be on duty. What about needing maintenancehelp at night?

Property appears to have been heavily refurbished. Room has clean aesthetic and is designed to need a mop and wipe-down type of cleaning. Things seemed new, though it was surprising that a room with a kitchenette including dishwasher and microwave didn’t have dishes or cutlery. It was impressive that there was relatively little noise despite apparently high occupancy. Room and elevator doors closed quietly. There was some overhead noise when those people woke up, but very little from my floor. Location is close to Thruway in a fairly industrial area. The need of a keycard to access most hotel spaces suggests some security concerns. I didn’t feel unsafe, but this did not seem like an area to hang out in. A practical choice for a traveler.

Located very near Carrier circle so there is a bit of road noise on the side of the building I was on from Carrier circle. There is also no tractor trailer or trailer parking on premise. All the parking spaces were car size. I had a transit van which stuck out a bit but was ok when I parked it in a far corner. The rooms are spartan. I could find no way to get the TV to play shows or movies as there are no instructions posted in the room. All in all was a pleasant stay. The hotel is pretty full most of the time so reserve in advance.

Sketchy area and clientele but price for stay makes that make sense. If you like waking up at sunrise stay here. Blinds are terrible and some person with two small children just had to sit in their car outside window playing crappy music at full blast from 6-6:45am until I had enough and gave dirty look at them from window. Maybe they were staying in car instead of hotel and just had to start the party at crack of dawn….wouldnt be surprised in this part of Syracuse.

Convenient stay for traveling. Clean, no frills...a bit like a dorm room but it worked for my purpose. I stayed the night before an early flight. If they do have an airport shuttle, ensure it's running when you need pick up, or reserve an uber.

It was a safe, clean, and friendly stay. The only issue was the WiFi was down the entire day and a soda was $4 in the vending machine. Those were small issues.

A quick pass by overnight stay. Pretty new and spacious. No breakfast and complimentary coffee. Other than that, no complaints.

Stayed for a concert at the JMA wireless dome, the property location was about 4 miles away and was easy to catch an Uber. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, nothing fancy! There is an apartment sized fridge, 2 burner stove and full size microwave if you wanted to bring your own snacks, bring your own cooking utensils they do not stock that!Coffee is the only offering in the lobby! The area really didn't have much near it, Denny's and a gas station with all the necessities within walking distance! All in all not bad for the price! I would use them again!

This is a brand-new property, which is something I always love, offering large rooms with a nearly full kitchen at a very reasonable rate, just a 15-minute drive from Downtown Syracuse. The only issue I had was with coffee. Every hotel has a small coffee maker in each room with packets of coffee, or at least some method of making a hot beverage. Since there is no breakfast or food of any kind available on-site (except for an oddly stocked vending machine), we planned to have coffee in the room. I called ahead about this, and they offered to have a coffee maker placed in the room. It wasn't there, and when I asked, they said they were all lent out. So I walked to the Speedway about five minutes away and got coffee. Later that day, they delivered a drip coffee maker to our room. We were psyched - we had brought a bag of Peet's and some milk. The one thing we didn't have were filters, and the hotel provided none. I suggested they get a reusable gold filter for each of their coffee makers, which would solve the problem. So, it was Speedway coffee for our stay. Note: they do have a coffee machine of a sort in the lobby, but it was often out of service or being cleaned. Otherwise, a great stay and we will definitely return!
